Clint Bowyer finished fourth in the GoBowling.com 400 at Pocono after recording the eighth-best average running position of 11.394.

Bowyer had a quiet race for the most part and owed some of his track position to the wide variety of pit strategies that featured comers and goers. Bowyer is one of five drivers who would currently secure a Chase position on points, which means he needs to be more conservative than some of the other racers.
