J.A. Happ (elbow) could rejoin the Blue Jays' rotation as soon as Tuesday versus the Reds.

Happ was touched up for three runs on seven hits over just three innings in a rehab start with High-A Dunedin on Thursday, but the important thing is his elbow felt good. The Blue Jays could still choose to stretch him out more with another rehab outing, but it sounds like there's a good chance he'll be back next week, whether it's the beginning or the end of the week.
