Austin Dillon won the Coors Light Pole Award for the 22nd Annual Alliance Truck Parts 250 with a track qualifying record lap of 37.523 seconds, 191.882 mph.

Dillon set the previous record (190.375 mph) last June. This is the No. 3 Chevrolet Camaro driver's seventh pole in 57 NASCAR Nationwide Series races. This is Dillon's fourth consecutive pole, a NASCAR Nationwide Series record. His previous poles came at Charlotte, Dover and Iowa. This is also his 12th top-10 start in 2013 and his second pole in three races at Michigan International Speedway.

This goes in the books as yet another way to lose a race. Truex is still looking for his first short track win and will have to wait until August at Bristol to try again.

11th-place finisher, Kurt Busch lead 98 laps of the Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Raceway after starting the race sixth.

That made him one of the top values in games that offer bonus points for laps led. Busch challenged for the win in the late stages, but seemed to get shuffled back in the closing laps.
