Three ARCA races, two poles; that’s the statistics for Cunningham Motorsports driver Ryan Blaney, who captured his second Menards Pole Qualifying presented by Ansell award of the season today, turning the fastest lap at Chicagoland Speedway.

Blaney, a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series regular, in the No. 22, finished second at Michigan and fifth at Road America. He looks to continue that string of ARCA success at Chicagoland. His qualifying lap was 173.310 mph, more than a second faster than Richard Petty Motorsports development driver Corey LaJoie, who was clocked at 172.133.

Johnny Sauter (No. 21 Allegiant Airlines Chevrolet Silverado) finished second in Friday night's NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) NC Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, NC.

He started third in the lineup, led 22 laps and completed all laps of the 134-lap race. Sauter continues as the points leader in the 2017 NCWTS championship standings, leading Christopher Bell (finished third in the race) by 15 points.

Christopher Bell (No. 4 SiriusXM Toyota Tundra) finished third in Friday night's NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) NC Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, NC.

He started on the pole, led two laps and completed all laps of the 134-lap race. Bell is currently second in the 2017 NCWTS Championship point standings after this event, 15 points behind leader Johnny Sauter (finished second in the race).

Rich DeLong III (No. 84 Country Girl Saloon/Ron's Rear Ends Chevrolet) finished 12th in Saturday night's NASCAR K&N Pro Series-West (KNPSW) Orange Show 150 at Orange Show Speedway in San Bernardino, CA.

He started 21st in the lineup and completed 142 laps of the 150-lap race. DeLong, who made all six KNPSW races so far this season, is currently 15th in the 2017 championship standings after this event.

Justin Alexander, who has served as the crew chief of the No. 2 Rheem/Menards Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing (RCR) and earned two wins last season in the NASCAR XFINITY Series, will assume crew chief responsibilities for the No. 3 Chevrolet SS team in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series with driver Austin Dillon.

Prior to RCR, Alexander served in various engineering roles with Hendrick Motorsports. Alexander's first race in his new role will be for the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 28, replacing Richard "Slugger" Labbe. Labbe is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.-RCR
