One NFL GM told The MMQB's Peter King that Broncos HC John Fox "loves" Minnesota DT Ra'Shede Hageman.

The Broncos received solid play from Terrance Knighton, but tended to rotate Malik Jackson in during sub-package situations. Jackson responded with stellar play. The Broncos draft Sly Williams in the first-round last year, so a heavy rotation will be used if Hageman is the pick. We doubt he will still be on the board.

Clemson senior edge rusher Vic Beasley believes he is better than Jadeveon Clowney.

"I feel like I’m the better player," Beasley said. The 6-foot-3, 235-pound Beasley acknowledged Clowney's size advantage at 6-foot-5, 266 pounds. The senior has collected 23 sacks the last three years, which means he'll likely top Clowney’s career total of 24 career sacks over the next few months, though he'll obviously have needed more games to do it. "I feel like I’ve got the best first step in college football," Beasley said.

Oklahoma athletic director Joe Castiglione indicated that the school wouldn't repeat the decision to admit redshirt sophomore WR Dorial Green-Beckham if it had do the decision over.

"If someone presented a case like that now, I think you would be fair to say that he probably wouldn’t be at Oklahoma," Castiglione said, clarifying that Oklahoma didn’t regret admitting the receiver. The quote has less to do with Green-Beckham himself, and more to do with public perception. SI's The Inside Read column spoke with several college officials who said it "will be more difficult for schools to rely on the fact that a player wasn’t charged or preach that a player has 'learned his lesson.'" DGB was dismissed from Missouri after unlawfully forcing his way into an apartment seeking his girlfriend, and then pushing a different woman down stairs. He was never charged.

Baylor HC Art Briles told reporters redshirt senior QB Bryce Petty is 100 percent back from injury.

Petty had been hobbled since week one against SMU while dealing with two cracks in his back. All in all, he only missed one game (against Northwestern State) and the Bears are currently 3-0. Expect Petty to continue to put up huge numbers. For evaluators, focus on when he is forced to make throws from a closing pocket to covered receivers.

Oklahoma sophomore RB Keith Ford will miss at least 2-3 with a slight foot fracture.

Ford is a member of the Sooners' running back trio, which includes Samaje Perine and Alex Ross. However, many consider Ford the best of the group. In their next three games, Oklahoma faces West Virginia, TCU and Texas, with an off week between the first two games. Ford has rushed for 194 yards and five touchdowns on 34 carries.

Central Michigan senior RB Thomas Rawls has been suspended indefinitely after being charged with three felonies.

The charges include stealing a purse at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort and stealing two credit cards from said purse, according to beat writer Nate Schneider. On Saturday, a CMU release stated "an issue that came to our attention," and Rawls was subsequently withheld from the game against Syracuse. The Michigan transfer rushed for 276 yards and three touchdowns on 56 attempts prior to missing this contest. The Chippewas lost 40-3 to Syracuse.

Texas A&M edge rusher Myles Garrett is 2.5 sacks away from tying Jadeveon Clowney's SEC freshman sack record of eight.

Sacks aren't everything, but Garrett already has 5.5 in the Aggies' revamped defense. "I didn't know he had this kind of pass rush ability in terms of his power, speed and these counter moves," said Texas A&M DC Mark Snyder. "It's pretty freakish... He can dip and rip, and bend the corner like I've never [seen]." Garrett was the defensive prize of A&M's 2014 class, and he is obviously already making his mark.

West Virginia senior WR Kevin White is "tailored for the NFL," according to Scouts Inc.'s Kevin Weidl.

White has the "size, speed and strength in traffic" to have success at the next level, and Weidl even pointed to the receiver "Mossing" two Maryland defenders. The senior was not ranked highly on many preseason lists, including ours, but he is absolutely making a name for himself and looks to, at worst, be a second day selection.

Arizona State senior QB Taylor Kelly is not expected to play against UCLA on September 25 following a foot injury suffered against Colorado, according to ESPN's Joe Schad.

"In a best case scenario maybe ASU’s Taylor Kelly makes it back for USC on" October 4, Schad added. Expect Mike Bercovici to start in Kelly's absence. The Sun Devils have a Saturday off before facing the Bruins on a Thursday. Kelly is an effective college quarterback, but his pro prospects are not good.

UCLA redshirt junior QB Brett Hundley reportedly suffered a "slight" hyper extension of his left elbow on Saturday, and he's expected to be able to play next weekend against Arizona State, reports Bruce Feldman of Fox Sports.

"They say he will be fine by the end of next week," Feldman reported on Fox Sports Live. Hundley landed awkwardly on his left side in the first quarter against the Longhorns and immediately trotted off the field. Backup QB Jerry Neuheisel had a star turn as his sub, throwing for 226 yards and two touchdowns. Hundley, however, is expected to relegate Neuheisel to bench work on Thursday, Sept. 25 (UCLA has a bye next week), pending the results of an MRI on Sunday. Hundley is 53-of-77 for 638 yards, three touchdowns and one interception through three games.

Utah State senior QB Chuckie Keeton re-injured his left knee and was forced out of the second half of the school's 36-24 win over Wake Forest.

Keeton tore ligaments in the same knee last year. He was on crutches for a period of time on the sideline but tossed them aside later on. Keeton showed plenty of ability prior to the injury last year, but he has looked sluggish since. Utah State's staff will know more about the injury on Sunday.

Stanford redshirt sophomore RB Barry J. Sanders rusher for 92 yards on nine carries in the school's 35-0 win over Army.

It is a career high in carries and yards for the young Sanders. A large portion of his yards occurred on a single snap, which saw Sanders take a short toss 44 yards after great blocking up front. He lacked long speed to finish the run, however. This could be a start to a larger role for Barry's son.
