The 200-lap event at Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville will mark the one-year anniversary since Bret Holmes (No. 23 Holmes II Excavation/Southern States Bank Chevrolet) debuted in the ARCA Racing Series at the same Tennessee State Fairgrounds historic, half-mile short-track.

Holmes, a relatively unknown late-model driver from Munford, Ala., came into the series in a big way, breaking the one-lap track record at Nashville in his first qualifying attempt. Series champion Chase Briscoe then broke Holmes' record before qualifying ended, but Holmes still hung on for the second position. Holmes finished fifth in the race after leading six laps.
