For only the second time in NASCAR history, a driver has swept Victory Lane in all three major divisions—and both of those records belong to Kyle Busch. He won the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway on the heels of victories in Camping World Truck Series and the Xfinity Series.

Busch took the lead from Erik Jones in heavy traffic and pulled away to a more-than one-second lead for a while. He lost some ground in traffic but clean air at the end of the race allowed him to get a gap of 1.422 seconds. Busch’s previous sweep of all three series came in 2010.

D.J. Kennington's fast time in practice will mean he'll start on the pole for Saturday night's Bumper to Bumper 300 at Riverside International Speedway after weather washed out qualifying.

Because the series got in a practice session, the rule book dictates the starting lineup is set by practice speeds. That means Kennington, who has two previous wins at Riverside in 2010 and 2012, will lead the field to green. Kevin Lacroix will lineup second. Championship points leader Alex Labbe and local favorite Donald Chisholm will make up the second row.

Still upbeat about a fifth-place finish in the last ARCA Racing Series race at Winchester Speedway two weeks ago, Gus Dean heads to Illinois State Fairgrounds this weekend for the first of two races on the dirt this season.

Dean has never competed on anything but asphalt before, so the introduction of getting dirty on the Springfield dirt at the Illinois State Fairgrounds with his No. 32 GREE Cooling Products Toyota is something that intrigues the Win-Tron Racing developmental driver.-WinTronRacing.com
