Derrick Rose (foot) was still limping on Thursday and is looking doubtful for Saturday's game.

Most in the Bulls organization are confident Rose will be able to return for the final two games of the regular season against the Pacers and Cavaliers on Wednesday and Thursday, if not before. While not ideal, it would still give Rose two games to get his rhythm back before the postseason begins. Rose owners need to tread carefully if you are allowed daily transactions over the last few games.

Mo Williams has reached an agreement with the Cavs on a two-year, $4.3 million deal.

The second year of this contract is a player option. With the Cavs adding Williams, that could mean they aren't going to be able to get Jamal Crawford and Joe Johnson. Williams' minutes figure to be in the low 20s next season, so he's not a great fantasy option.

Jahlil Okafor scored 20 points on 10-of-22 shooting (0-for-4 free throws) with nine rebounds, one steal and two blocks in Monday's preseason debut against the Spurs.

We didn't really learn anything new about Okafor but he did reinforce some of the obvious scouting reports, including his great hands down low and questionable foul shooting. He looked like he was laboring a bit in the Utah altitude but all in all he looks like a three-cat player in terms of field goal percentage, points and boards, but he might not get enough defensive stats to offset his troubles at the stripe.
Jul 6 - 9:22 PM

Joe Ingles is finalizing a two-year, $4.5 million deal with the Jazz.

The two sides of this deal never really lost contact with talks never really breaking off. Ingles may have a tougher time getting playing time this upcoming season with the Jazz hopeful to have a healthy Rodney Hood, Alec Burks back, and maybe Dante Exum getting more minutes.
Jul 6 - 7:16 PM

Leandro Barbosa and the Warriors agreed on a one-year, $2.5 million deal.

He had a couple bright spots for the Warriors in the postseason and only the Pelicans had interest in the Brazilian Blur. Barbosa won't have much fantasy value next season.
Jul 6 - 7:02 PM

Stanley Johnson had an efficient game against the Heat on Monday, making 4-of-5 from the field for 14 points with seven rebounds, two assists, two steals, one block and two 3-pointers.

He's looked terrific at times in Orlando, but this is summer league. Johnson has excelled on the perimeter side of things, which was a big concern for him coming into the offseason. He's also creating some offense with steals and his fantasy game could translate nicely. That said, the addition of Marcus Morris really hurts the appeal of Johnson in re-drafts.
Jul 6 - 6:56 PM

Mitch McGary showed off his offensive skill set against the Magic during a 73-65 win, making 9-of-12 from the field for 19 points with three rebounds, two assists, two steals and two fouls in 25 minutes.

He has lost close to 30 pounds and it's pretty clear he's worked on his mid-range game, too. McGary basically just lived around the rim during his rookie season, so his offseason has gone quite well to broaden his ability to play outside of the paint on both ends. Still, he's just going to be a backup for OKC.
Jul 6 - 5:19 PM

Aaron Gordon looked fantastic again on Monday against the Thunder, scoring 21 points with 10 rebounds, three assists, three steals and one 3-pointer on 8-of-11 from the field.

Again, he struggled from the line, making just 4-of-8 from there. However, his mid-range game looks like it's from another world while he has been destroying his man off the dribble. Gordon has clearly put in the work and he's not ready to concede his minutes to the number of forwards on the Magic roster right now. He's becoming a late-round flier at this rate.
Jul 6 - 5:12 PM

J.J. Barea will stay with the Mavs on a two-year, $5.6 million deal.

The Heat were really after him, but the acquisition of DeAndre Jordan and Wes Matthews may have helped Barea's case. The Mavs are expected to land Jeremy Lin, which means these two will likely share the minutes at point guard. Neither have been able to show consistency, so they may cancel each other out.
Jul 6 - 5:07 PM

The Cavs are looking to make a trade to acquire Jamal Crawford.

It would be for Brendan Haywood's contract and the Cavs are also trying to get a deal going for Joe Johnson. Crawford would be a great fit with the Cavs to help give them some shooting as well as a ball-handler in their second unit. This news also solidifies the talk of J.R. Smith not coming back. Expect the Cavs to get one of the two deals done today or tomorrow.
Jul 6 - 4:57 PM

Mario Hezonja put on a show again on Monday against the Thunder, scoring 14 points with three rebounds, two assists and two 3-pointers.

He had a one-handed tomahawk down the lane for a jam in traffic followed by a stare-down, had an a one-handed alley-oop slam, and he had the fist pump working after a 3-pointer. It's still unknown if coach Scott Skiles will change his ways from counting on rookies, but Hezonja is just too much fun right now.
Jul 6 - 4:53 PM

David West has agreed to terms with the Spurs for the veteran minimum.

He is going to leave about $11 million on the table to join the Spurs. Madness. Anyway, the Spurs have essentially swapped out Tiago Splitter and Aron Baynes for West and LaMarcus Aldridge for their frontcourt rotation. West is almost certainly going to see his 28.7 minutes per game from last season take a hit, so his fantasy value will suffer. He'll be asked to step up on the nights Tim Duncan gets a DNP-OLD. As for the reality side of things, the Spurs look really good.
