Alabama CB Dee Milliner recorded unofficial forty times of 4.31 and 4.37 at the NFL Combine.

Milliner's first 10 yard split was 1.52 seconds, with the second clocking 1.49. We think his second time will actually end up being the faster of the two, but Milliner certainly showed more speed than expected. He will likely be a top five, and especially 10, pick with the Lions looking like the popular landing spot.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Bucs are talking with at least three teams to drop back from pick No. 19 and possibly out of the first round entirely.

The Bucs have been linked to Dalvin Cook frequently, so this news is interesting. Could Cook be selected before the pick? Do the Bucs think they are one of the few teams targeting him int heir portion of the draft? We've suggested Jabrill Peppers as a possible fit as well. The Chiefs might be a team interested in moving up for a quarterback.

NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah said he would not be surprised if Stanford RB Christian McCaffrey goes off the board before the No. 8 pick.

The No. 8 pick was highlighted since the Panthers are frequently mentioned as targeting McCaffrey. Rotoworld's Josh Norris suggested early Tuesday that the Chargers might be a destination. Jeremiah added "here's the thing with McCaffrey--even teams with established RB's love him. They can use him so many ways." That certainly lines up with the Chargers offense and current situation at running back.

NFL Network's Mike Silver reports the Browns have discussed trade possibilities with four teams in the top eight picks.

This is likely in the hope of moving up for UNC QB Mitchell Trubisky. It is clear the front office wants to select Myles Garrett and No. 1, but pressure from another area of the team is pushing a Trubisky selection, which ultimately could be a trade up. The Browns have draft ammo, but a major part of their plan is to acquire as many picks as possible, not use them as a possible trade up for a quarterback with 13 starts. But if the influence is from the owner, the team might not have a choice.

Eagles beat writer Eliot Shorr-Parks believes FSU RB Dalvin Cook is the top possibility for the Eagles at No. 14.

Rotoworld's Josh Norris suggested Eagles fans should not get their hopes up about Dalvin Cook being the pick at No. 14, but Gareon Conley's situation might force other targets up the board. Three of the top four possibilities Shorr-Parks lists are on offense, and none of the six include an edge rusher. That is surprising.

Conley is being accused of raping a Cleveland woman during an incident in a hotel bathroom on April 8. He has denied this very serious allegation. Miami redshirt freshman QB Jack Allison will transfer.

This transfer is something of a surprising one, as while Allison did suffer a concussion and shoulder injury during an early scrimmage, there had been no indication that he was feeling antsy about his place with the Hurricanes. The 6-foot-5, 190-pounder was a four-recruit for the 2016 cycle. Should he transfer to another FBS program, he will have to sit out the 2017 season to satisfy NCAA transfer regulations. With Allison heading out the door, one of redshirt sophomore QB Evan Shirreffs or redshirt junior QB Malik Rosier figures to step into the shoes of the draft-bound Brad Kaaya come the start of the 2017 campaign.

Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline reports that the Seahawks and Falcons are in discussions to swap first-round picks.

The Falcons hold the No. 31 pick, while the Seahawks hold the No. 26 pick. According to Pauline, Atlanta would like to jump up in order to secure a top-tier pass-rusher, with Mizzou's Charles Harris "the name being floated" as their probable target. Pauline additionally passes along that should this trade happen, the Seahawks could be looking at Utah T Garrett Bolles with that No. 31 pick. Per the analyst, Atlanta would probably have to part with a fourth-round selection in compensation for the swap.

NFL Network's Michael Silver reports that the Browns have discussed trading up with "at least" three teams holding top-eight picks.

"I've learned that at least three teams in the top eight have been contacted by the Browns and discussions have taken place about the prospect of moving up," Silver said on Up to the Minute Live. The presumption here is that they would select Myles Garrett at No. 1, then trade up from the No. 12 pick in order to select UNC QB Mitchell Trubisky. This strikes as a bit more resourceful than simply using the No. 1 pick on Trubisky. If such a trade is consummated, it would likely happen once the draft itself has started.
