NTS Motorsports announced the addition of 15 year-old NASCAR Next driver Gray Gaulding to their lineup in 2014.

Gaulding will make his debut in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) in eight races and will compete alongside Brennan Newberry in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East (NKNPSE) full-time. Gaulding has set NASCAR records as the youngest winner and pole sitter in NASCAR K&N Pro Series competition. With primary sponsorship from Gemini Southern, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and TruMoo Chocolate Milk, Gaulding hopes to claim the NKNPSE championship and contend for victories in the NCWTS. As a NASCAR Next driver, Gaulding has claimed one win, 11 top-10’s and five top-5’s in 18 NKNPSE starts in 2013.

Brad Keselowski wanted to give Roger Penske his first Brickyard 400 win at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, but he came up one position short in second.

Keselowski did not have a great car for most of the day, but he proved that determination makes up for a lot when he got into the front pack at the end. He took the lead just before the final restart, but could not quite outrun Kahne at the end.

Michael Annett (No. 5 TMC Chevrolet Camaro) finished 25th in Saturday's NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) Lilly Diabetes 250 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Speedway, IN.

He started fifth in the lineup and completed 99 of the 100 laps run. Annett, who entered all 18 NXS races so far this season, slipped one spot to 10th in the 2017 driver championship point standings after this event.

Kasey Kahne won a crash-marred Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway and virtually locks himself into the playoffs.

There is still an opportunity for more than 16 drivers to qualify with victories and that could be a factor in whether he is in contention, but this has to take some of the weight off of Kahne’s shoulders. He had to survive several late race cautions and aggressive moves by the field. This snaps a 102-race winless streak.
