Citing a source, CBS Sports' Bruce Feldman reports that Tennessee junior QB Tyler Bray will enter April's Draft.

This report is expected and it appears likely that Tennessee top-three offensive weapons will be available in April. Bray is a lot like Jay Cutler in that he continues to not care about improving his footwork or turnover proneness, but flashes legitimate arm talent. SI's Tony Pauline previously noted that "several red flags" will be raised during Bray's pre-draft process.

Georgia has dismissed redshirt sophomore DL Jon Taylor following his arrest on Tuesday for aggravated assault.

The recent arrest violated Taylor's probation that stemmed from a "theft by deception" charge, which occurred earlier in the offseason. Taylor was a highly thought of defensive line recruit coming out of high school. Other dismissed Bulldogs have found homes this offseason, but it might be difficult for Taylor.

Baylor WR Antwan Goodley pegged redshirt sophomore WR Corey Coleman as the player to watch this season.

Coleman was the team's leading kick returner and started 10 of 13 games after redshirting his first year on campus. According to his Baylor bio page, Coleman runs a 4.38 forty and posted a vertical jump of 45+", best on the team. He could emerge as a go-to target across from Goodley, if the latter continues to struggle with his catching consistency.

Oklahoma HC Bob Stoops said the school is seeking an immediate eligibility waiver for transfer QB Baker Mayfield.

Mayfield transferred from Texas Tech after just one season. Back in January, Mayfield appealed to Texas Tech since he was never under scholarship with the Red Raiders. He lost that appeal. Trevor Knight will almost certainly start no matter the outcome of Mayfield's appeal. Oklahoma is seeking immediate eligibility for Dorial Green-Beckham as well.

Duke HC David Cutcliffe still plans on using two QBs this season, according to Fox Sports' Lauren Brownlow.

Brandon Connette, who started a number of games for Duke last season while Anthony Boone was recovering from a broken collarbone, transferred this offseason. Many thought the multiple quarterback system disappeared with him. However, Brownlow points to redshirt sophomore Thomas Sirk and redshirt freshman Parker Boehme as possible running/mobile replacements for Connette's role.

Texas A&M beat writer Sean Lester believes freshman WR Speedy Noil was the Aggies' most impressive player during spring activities.

After enrolling early at Texas A&M, Noil "proved he was much more of a college football threat in-waiting than a soon-to-be high school graduate," Lester writes. "The Aggies will be looking for a go-to slot receiver and Noil might be the answer." Texas A&Mmight need a spark on offense this season, and Noil appears to be an early option.

NFL.com's Bucky Brooks believes Joe Flacco is a better comparison for FSU redshirt sophomore QB Jameis Winston rather than Cam Newton, who Winston compared himself to.

Winston's "game closely resembles the former Super Bowl MVP's play in the pocket," Brooks begins. "From the A-plus arm talent and long delivery to his footwork and sneaky athleticism, it's easy to see Winston developing like Flacco as a pro." We believe Winston's arm is a bit overrated when discussing velocity (i.e. A-plus), but his best traits by far are eye level and pocket awareness. Winston is working to shorten his delivery this season.

TCU redshirt sophomore DE Devonte Fields "has been separated from the University pending results of an investigation into the allegations against him," according to a statement from the school.

The announcement is in reaction to the news that Fields is a suspect in a domestic disturbance call stemming from a Sunday morning incident in Fort Worth, Texas. This is not Fields' first off-field incident, and TCU has taken a hard stand as of late in similar cases. It is difficult to doubt Fields' talent, but his future with the school likely hinges on the investigation.

In April, UCLA HC Jim Mora Jr. said sophomore LB/RB Myles Jack will only begin practicing on offense when the season starts.

"He's a package player on offense and we're not going to put those packages in until the season starts," Mora explained. "He's not going to take a snap on offense in training camp either. He won't take a snap on offense until we get to game weeks. It's more important that he fully come to grasp that linebacker position." Jack impressed when he carried the football, but he spent more quality time as an edge rusher. Mora even said letting Jack solely play running back in a handful of games was a mistake.

Oklahoma HC Bob Stoops reiterated that under no circumstances will senior TE Blake Bell be moved back to QB.

"Not at all. He is the prototype tight end. Great hands. Can run," Stoops said. Many evaluators were hoping for Virginia Tech's Logan Thomas to make the move from quarterback to tight end, especially following his Combine numbers (for the record, we think it was wise not to). Those evaluators will have to settle for Bell. However, the biggest question is: can he catch, especially in contested situations? Trevor Knight is firmly planted as the team's starting quarterback after his superstar performance against Alabama.

Auburn coach Gus Malzahn told ESPN's Numbers Never Lie that he hasn't yet decided on a punishment for senior QB Nick Marshall.

Marshall received a citation for marijuana possession earlier this month. "He'll have some things he'll have to pay for," Malzahn said Monday on the television show. "I have not decided that for sure right now, but it will be in a short period of time I'll have that figured out." Malzahn called Marshall "the face of the program" who, prior to the incident, had "been a model student, citizen, all of the above." Jeremy Johnson will take over if Marshall is suspended for any length of time, and Malzahn believes he is NFL-caliber. "(Johnson is) another outstanding quarterback I think will play at the next level," he said. "He played two games last year and was the SEC Offensive Freshman of the Week. We're in good shape there."

TCU senior WR Brandon Carter is unlikely to play this season, reports the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

TCU head coach Gary Patterson said Carter "probably will not play this year. Academically he will not make it." Carter was arrested in April on possession of marijuana; charges were later dropped. Patterson's response to a question about whether he wanted Carter to stick around the school to regain eligibility was ominous. "No. He has a redshirt year and I think the best thing for him is to get a new start," he said. "It's setting a precedent - you have to go to school." Carter was a five-star recruit who caught 90 passes for 1,312 yards with nine touchdowns over the past three seasons. His NFL prospects are precarious at best.
