His average finish is 10th. He has led 97 laps in competition. Truex ranks ninth in points earned in the last seven races at Homestead and fifth in the last five. Last season at the 1.5-mile oval, he battled for the victory with NASCAR champion Tony Stewart and Carl Edwards before finishing in third place. The year before, the 32-year-old Michael Waltrip Racing driver led 62 laps before a cut tire ended his chance for the win. Besides winning the race, Greg Biffle’s team wins multiple race awards in the Sprint Cup Quicken Loans 400 at Michigan International Speedway.

Biffle won the 3M Lap Leader Award for leading the most laps (48 of 200). Roush Yates Engines won the Mahle Clevite Engine Builder of the Race award. Matt Puccia, crew chief on the No. 16 Ford, won the Moog Chassis Parts Problem Solver of the Race award for improving lap times 0.234 seconds from first half of the race to the second half. Biffle moved up two spots to eighth in the 2013 NSCS point standings.

Carl Edwards wins two contingency race awards in the Sprint Cup Quicken Loans 400 at Michigan International Speedway.

He won the Coors Light Pole Award 202.452 mph. He also won the Sherwin-Williams Fastest Lap award. The No. 99 Ford Fusion driver started on the pole, led 16 laps and finished in eighth place. He is currently second in the 2013 Sprint Cup point standings.

Paul Menard wins the Duralast Brakes "Brake in the Race" award at Michigan in the Sprint Cup Series.

The award is given to the highest eligible driver in the running order at the time of the first caution of each race. The driver of the No. 27 Chevrolet SS earned the award in the Quicken Loans 400 at Michigan International Speedway. Menard finished the race in 14th place and is moved up one spot to 11th in the 2013 point standings.

The award is given to the eligible driver that records the fastest average speed on restarts and finishes the race on the lead lap. He earned the award for his sixth place finish in the Sprint Cup Quicken Loans 400 at Michigan International Speedway. The driver of the No. 20 Toyota Camry moved up one spot to fifth in the 2013 Sprint Cup point standings.

The driver of the No. 29 Chevrolet moved up one spot to fourth in the 2013 Sprint Cup point standings.

Danica Patrick is the top rookie finisher in the Sprint Cup Quicken Loans 400 at Michigan International Speedway.

The No. 10 Chevrolet SS driver started 37th and finished in 13th place. She was named the "Rookie of the Race". The only other ROTY contender in the event was Ricky Stenhouse Jr. (finished 16th). Patrick moved up one spot to 27th in the 2013 point standings.

Greg Biffle wins the 45th Annual Quicken Loans 400, his 19th victory in 381 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races.

This is the 1000th victory for Ford Motor Company in the NASCAR Sprint Cup, NASCAR Nationwide and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. It is Biffle's first victory and sixth top-10 finish in 2013. This is the No. 16 Ford Fusion driver's fourth victory and 13th top-10 finish in 21 races at Michigan International Speedway. He has now won back-to-back race at Michigan. Biffle moved up two spots to eighth in the 2013 NSCS point standings.

Kasey Kahne has the best 10-lap consecutive average speed in Happy Hour practice for the Sprint Cup Quicken Loans 400 at Michigan International Speedway.

His average speed of 196.046 mph in the No. 5 Chevrolet SS was best of the six cars that ran 10 consecutive laps on the track for this final practice session. No. 48 Jimmie Johnson, No. 55 Mark Martin, No. 31 Jeff Burton, No. 24 Jeff Gordon and No. 17 Ricky Stenhouse Jr. were the rest on this list.

Kurt Busch is at the top of the speed chart in the Happy Hour practice leading to the Sprint Cup Quicken Loans 400 at Michigan International Speedway.

The No. 78 Chevrolet SS driver put up a 197.368 mph lap in the final practice. No. 5 Kasey Kahne, No. 55 Mark Martin, No. 48 Jimmie Johnson and No. 99 Carl Edwards are the rest of the top five and No. 30 David Stremme was the slowest of the 41 cars running in this final session.

Austin Dillon won three race contingency awards in the Nationwide Series Alliance Truck Parts 250 at Michigan International Speedway.

Dillon won the Coors Light Pole award for his 191.882 mph track record qualifying lap in the No. 3 Chevrolet. He won the 3M Lap Leader award for leading the most laps (81 of 125). Dillon also won the Duralast Brakes "Brake in the Race" award for being the highest eligible driver in the running order at the time of the first caution. Dillon is currently fourth in the 2013 NNS point standings.

Kyle Larson wins two race awards in the Nationwide Series Alliance Truck Parts 250 at Michigan International Speedway.

Larson won the Mobil 1 Driver of the Race award. He also won the Sunoco Rookie of the Race award for finishing in second place which was ahead of the rest of the 2013 ROTY contenders. Larson moved up one spot to ninth in the 2013 Nationwide Series point standings after this event.
