Online lighting retailer 1000Bulbs.com will return to the No. 38 Ford Fusion in 2018, partnering with driver David Ragan for four Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series races.

The Garland, Texas-based company agreed to the multi-race deal after Front Row Motorsports introduced it to the NASCAR landscape in November, when 1000Bulbs.com sponsored Ragan's team at Phoenix International Raceway. On the 2018 schedule, 1000Bulbs.com will join the No. 38 team for races at Auto Club Speedway (March), Texas Motor Speedway (April), Dover International Speedway (October) and Homestead-Miami Speedway (November).-FRM

With the release of a new paint scheme, BRANDT Professional Agriculture, a leading agriculture retailer and manufacturer of agricultural specialty products, announced the continuation of its sponsorship with JR Motorsports and championship contender, Justin Allgaier, for 19 races in the NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) for the 2018 season.

This marks the third year of partnership for BRANDT and JRM, and the eighth season for BRANDT and Allgaier. Over the past two seasons at JRM, Allgaier has captured an impressive two wins, 23 top-five and 44 top-10 finishes, placing third in the NXS standings each year.

Shriners Hospitals for Children® will once again sponsor David Ragan and Front Row Motorsports’ (FRM) No. 38 Ford Fusion in 2018. They will be the primary sponsor of Ragan during three Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series races: Dover on May 6, Daytona on July 7 and Bristol on August 18.

For a third consecutive year, Shriners Hospitals for Children will support the on-track efforts of Ragan, who has a close relationship with the health care system. He has been a member of Shriners International since 2012 and serves as its NASCAR ambassador. He visits Shriners Hospitals during the race season and invites patients to the track for once-in-a-lifetime experiences. He also raises awareness and funds for Shriners Hospitals for Children through various campaigns, public service announcements, donations and activities.

Travis Braden is preparing for his first full ARCA Racing Series schedule, starting with the Lucas Oil 200 Driven by General Tire at Daytona Int'l Speedway Saturday, Feb. 10.

The 23-year-old West Virginia University graduate, with degrees in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, is viewed as a rising star in the racing world and will compete on the full ARCA tour with RFMS Racing in the No. 27 Ford. Though this will be his first full season in ARCA, Braden is no stranger to the racing world. At tracks in Columbus and Xenia, Ohio, Braden earned more than 100 victories before he was 13, and at age 17 he won 10 times en route to the Columbus Speedway track championship, the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series (NWASS) state championship and the NWASS national Rookie of the Year, all before graduating from high school.

Roush Fenway Racing announced on SiriusXM NASCAR Radio that Team Penske driver Austin Cindric will pilot the No. 60 RFR Ford in the Power Shares QQQ 300 NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Daytona International Speedway.

Cindric, 19, is one of the three Ford drivers that comprise the Roush 60 Team that also includes Ty Majeski and Chase Briscoe. Mike Kelley, who won the 2011 and 2012 NXS title with Ricky Stenhouse Jr., will be the crew chief for the car.-Motorsport.com (via jayski.com)

GoDaddy will return to be Danica Patrick‘s sponsor for the Daytona 500 and Indianapolis 500, the company announced Thursday.

Patrick said in November that she would retire from racing after competing in those two events. She has yet to secure a ride for either race but that was slowed by the lack of sponsorship until Thursday’s announcement. A Chip Ganassi Racing executive said last week that the team was no longer in discussions with Patrick for her to drive for the team in either race.

Kelley Blue Book, the most trusted brand for car pricing, research, valuation and selling your car, has extended its relationship with 12-time NASCAR Cup Series champions Hendrick Motorsports with a three-year contract renewal through the 2020 racing season.

In 2018, 2019 and 2020, Kelley Blue Book will be featured as a two-race primary sponsor and full-season associate sponsor of driver Chase Elliott and his No. 9 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 team. Elliott, 22, will pilot the No. 9 Kelley Blue Book Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 on Aug. 18 at Bristol Motor Speedway and in the NASCAR Cup Series playoff race Nov. 4 at Texas Motor Speedway.-Hendrick Motorsports

Kyle Busch Motorsports (KBM) announced today that Todd Gilliland will drive the No. 4 Tundra in 19 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series events in 2018 and vie for the Sunoco Rookie of the Year honors.

The 17-year-old will make his 2018 debut at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway March 24 and then race at Dover (Del.) International Speedway May before running the remainder of the schedule starting at Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway May 18 after he becomes eligible to compete on larger tracks when he turns 18 on May 15. Gilliland made his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut for KBM at Dover last June. He spent time inside the top five before being relegated to a 20th-place finish after experiencing a broken wheel. He registered an average finish of 5.0 across his final three races of his six-race Truck Series schedule in 2017, including a career-best third-place finish at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon on Sept. 23.

Ricky Benton Racing (RBR) Enterprises announced today that the team will be jumping to the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) for the season-opening Daytona 500 in February. David Gilliland has rejoined the team to pilot the No. 92 Black's Tire and Auto Service/Carquest Auto Parts/Ford Fusion.

RBR has spent the past eight seasons competing in 79 races in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) on a part-time basis. Gilliland drove for the team for seven races in 2015. Plans for the RBR's 2018 NCWTS schedule have not been finalized. Mike Hester will serve as crew chief in both series. Horizon Global Corporation has joined Team Penske with a new multi-year partnership beginning in 2018.

Horizon Global towing and trailering brands REESE® and Draw-Tite® will serve as primary sponsors for the No. 2 Ford Fusion driven by Brad Keselowski in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) races this season at Martinsville Speedway in March and Richmond Raceway in September. The No. 2 Ford will also carry the REESE branding as an associate sponsor throughout the 2018 MENCS season. Keselowski will join the Horizon Global team at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit this Thursday, January 18 to help launch the new partnership.-Team Penske

DC Solar is moving to the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) for the 2018 season as a primary partner with both Kyle Larson (No. 42) and Jamie McMurray (No. 1).

In addition to partnering with Chip Ganassi Racing (CGR) in the MENCS, DC Solar will continue to be seen in the XFINITY Series (NXS) for several races on the No. 42 Chevrolet with both Larson and McMurray behind the wheel. McMurray will compete in the NXS for the first time since 2013. He has not run multiple races in one season in the series since 2011 when he competed in six races. He is an eight-time winner in the NXS, with his most recent win coming at Atlanta Motor Speedway in 2010 driving for JR Motorsports. McMurray enters the 2018 season on the heels of three consecutive trips to the Playoffs, the most recent of which saw the veteran driver advance to the second round.-CGR
