Kyle Larson will travel to Rockingham Speedway after competing in the NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Fort Worth Friday night.

He will make his first NCWTS start of the season behind the wheel of the No. 30 Autism Speaks Chevrolet Silverado. In just four previous career NCWTS starts, Larson has collected three top-10 finishes, including a runner-up designation, and led over 90 laps. His last two NNS starts have produced a second- and a sixth-place finish, as he currently sits seventh in driver point standings.-Turner Scott Motorsports

Josh Williams (#6 Musselman's Big Cup Applesauce Chevrolet) finished 4th in Friday's ARCA Racing Series Sioux Chief PowerPEX 200 at Lucas Oil Raceway in Clermont, IN.

He started 17th in the lineup and completed all of the 200 laps run. Williams, who has competed in all 12 series races so far this season, is currently second in the 2016 ARCA Championship standings after this event, 230 points behind leader Chase Briscoe.

Daniel Suarez (#19 Juniper Networks Toyota Camry) finished seventh in Saturday's NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) Lilly Diabetes 250 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Speedway, Indiana.

He started seventh on the grid and completed all of the 63 laps run. He retains his position as the points leader in the 2016 NXS championship standings after the event, leading Elliott Sadler (finished sixth in the race) by 14 points.

Greg Biffle entered the Crown Royal Combat Wounded Coalition 400 at the Brickyard with a three-race streak of top-10s that included a season-best fifth on the flat New Hampshire Motor Speedway. He crashed hard on lap 53 and finished 39th—the next to last driver in the lineup.

Pocono Raceway will be a huge test for this team. If they can rebound, Biffle could turn the tide and begin working on moving up the points’ standings. Biffle is well outside Chase consideration and this organization is not prepared to run all the way up to the top 15 from 22nd, but they could be one of the best differentiators in the coming weeks if they consistently challenge for top-15s.
Jul 25 - 11:38 AM

At Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Kurt Busch finished outside the top 15 for the third time in the past four races. He was 16th in the Crown Royal Combat Wounded Coalition 400 at the Brickyard after starting 11th.

One would like to say that Busch ran better than he finished, but he garnered only the 13th-best driver rating from NASCAR Statistical Services. That suggests he finished fairly closely to how he performed and raises questions about his ability to rebound in the next few weeks.

Chris Buescher was the top Rookie of the Year contender at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. He finished 14th in the Crown Royal Combat Wounded Coalition 400 at the Brickyard after starting the day solidly in 22nd. This placed him one position ahead of Chase Elliott.

Buescher and the Front Row Motorsports scored nine top-25 results in the opening part of the season, but this was their first top-15. No one expected it to come in one of the biggest races of the year, but fantasy owners who rolled the dice on him were well rewarded.
Jul 25 - 11:15 AM

Elliott Sadler (#1 OneMain Chevrolet Camaro) finished sixth in Saturday's NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) Lilly Diabetes 250 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Speedway, Indiana.

He started ninth on the grid and completed all of the 63 laps run. Sadler, who started in all 18 series races so far this season, is currently second in the 2016 NXS championship standings after this event, 14 points behind leader Daniel Suarez.
Jul 25 - 10:11 AM

Andrew Ranger (#27 Mopar/Pennzoil/Mopar Express Lane Dodge) finished sixth in Saturday's NASCAR Pinty's Series (NPS) Alberta Has New Energy 300 at the Edmonton Int'l Raceway in Wetaskiwin, Alberta.

He started sixth on the grid and completed all laps of the 300-lap event. Ranger continues as the points leader in the 2016 NPS championship standings. He leads second-place Cayden Lapcevich, who finished third in the race, by nine points after this event.
Jul 25 - 10:08 AM

Justin Allgaier won the season's fourth and final Dash 4 Cash paycheck Saturday afternoon at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Allgaier finished fifth in the XFINITY Series' Lilly Diabetes 250, which was won by Sprint Cup Series regular Kyle Busch. But the effort was one position ahead of Allgaier's JR Motorsports teammate Elliott Sadler, and that was enough to earn the special $100,000 incentive. The race for the bonus money got intense in the final laps with Allgaier passing Elliott in Turn 4 on the last restart with two laps remaining to take the position and take the incentive money.

Cayden Lapcevich (#76 Fastline Motorsports Dodge) finished third in Saturday's NASCAR Pinty's Series (NPS) Alberta Has New Energy 300 at the Edmonton Int'l Raceway in Wetaskiwin, Alberta.

He started second in the lineup, led 40 laps and completed all laps of the 300-lap event. Lapcevich, who competed in all 6 series races so far this season, is currently second in the 2016 NPS championship standings after this event, 9 points behind leader Andrew Ranger.
Jul 25 - 9:38 AM

L.P. Dumoulin (#47 WeatherTech Canada/Bellemare Dodge) finished 2nd in Saturday's NASCAR Pinty's Series (NPS) Alberta Has New Energy 300 at the Edmonton Int'l Raceway in Wetaskiwin, Alberta.

He started 5th in the lineup and completed all laps of the 300-lap event. Dumoulin, who competed in all 6 series races so far this season, advanced two positions from 8th to 6th in the 2016 NPS championship standings after this event.
Jul 24 - 9:47 PM

Paul Menard entered the Crown Royal Combat Wounded Coalition 400 at the Brickyard as a dark horse after qualifying 23rd. A previous winner on this track, he expected more from his race trim and ultimately got it to the tune of a 10th-place finish.

This was only Menard’s second top-10 on this track, with his other strong run resulting in the 2011 Brickyard 400 victory. He has not been bad, however, and this marks his sixth top-15 in the past seven attempts at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
