NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah drew comparisons between USC junior WR Marqise Lee's and Dez Bryant's games.

Jeremiah is comparing Bryant coming out of Oklahoma State rather than the current finished product. Lee is a "raw route runner but incredibly strong, huge catch radius and build-up speed," Jeremiah tweeted. Expect the Trojan and Clemson's Sammy Watkins to battle for the top draft-eligible receiver spot all season.

Nebraska redshirt junior DE Randy Gregory is not in pads for warmups versus Iowa and it seems unlikely he will play.

Gregory would have lined up opposite Brandon Scherff, which every NFL evaluator would have reviewed during the draft process. Gregory Has dealt with leg injuries this season, and one report even stated he underwent arthroscopic knee surgery a few weeks into the season. Gregory has been on a tear since then, however, and played in last week's game against Minnesota. His absence is a bit unexpected. Despite Nebraska's inability to stop the run, Gregory has played quite well in both phases.

Texas A&M senior Cedric Ogbuehi returned to LT versus LSU.

In the past few games Ogbuehi shifted to right tackle with Germain Ifedi on the mend and Jarvis Harrison moved from left guard to left tackle. Some questioned the sincerity and reasoning behind the move despite the Aggies doing the same thing last year with Jake Matthews at right tackle when Ogbuehi went down - it was to put Harrison in a more comfortable position. Ogbuehi might not be selected in the top 20, but he has a lot of talent and should post a ridiculous Combine workout.

TCU redshirt junior QB Trevone Boykin completed 20 of 34 attempts for 233 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in the school's 48-10 win over Texas.

He added another 50 yards and a touchdown on the ground. Boykin is one of the most improved passers in the country this season, showing an ability to win inside and outside of structure as well as having a vertical arm. Now, those traits do not show up on a consistent basis, so until they do Boykin is merely a developmental type prospect.

Clemson OC Chad Morris is expected to be SMU's next head coach, according to multiple reports.

Clint Brewster of 247sports.com, Chip Brown of HornsDigest.com and Bruce Feldman of Fox Sports all reported the news. Brown even has details of the contract, including Morris' averaging over $3 million per year. Brown adds Morris was waiting to accept the SMU gig to see if current Clemson HC Dabo Swinney would get the Florida opening. Morris has been highly praised for multiple seasons, however, his offense featured multiple prolific receivers and running backs.

ESPN's Mel Kiper calls Nevada senior QB Cody Fajardo the season's biggest QB riser, and believes the prospect might now get drafted.

"Fajardo has gone from nonexistent on most boards to a possible Day 3 pick," Kiper wrote. "The senior is an above-average athlete, throws well on the run and shows poise facing pressure. A project, sure, but he has been just as successful as Colin Kaepernick in the same college offense." That's pretty high praise, though, it's necessary to point out, Kaepernick clearly had superior tools. Fajardo has 2,328 passing yards and 854 rushing yards this year.

Texas A&M senior T Cedric Ogbuehi "could be a draft-day steal," according to an AFC scout.

Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin shifted Ogbuehi from LT to RT earlier this month, a move that came on the heels of the lineman's struggles. Though Sumlin said the move had nothing to do with Ogbuehi's play -- the HC said Jarvis Harrison was simply more comfortable at LT -- many didn't buy the explanation. Even so, Ogbuehi's physical gifts simply cannot be taught, and there figures to be a handful of teams praying that he begins to fall down the board. "The assumption by this scout is that Ogbeuhi will drop in the draft after a season in which he has moved from left tackle to right tackle -- the opposite progression for his highly rated predecessors at A&M," NFL.com noted. "While his coach insists the move wasn't made because of struggles, there are some who have assigned Ogbuehi a mid-round grade less than a year after he said he received a first-round grade from the NFL Draft Advisory Board."

Former Ohio State junior DE Noah Spence will declare for the 2015 NFL Draft, according to his social media account.

"Not what I wanted but now it's time to get ready for the next level, I've learnt so much in the last couple months that it's all worth it," Spence tweeted after being told the Big Ten declared him permanently ineligible. Theoretically, Spence could have dropped down to the FCS for one season and continued playing at the college level, but he is NFL bound. He generated a good amount of buzz when on the field. He was reportedly suspended multiple times for failed drug tests, which led to the ban.

Norfolk State redshirt senior LB Lynden Trail has accepted an invitation to play in the Senior Bowl.

Trail is seemingly the first to get the promotion from East West Shrine to the Senior Bowl. The FCS product is listed at 6'7/250, and we will see if that holds up. He will likely occupy an edge rushing role in the NFL.

Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney said freshman QB Deshaun Watson (sprained MCL) has a good chance of playing versus South Carolina.

"I thought he was better today than he was yesterday," Swinney said. "It's just like I have been saying it gets better each day. I know he was more confident today than he was yesterday. Tomorrow is another important day for us from a preparation standpoint. I think he has a good chance. How much or when? We haven't decided that yet. But I think he definitely has a chance to play." Senior Cole Stoudt will start if Watson can't go.

An NFC scouting director believes Minnesota senior RB David Cobb "will rise in the ranks the more people study him."

Cobb's rise in scouting circles doesn't surprise Rotoworld, which saw NFL attributes out of the Golden Gopher early in the season. "I keep going back to this kid. Doesn't wow you, but he produces each week. I think he will rise in the ranks the more people study him. Runs with vision, power, and some agility. Wants the ball," the NFC scouting director said. The 5-foot-11, 229-pound Cobb has rushed for 1,430 yards and 12 touchdowns this season.

The Oregonian reports that Oregon hasn't been in contact with Ohio State senior QB Braxton Miller.

With J.T. Barrett having made an extremely compelling argument to be the Buckeyes' QB in 2015 regardless of whether Miller returns, transfer rumors have been swirling for weeks. As a graduate transfer, Miller would be eligible to play immediately if he bolted after the season. Along with the Ducks, Auburn and Boston College have been bandied about as potential landing spots. Of course, Oregon and its high-flying offense might be the most intriguing destination. Starting QB Marcus Mariota is expected to declare for the NFL Draft after the season.
