Joey Logano rebounded after back-to-back 40th-place finishes on flat tracks to finish fifth in the Brickyard 400. He finished 40th at Pocono and New Hampshire in their first races.

Early in the season Logano finished fourth at Phoenix and Martinsville before winning at Richmond. A blown engine at Pocono and accident at New Hampshire threatened to stall his momentum, but he now has four top-fives in six starts on this track type.

Andrew Ranger has won in a dominant car at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, and he's lost races on the Ontario track when he's had the car to beat. Which is probably what made Sunday's victory so sweet.
