Chase Elliott won stage two of the Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway for his first stage win of the season.

More importantly, Elliott added 10 points to his season-total. He is only two positions above the cut line to advance into the playoffs, but that could evaporate if there are unique winners outside the top 15.

Martin Truex Jr. took two tires during a competition caution and won stage one of the Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

Truex will add 10 points to his race total and one bonus points for his playoff chase. He is setting the No. 78 up to have the same kind of performance as last week at Kentucky Speedway.

Kurt Busch fired off from the pole and led the first 35 laps of the Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway until he came in for a competition caution.

NASCAR threw a caution flag to allow the drivers to check their tires. A couple of quick cautions early allowed teams to mix up their strategy and the winner of the first stage is in question.

On the restart following Landon Cassill's accident, AJ Allmendinger appeared to cut a tire and crashed heavily in the Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

Allmendinger has sustained enough damage that he will not be able to return to the track. He spun out of the middle of the pack - running 20th at the time - and it is fortunate that he did not collect anyone.

Landon Cassill spun and made heavy contact with the New Hampshire Motors Speedway wall on lap 16 of the Foxwoods Resort Casino 301.

This is the second car destroyed for StarCom Racing. If Cassill was your dark horse at NHMS, remove him.

Brandon McReynolds (No. 74 Chevrolet) scored a sixth place finish in Saturday night's NASCAR K&N Pro Series-East (KNPSE) United Site Services 70 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, NH.

He started fifth in the lineup and completed all laps of the 70-lap event. McReynolds, who competed in five of the nine KNPSE races so far this season, is currently 12th in the 2018 driver point standings, 181 points behind leader Tyler Ankrum after this event.

Austin Dillon, driving the No. 3 Chevrolet Camaro, finished 10th in Saturday's NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) Lakes Region 200 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

He started 11th in the lineup and completed all of the 200 laps run. Dillon, a Cup series regular, is not eligible to earn points in the 2018 NXS driver championship standings. He is currently 18th in the Cup series driver championship standings.

He started on the pole, led 72 laps and completed all of the 200 laps run. Keselowski, a Cup series regular, is not eligible to earn points in the 2018 NXS driver championship standings. He is currently fifth in the Cup series driver standings.
