Kevin Martin was traded to the Thunder in exchange for James Harden, among other pieces late Saturday night.

Martin was rehabilitating his fantasy value with a solid preseason and now finds himself in the championship hunt for the Thunder. Aside from some systemic friction and playing for one of the league's worst coaches, we doubt that Martin's fantasy value changes too much in Oklahoma City. They'll need his scoring.

Luol Deng (calf) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Mavericks.

The Danny Granger Express rolls on for at least one more night. Deng will miss fifth game of the 2014-15 season on Friday and Granger will presumably get the start after putting up 14 points, six rebounds, two assists, one steal, and three treys in place of Deng on Tuesday. James Ennis should see some increased run with Deng and Dwyane Wade (hamstring) both out on Friday, but Granger is the better fantasy option of the two.

Dwyane Wade (hamstring) will miss Friday's game against the Mavericks.

While this comes as no surprise as Wade is expected to miss "extended time", Erik Spoelstra is labeling Wade merely as day-to-day. D-Wade already missed 10 games in November due to a hamstring injury, so while the Heat may want to take this situation game by game, fantasy owners should be prepared for an extended absence. Shabazz Napier and Mario Chalmers will see the biggest fantasy boost while Wade is out, while Norris Cole should also see some extra minutes.
Jan 29 - 12:27 PM

Ersan Ilyasova (groin) will miss Thurday's game against the Magic.

The Bucks may go into Thursday's game short-handed as Zaza Pachulia (calf) is questionable. Jared Dudley and Johnny O'Bryant are the biggest fantasy beneficiaries of Ilyasova's absence, while John Henson could join them as he's due to start if Pachulia can't suit up.

Zaza Pachulia (calf) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Magic.

Pachulia injured his calf during Tuesday's game against Miami and walked through Thursday's shootaround. Head coach Jason Kidd said he'll see how Pachulia feels around game time before making a final and added that John Henson will start if Z is unable to play.

John Wall (ankle, head) will to meet with a doctor about his migraines on Friday.

Wall is already dealing with a balky right ankle, but his headaches are becoming the main issue as he's played his last two games through intense migraines. "It’s just been killing me, man, to be honest," Wall said before Wednesday's loss to the Suns. Wall has two days off before the Wizards play again on Saturday, but Andre Miller would be in line for a spot start if Wall can't suit up against the Raptors.
Jan 29 - 11:32 AM

C.J. Miles (groin) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Knicks.

Miles was seen going through extra shooting drills after shootaround so that could be a good sign for his availability Thursday night. If Miles sits for the third consecutive game, Rodney Stuckey would be the biggest fantasy beneficiary with C.J. Watson and Damjan Rudez also picking up some extra minutes.
Jan 29 - 11:18 AM

Goran Dragic scored a game-high 20 points against the Wizards on Wednesday during a 106-98 win, adding three rebounds, two assists, two steals and two 3-pointers.

Dragic and Bledsoe are fourth and third in the NBA points in fast break and that style of play has helped a slew of guys put up favorable fantasy value. Dragic was coming off two horrendous games with just 12 points combined, so he needed a bounce-back game. In the last month, Dragic has been awesome at the rim in the past month, which explains why he's made 53.3 percent from the field in his last 16. His slow start is a distant memory.
Jan 29 - 2:55 AM

Paul Millsap had 28 points, 15 rebounds, a steal, two blocks and three 3-pointers on 5-of-9 shooting as the Hawks beat the Nets on Wednesday for their 17th straight win.

He also hit 15-of-16 free throws, and is back on track at the line (in a big way) after a slow start this season. The Hawks have now won 31 of their last 33 games and are finally gaining the attention of the national media, for good reason. Additionally, the team matched last season's playoff-worthy win total of 38 and we're not even to the All-Star break yet.
Jan 29 - 1:51 AM

Cody Zeller played 37 minutes against the Spurs on Wednesday with nine points, 13 rebounds, seven assists, one 3-pointer and one block.

He set career highs in assists and treys tonight. Zeller's involvement in the offense seems to be trending up with Kemba Walker (knee) out for six weeks and Marvin Williams (head) out for some time, as well. Zeller is worth a look in standard leagues.
Jan 29 - 1:37 AM

Lance Stephenson failed to score on his five attempts from the field against the Spurs on Wednesday with four rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block and four turnovers.

Born Ready needs a resurrection. He's made just 34.5 percent from the field since his return to the lineup, averaging just 7.0 points, 4.9 assists, 3.3 boards, 2.6 turnovers and 0.0 treys. What's more, Stephenson is made just 15.2 percent from beyond three feet in that span. There is upside, but it's too hard to start him right now.
Jan 29 - 1:25 AM

Zach LaVine had his best game of 2015 against the Celtics on Wednesday, making 7-of-9 from the field for 17 points with four rebounds, six assists, three steals and one 3-pointer.

He was in complete control in his 22nd NBA start. LaVine only made 39.0 percent from the field in his previous starts, so this efficient line comes as a huge surprise. Mo Williams (personal, hip) and Ricky Rubio (ankle) should be back soon, so it's hard to grab LaVine in standard leagues as anything more than a stop-gap guy.
