Brett Moffitt will pilot chassis No. 021 in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) Alpha Energy Solutions 250. This chassis was last driven by Timothy Peters to a pole at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and in the season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway and has since been refitted.

Moffitt at Martinsville... The 24-year-old Iowa native is one-for-one in the K&N Pro Series East at Martinsville Speedway, with one start in June of 2010, in which he picked up the win and the grandfather clock. Moffitt also has two Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series starts at the .526-mile track. One of the Young Guns... Moffitt has 10 starts in the NCWTS, with one win, three top-five and four top-10 finishes.-Red Horse Racing

The track known as the "Paper Clip" is less than a 20-minute drive from Timothy Peters' residence in Danville, Virginia.

In 22 starts at his home track, Peters' consistency through the years has yielded an average finish of 11.7 and an average start of 9.9. In 2016, Peters scored a pair of fifth-place finishes at Martinsville, and over the last 12 races there, the hometown driver has been nothing short of outstanding. Over that time, Peters has amassed six top-five's, 10 top-10 finishes, and has only finished worse than eighth twice. In addition to his usual duties behind the wheel of the No. 24 Chevrolet SS in the Cup Series, Chase Elliott will drive the No. 23 Chevrolet Silverado for GMS Racing in Saturday’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race.

It will mark the 21-year-old driver’s second start in the No. 23 truck this season. He also competed at Atlanta Motor Speedway earlier this season, finishing fifth. Elliott’s Truck Series résumé includes one win, seven top-five finishes and nine top-10s in 12 starts. He earned the pole, led 109 laps and finished second last fall at Martinsville Speedway.-Hendrick Motorsports

The No. 98 team will unload chassis No. 43 for Saturday's Alpha Energy Solutions 250 at Martinsville. This is the same chassis teammate Matt Crafton piloted to one win (Martinsville-2), and three top-two finishes at both Martinsville Speedway events and Gateway Motorsports Park in St. Louis, in 2015. The ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards entry list for the upcoming Music City 200 presented by Azure Foundation at Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville gets better by the moment.

Currently, the entry list shows 31 cars, with more expected in the days ahead. Bo LeMastus, who tested at Nashville last week, is the latest to file an entry in his own No. 42 Crosley Brands-T&T Construction-SO-Glad Toyota. LeMastus is the CEO of Crosley Brands and frequently travels all over the world doing business when he's not racing on the ARCA tour.

Elliott Sadler (No. 1 OneMain Chevrolet Camaro) finished seventh in Saturday's NASCAR XFINITY Series Service King 300 at Auto Club Speedway.

He started 14th on the grid and completed all of the 150 laps run. Sadler retains his position as the points leader in the 2017 NXS championship standings after the event, leading William Byron (finished fifth in the race) by 17 points. Sadler's lead was 11 points heading into Fontana.

He started sixth in the lineup, led one lap and completed all of the 150 laps run. Byron is currently second in the 2017 NXS driver championship standings after this event, 17 points behind leader Elliott Sadler.

Justin Allgaier (No. 7 BRANDT Chevrolet Camaro) finished ninth in Saturday's NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) Service King 300 at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California.

He started 20th in the lineup and completed all of the 150 laps run. Allgaier, who entered all five series races so far this season, moved up from fourth to third in the 2017 NXS driver championship point standings after this event.
