His average speed of 123.634 mph was best of the 26 cars that ran 10 consecutive laps on the track for this session. No. 24 Jeff Gordon, No. 18 Kyle Busch, No. 78 Kurt Busch and No. 15 Clint Bowyer are the rest of the top five on this list.

Scott Steckly finished 10th in Saturday night's NASCAR Canadian Tire Series race at Autodrome St. Eustache in Quebec.

He started the No. 22 Canadian Tire Dodge on the pole for the Lucas Oil National 250. He earned the 3M Lap Leader Award for leading the most laps (217 of the 256-lap race). Steckly continues as the points leader in the 2015 Canadian Tire Series championship standings after this event. He leads second-place Jason Hathaway, who finished 15th in the race, by 11 points.

In his second NASCAR XFINITY Series start at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Chris Buescher battled a No. 60 Zest Ford Mustang that started too loose and ended too tight to finish 16th.

With the finish, Buescher maintains his lead in the driver point standings. He holds a 25 point lead over Chase Elliott in the NASCAR XFINITY Series point standings, as the series travels to Iowa Speedway, where Buescher won earlier this season.-Roush Fenway Racing

Regan Smith's eighth place finish in Saturday's Lilly Diabetes 250 XFINITY Series at Indianapolis Motor Speedway wasn't the victory he'd hoped for, but Smith and his JR Motorsports team was still able to celebrate.

He got one step closer to winning a million dollars in the series' Dash 4 Cash incentive program. He also collected $100,000 on May 30, after winning the first round at Dover, Delaware. Smith, along with Indianapolis' runner-up Ryan Blaney, third place finisher Daniel Suarez and fifth place finisher Elliott Sadler now advance and are eligible for the third round of competition Aug. 21 at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Brad Keselowski’s season has finally turned around. He finished 10th at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in the Crown Royal Jeff Kyle 400 at the Brickyard, which was his third consecutive top-10.

Keselowski failed to post three straight top-10s since his accident at Bristol Motor Speedway in the Food City 500 and in the 10 races until his current streak, he had an average of 17.1. To be a good value, he needs to earn top-fives, but first he needed to stabilize his results.
Jul 27 - 9:37 AM

Kyle Larson snapped a long streak of bad luck in the Crown Royal Jeff Kyle 400 at the Brickyard. His ninth-place finish at Indianapolis Motor Speedway was his first top-10 in six starts and it broke a three-race streak of finishes in the 30s.

Larson needs to keep his streak alive as the series heads to Pocono Raceway. In three previous starts there, he has never finished worse than 11th.
Jul 27 - 9:30 AM

Kurt Busch entered the Crown Royal Jeff Kyle 400 at the Brickyard with the longest current top-10 streak of six. He finished eighth at Indianapolis Motor Speedway to keep that streak alive.

With a variety of strategies, everyone in the field had a seesaw day. Busch spent only about 60 laps inside the top 10, but he was there when it counted.
Jul 26 - 11:03 PM

Matt Kenseth finished seventh in the Crown Royal Jeff Kyle 400 at the Brickyard, which was his fourth consecutive finish at Indianapolis Motor Speedway of fifth through seventh.

That is consistency on which fantasy players can rely. He does not have the same streak at Pocono Raceway, however, with only one top-10 in his last six attempts there. That sixth-place finish was earned this June, however.
Jul 26 - 10:59 PM

Clint Bowyer spun in the middle of traffic on lap 51 of the 164 laps that made up the Crown Royal Jeff Kyle 400 at the Brickyard. He kept his car off the wall, however, and recovered to finish sixth at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Bowyer’s luck in the past two weeks has not been very good with a 19th at Kentucky Speedway and a 34th at Pocono Raceway, so this came as a welcome surprise to the few players with him on their roster.
Jul 26 - 10:54 PM

Hamlin is a flat track master, but Indianapolis Motor Speedway has been his worst venue among the minimally-banked courses. One would not know that by his Crown Royal Jeff Kyle 400 at the Brickyard effort as he finished fifth.

Hamlin had to overcome a lost hood during practice and a missed setup in qualification that sent him off the grid 17th. This solid run makes him a good pick next week on the 2.5-mile, flat Pocono Raceway.
Jul 26 - 10:50 PM

Martin Truex Jr. finished fourth in the Crown Royal Jeff Kyle 400 at the Brickyard and finally broke out of his slump. He failed to finish among the top 10 in his last four attempts this season until his Indianapolis Motor Speedway triumph.

As quickly as drivers lose momentum, it can be regained. Fantasy owners should expect him to run strong at Pocono Raceway next week and even contend for the Victory Lane sweep; he won the Axalta We Paint Winners 400.
Jul 26 - 7:16 PM

For the second consecutive week, Kevin Harvick finished third on a flat track. He crossed under the checkers at Indianapolis Motor Speedway behind Kyle Busch and Joey Logano after leading 75 laps of the Crown Royal Jeff Kyle 400 at the Brickyard.

Harvick has not won since Phoenix this spring, but he has been the hottest fantasy value nearly every week. Fans care about wins, but players love this top-five consistency.
