Dwight Howard, whose return date is still in question from back surgery, reportedly looks good and is progressing well in his rehab.

Howard's back injury, along with his free throw shooting, turnovers, and new team, make him a fairly risky fantasy prospect, but once he's playing he can single-handedly help your team win blocks and rebounds every week. Then again, until we have a firm date for when he might play again, we're not ready to tell you to spend a top draft pick on him.

Al Jefferson didn't look like himself against the Hawks on Saturday with two points, six boards, two assists and two blocks in just 17 minutes.

He looked gassed and he may not be over his knee soreness. Jefferson was in some visible pain on Friday and he was pretty much useless out there beyond the first quarter tonight. The Hornets will kick off a four-game week on Monday against the Celtics and hopefully Al will feel better after the off day on Sunday.
Mar 28 - 9:28 PM

Dennis Schroder started on Saturday against the Hornets with 17 points, four rebounds, 11 assists and three 3-pointers in 25 minutes during a 115-100 loss

It took nine tries, but the Hawks finally lost a game with Schroder as the starter. He's been awesome with two double-doubles in both of his last two and he's headed for some extra fantasy value this week with Jeff Teague still receiving treatment on his ankle. Additionally, Schroder has put up big numbers in his last five, averaging 15.8 points, 3.2 boards, 6.8 dimes, 0.4 steals and 2.0 treys. He should be owned in all leagues.
Mar 28 - 9:26 PM

Mike Muscala had career highs with 18 points and 10 rebounds against the Hornets on Saturday, adding four assists, one steal, two blocks and two 3-pointers in 34 minutes.

He showed off the full arsenal tonight with a lot of mid-range, some back-to-the-basket stuff and decent defense. Muscala will likely have another start headed his way on Tuesday when the Hawks are on the road in Detroit, so give him a look at any depth in daily leagues for his back-to-back to start next week.
Mar 28 - 9:25 PM

Kent Bazemore made 7-of-14 from the field and 3-of-4 from the line for 20 points against the Hornets on Saturday with five rebounds, two assists, one steal and three 3-pointers in 33 minutes.

He brought the ball up a lot tonight and was also setting up for plenty of corner treys. Bazemore's increased usage tonight is a great sign for his value going forward and he's certainly someone to think about for next week with the Hawks kicking off the week on a back-to-back on Monday and Tuesday.
Mar 28 - 9:23 PM

Danilo Gallinari (shoulder) will not play against the Blazers on Saturday.

It's the road game of a back-to-back set, so this isn't a surprise whatsoever. Gallinari has been playing well when he's active, but he'll likely miss at least one more game going forward. Will Barton, Wilson Chandler, Randy Foye and J.J. Hickson all benefit.
Mar 28 - 8:29 PM

Derrick Favors (back) will not play against the Thunder on Saturday.

He received some treatment on the off chance he'd be ready, so at least the Jazz had some hope he could play. Favors should still be considered a little closer to doubtful to play on Monday. Trevor Booker is worth a look in standard leagues.
Mar 28 - 8:03 PM

Al Jefferson (knee) and Mo Williams (knee) are good to go against the Hawks on Saturday.

We have no idea why the Hornets listed Al Jefferson as questionable, but he was grimacing a little bit last night due to his ailing knee. He'll likely have success against the ATL backups tonight.
Mar 28 - 7:11 PM

David Lee will start for Draymond Green on Saturday against the Bucks.

He played 31 minutes in his last start and scored 13 points on 4-of-12 from the field, but that was without Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry. When Lee is with those two in 138 minutes this season, he has a solid 19.4 usage rate, so he should still be able to produce. He's worth starting in standard leagues tonight. James Michael McAdoo and Marreese Speights should also play more.
Mar 28 - 7:04 PM

Al Jefferson (knee) and Mo Williams (knee) are listed as questionable on the lineup sheet for Saturday.

Interesting. There were no indications of either guy missing this game, so we're still expecting them to play. Jefferson is still listed as the probable starter and should be fine. We'll provide another update to confirm Big Al is good to go.
Mar 28 - 6:25 PM

Kevin Martin (hamstring), Anthony Bennett (leg) and Robbie Hummel (hand) are questionable to play against the Pelicans on Sunday.

Martin said on Friday that he's hoping for his hamstring to heal by next week, so we still don't like his chances to play. Plus, the Wolves continue to list him as questionable as if they didn't even hear his comments. Lorenzo Brown and Chase Budinger benefit the most with Budinger serving as a solid add in standard leagues.
Mar 28 - 6:13 PM

Ricky Rubio (ankle) and Kevin Garnett (knee) are doubtful to play against the Pelicans on Sunday.

This is pretty much status quo for Rubio, who hasn't played in any of the previous five games and seven of the last eight. He is basically a shut down candidate and is not worth owning in standard leagues. Zach LaVine is a nice player to own if you're fine with sub-par shooting while Lorenzo Brown is also a low-end add for dimes and steals.
