The NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah tweeted that there's a "strong contingent of personnel types that expect (BYU DE/OLB) Ziggy Ansah to go in the top 10."

Jeremiah adds that the tape from the actual Senior Bowl game "has created a lot of buzz." The strong performance followed a very mediocre week in terms of pass rushing. "Teams that run 3-4 are drooling over Ansah as an OLB," Jeremiah says. "Less mayhem, allows him to see/go." We think Ansah can be a base left defensive end, five technique end in a three man front, or stand up linebacker due to his outstanding closing speed.

FSU QB Jameis Winston's meeting in Tamp Bay is a "character visit" with the Bucs, according to Charles Robinson of Yahoo Sports.

Obviously character and talent are intertwined for teams, but the focus of this visit seems to be Jameis Winston, the person, and how he will mesh with Bucs ownership. Robinson adds Jameis is "in final hurdles to being the top pick in the draft." There are still two months left for the draft process to twist and turn, but this is a great sign for those hoping the Bucs select Winston at No. 1.

FSU QB Jameis Winston is visiting the Bucs for three days starting on Tuesday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

PFT's Mike Florio says the Bucs claim Winston is only staying Tuesday after arriving Monday night. As Schefter notes, potential No. 1 picks and prospects in general rarely visit teams this early. The visit reportedly is owner focused and "Glazer-centric," as Schefter puts it. It is obviously a unique situation and one to definitely monitor. Jameis Will likely meet everyone who is a part of the decision making process, shake a lot of hands, and go through plenty of whiteboard plays during his time in Tampa. This counts as one of the 30 in-house visits for the Bucs.

NFL Media's Daniel Jeremiah believes Florida T D.J. Humphries is the best OL in the 2015 class.

"He has a chance to be a starting left tackle, Day 1, at the next level," Jeremiah began. "I don't know if I can say that about any other offensive lineman in this class. It's very deep, but he has the best feet of the bunch." Jeremiah did warn evaluators about Humphries game against Missouri where Shane Ray took it to him. Humphries showed up to the Combine about 20 pounds heavier than his playing weight. The major question is functional strength, as DJ can get blown back by speed to power. Footwork is great, but if balance and base is lost on first contact, offensive linemen have major problems.

Virginia DE/OLB Eli Harold "put forth an impressive enough workout at Virginia's pro day Monday that could have upgraded his stock for the 2015 NFL Draft," wrote NFL Media senior analyst Gil Brandt.

Harold (6-foot-3 and 247 pounds) leaped to a 34 1/2-inch vertical jump and did 24 bench reps at 225 pounds. He elected to stand on his other combine numbers, including a 1.56 10-yard split on a 4.60 forty. "Harold looked good in the position drills, showing a good burst with his hand in the ground," Brandt wrote. The edge rusher is the No. 26 prospect on Daniel Jeremiah's Top 50 rankings.

Virginia S Anthony Harris was unable to work out at the school's Monday pro day due to an injury.

We haven't heard specifics about the injury, but will pass them along when we do. Harris, who ran the 40-yard dash at the combine in 4.56 seconds, is seen as an intelligent ballhawk (he led the nation with eight interceptions in 2013). The 6-foot-1, 183-pounder, however, is a bit lithe to hold up as an NFL safety, so adding bulk will be of the utmost importance. ," wrote NFL Media senior analyst Gil Brandt.

NFL Media senior analyst Gil Brandt passed along from Minnesota's Monday pro day that Minnesota tight end Maxx Williams had an impressive workout.

Williams, who measured 6-foot-4 and 249 pounds at the combine, stood on his testing numbers from Indy. Seeing as though he ranked amongst the tight end leaders in the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump and 20-yard short shuttle, that wasn't a surprise. "Williams did, however, go through positional drills and looked good doing so," Brandt wrote.

TCU LB Paul Dawson still ranks as Mike Mayock's top prospect at the position.

Dawson ran a 4.93 forty at the Combine, which surprised Mayock and us here at Rotoworld. All TCU players play much faster than they timed, so the question is if the downhill, attacking scheme compensated for that lack of speed. UCLA's Eric Kendricks, Clemson's Stephone Anthony, Miss State's Benardrick McKinney and Miami's Denzel Perryman round out the top five. Shaq Thompson is listed under safety.

UT-Chattanooga EDGE rusher Davis Tull ran a 4.57 forty on his only attempt at the school's pro day on Monday.

Tull was able to jump at the Combine, and posted ridiculous scores of 42.5" vertical and 11'0" broad jump. That was after suffering a grade 1 hamstring strain the Monday before the Combine. Apparently he was still dealing with that injury, as scouts told him to only run one forty. Tull is an intriguing athlete on day three and stands 6'2/246 lbs.

LSU T La'El Collins now ranks as Mike Mayock's top prospect at the position, climbing from No. 3 to No. 1.

Pitt's T.J. Clemmings, the previous No. 1, dropped one spot, followed by Andrus Peat, Ereck Flowers, with D.J. Humphries and Cedric Ogbuehi tied at No. 5. We are surprised to not see Jake Fisher on the list. Brandon Scherff is ranked as Mayock's top interior offensive lineman.

In regards to the rumor the Eagles have a trade lined up with the Bucs for the No. 1 pick, ESPN's Pat Yasinskas says to "scrap that rumor -- for now."

Yasinskas spoke with two members of the Philadelphia media who also heard rumblings that a trade was "imminent." The trade rumor involved: Nick Foles, LeSean McCoy and three first-round draft picks to the Bucs for the No. 1 pick in the draft. Unless it is for the first or second pick in the draft, we doubt Foles will be included. The Eagles would be moving up from pick No. 20, but we doubt they will match the Redskins 2012 trade of swapping 1sts, two more first-round picks and a second-round pick. The price is only as much as a team is willing to give up.

Minnesota RB David Cobb will not participate in the school's pro day on Monday due to the quad injury he suffered at the Combine.

"As I understand the situation, he will have an individual workout sometime in early April," Cobb's father wrote. The running back pulled the muscle during his first forty and hobbled to the end of a 4.81 time.
