In 11 starts at Iowa Speedway, Justin Allgaier (No. 7 BRANDT Professional Agriculture Chevrolet Camaro) has one top-five and eight top-10 finishes, with a best finish of second (2012).

He led five laps at last month's XFINITY series event at Iowa on his way to a ninth-place finish. With 18 races complete this season Allgaier has led for 299 laps, the most of his NXS career in a single year.-JR Motorsports

Moved up to 10th in the NCWTS championship standings after 10th-place finish at Eldora Speedway – his fifth top 10 this season. Chase Briscoe (No. 29 Cooper Standard Ford F-150) has two previous starts at Pocono Raceway in the ARCA Racing Series.

Last July, he visited Victory Lane at the Tricky Triangle after leading 51 of 60 laps, earning his fourth-consecutive win in the series. Will be in the broadcast booth for Friday’s ARCA race, joining Phil Parsons and Ralph Sheheen. Has completed a series-best 99.78 percent of total possible laps this season (1,804 of a possible 1,808). Leads Sunoco Rookie of the Year standings and is third in NCWTS driver points. Alex Tagliani (No. 18 Lowe's Canada/EpiPen/St.Hubert Chevrolet) has five wins, eight poles and 19 top fives, 31 top 10s in 50 NASCAR Pinty’s Series starts.

Four of his five wins at have come on the ovals (Sunset Speedway 2015-16 and Edmonton 2008 & 2016). His lone road course win came last season in Toronto. Finished fourth in 2016 and seventh in 2015. He also came home fifth in his first career appearance at Wyant Group Raceway in 2014.

Team Penske announced today that Ryan Blaney will join the organization as a full-time driver in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) beginning in 2018 as the team returns to a three-car operation in NASCAR’s premier series.

The 23-year-old Blaney, who also signed a multi-year contract extension with the team, will pilot the No. 12 Ford Fusion, beginning with the annual non-points "Clash" event at Daytona International Speedway in February.-Team Penske

Wood Brothers Racing, the oldest active NASCAR team and one of the winning-est teams in series history, and veteran driver Paul Menard, will join forces for the 2018 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) season, the two parties announced today.

The new partnership will see the team continue to compete full time for the coming seasons with Menard driving the legendary No. 21 Ford Fusion. Menards, the industry-leading home improvement store company, will sponsor the No. 21 Ford for 22 MENCS races. Additional sponsorship, including plans for long-time partner Motorcraft/Quick Lane, will be announced at a later date.-Wood Brothers Racing

Andrew Ranger (No. 27 Mopar/Pennzoil Dodge) the 2007 and 2009 champion is the series’ all-time leader in wins at 22 and holds the record for the poles with 21. Has 55 top fives and 82 top 10s in 100 NASCAR Pinty’s Series starts.

Finished second in last year’s final season standings. Currently holds the series’ record for consecutive wins at a track with three (ICAR, 2012-14; Trois-Rivieres, 2008-10). Scored his first pole award at the track last season and finished fifth. In his four other appearances at the Wyant Group Raceway he’s registered finishes of eighth, sixth, fourth and third.
