Hawks coach Larry Drew has informed Al Horford that he'll be playing more power forward this season, after spending most of his time at center in past years.

"That's what I've been all my life," Horford said about the proposed shift toward PF. Whether he'll start there is unclear, as that would move Josh Smith to SF and Marvin Williams to the bench. Atlanta has a fleet of players capable of playing center (Zaza Pachulia, Jason Collins, Randolph Morris, Josh Powell) but if they really want Horford at PF we're not sure why they passed on Shaquille O'Neal.

Beno Udrih (illness) is questionable for Tuesday's game vs. the Jazz.

If Udrih is unable to go on Tuesday, Nick Calathes will pick up most of his reserve minutes, but that doesn't mean much. As long as Mike Conley is healthy, the backup point guards in Memphis won't be worth using in most leagues.
Mar 3 - 6:26 PM

Tony Allen (suspension) will not play Tuesday vs. the Jazz.

Allen is being suspended for internal matters, but he will be back in the lineup for Wednesday's game against Houston. With Allen out, Jeff Green and Courtney Lee will get all the minutes they can handle, with Green offering the most upside.
Mar 3 - 6:21 PM

Zach Randolph (illness) is being listed as questionable for Tuesday's game vs. Utah.

If Randolph is unable to go tonight Jon Leuer or Kosta Koufos will have the opportunity to step into the starting lineup. However, they haven't done much in the past while starting, so the primary beneficiaries from a fantasy perspective would be Mike Conley and Marc Gasol. Stay tuned.
Mar 3 - 6:16 PM

Corey Brewer will replace James Harden (suspension) in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game vs. the Hawks.

Brewer will draw a favorable matchup against the Hawks, and he's worth a look as a plug-and-play option in daily leagues. He's averaging 12.0 points, 1.2 steals, and 1.3 three-pointers per game through 24 minutes of action since coming to Houston, so those numbers should make a jump with the increased minutes. Pablo Prigioni could also see some more floor time tonight serving as Brewer's primary backup.
Mar 3 - 6:12 PM

Al Horford will return to the starting lineup for Tuesday's game vs. the Rockets, sending Elton Brand back to the bench.

Go ahead and get Horford active for what will be an uptempo game vs. Houston. Those that made a speculative add of Brand during his one-game stint in the starting unit can feel comfortable sending him back to the wire with the demotion to the bench.
Mar 3 - 6:06 PM

Jeff Teague, Al Horford, and DeMarre Carroll will return to the starting lineup for Tuesday's game vs. Houston.

The Hawks will go with their regular starters after having the aforementioned players rested during Saturday's game against the Heat. Teague's return to the starting lineup will send Dennis Schroder back to the bench, and his value will take a sizable hit. Make sure you have Teague in your active lineups, despite tonight's tough matchup with the Rockets.
Mar 3 - 5:59 PM

The Miami Heat are reportedly interested in bringing on JaVale McGee.

McGee is due to clear waivers on Wednesday, and we'll be following this story closely. So far the Mavs and Heat have been reported to have interest in acquiring McGee's services, but the sense is that there are more teams out there also intrigued by McGee. To be clear, we don't expect him to offer any fantasy value to owners in most leagues regardless of where he lands.
Mar 3 - 5:56 PM

Kelly Olynyk (ankle) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game vs. the Cavs.

With Olynyk unavailable, Brandon Bass, Tyler Zeller, and Jonas Jerebko will continue to man Boston's frontcourt, with Bass and Zeller offering the most upside. Boston plays at home against Utah on Wednesday, and we'll be considering Olynyk questionable for that one.
Mar 3 - 5:40 PM

Nick Young (knee) will remain sidelined for Tuesday's game vs. the Hornets.

This will be Young's fourth consecutive game on the sidelines, and with him out, there will be more opportunities on offense for Wayne Ellington, Jeremy Lin, and Wes Johnson. The Lakers play again on Wednesday vs. Miami, and we'll be considering Young questionable for that one.
Mar 3 - 5:36 PM

Kevin Love (illness) is headed for a game-time decision for Tuesday's matchup with the Celtics.

Love was previously listed as probable despite not being able to go through Tuesday morning's shootaround, but he’s now looking at a game-time decision. If he's unable to go, Tristan Thompson would likely slide into the starting lineup, and he's be worth a look as a plug-and-play option in daily leagues. LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, and J.R. Smith would also have more opportunities on offense. Stay tuned.
Mar 3 - 5:30 PM

Kyrie Irving (shoulder) will play Tuesday vs. Boston.

Irving will return to the starting lineup, sending Matthew Dellavedova to the bench. Irving will draw a favorable matchup against the Celtics tonight, so make sure you have him on your active roster.
