This weekend’s Kroger 250 will mark a special milestone, Gray Gaulding’s first start in one of NASCAR’s top-3 national touring series.

Gaulding will make his mark at the bright young age of 16 years, 1 month, and 19 days. He tested for two days at the half mile Martinsville Speedway just one week ago and brings veteran crew chief Jeff Hensley with him. Jeff Hensley will serve as crew chief of the No. 20 Gemini Southern Chevrolet. Gaulding is competing full time in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series where he is currently 3rd in the points.

Todd Gilliland (No. 16 NAPA Auto Parts/Toyota Camry) was able to maintain his lead in the 2017 NASCAR K&N Pro Series-West (KNPSW) point standings after the Orange Show 150 at Orange Show Speedway in San Bernardino, CA.

He leads Ryan Partridge (winner of the event) by 11 points.
