David Lee fought off a case of the flu and had his best game of the season Wednesday, finishing with 22 points, 14 rebounds, six assists and three steals on 10-of-16 shooting.

He was iffy coming in but we alerted owners he would play well before the game started. Lee is off to a slow start, but with Andrew Bogut and Festus Ezeli struggling at center, is guaranteed heavy minutes until further notice. Keep playing him.

Kent Bazemore will reportedly sign a two-year, $4 million deal to play for the Hawks.

Bazemore's contract is fully guaranteed and though there are some quality players along the wing with Kyle Korver, and DeMarre Carroll, Thabo Sefolosha and if we're feeling nice John Salmons -- this isn't necessarily a crucial blow to his fantasy value. If he can elbow his way in front of Sefolosha and Salmons, he could be positioned for 20-30 minutes per game.

Andrew Wiggins did not disappoint in his pro debut during Friday's 70-68 win over the Bucks, making 7-of-18 from the field for 18 points with three rebounds, one steal, one block and one 3-pointer.

It was showtime. Wiggins was aggressive on defense, exhibited a ton of elevation on his jumpers and around the rim, and he showed some superb basketball IQ. He may be the most talented player in this draft class, but he's going to be the third option on the Cavs. It's almost a disservice we won't see him in a featured role off the bat. He was icing both knees and his left hand after the game, but said he's "good."

Anthony Bennett played 31 minutes vs. the Bucks on Friday, scoring 15 points with seven boards, two steals, two turnovers, one 3-pointer, two steals and eight fouls.

He looked focused before the game started and it was easy to tell he wanted to have a great game today. Bennett was even getting up and down the court in fast-break and wasn't lagging on either end. Plus, he was much better on the perimeter. Although, at times he did look like his conditioning wasn't quite up to par. He still has a lot of work to do.

Jabari Parker's offensive arsenal was on display vs. the Cavs on Friday, making 5-of-11 from the field for 17 points with nine boards, one assist, one steal and four turnovers.

It was an impressive showing for the No. 2 pick. He finished at the rim like a veteran and was able to use both hands well. Parker was the ball handler and roll man in pick-and-roll situations, so he's showing he can play both forward spots. On the downside, he did look a little lost on defense. He's shaping up to be the first rookie to be drafted in fantasy leagues.

Shaun Livingston will miss the next 3-4 weeks with a sprained right big toe he injured during the playoffs.

Livingston doesn't need the offseason work like a younger player and the only concern here is if the situation lingers into the preseason. We'll let you know if that is the case.

Bruno Caboclo showed why the Raptors selected him 20th in the 2014 NBA Draft with a 12-point game on Friday, adding two boards and two 3-pointers on 5-of-7 shooting.

General manager Masai Ujiri, who was in attendance, fell in love with Caboclo and it was easy to see why. He has a freakish wingspan and some serious athleticism. The Brazilian is still a ways from being a regular contributor, but the upside is there.

Unrestricted free agent Pau Gasol has reportedly turned down a two-year offer worth over $10 million with the Lakers.

Pau has likely spent his last days in a Lakers uniform, and that would narrow down the choices to the Knicks, Spurs, Bulls, and Thunder. It's not really clear which team Pau favors, but he said on his Twitter account that he is nearing a decision. Stay tuned.

Tim Hardaway Jr. shot 6-of-15 from the field vs. the Mavericks on Friday, scoring 25 points with five boards, two assists and three 3-pointers.

He was also 10-of-12 from the line and was very aggressive. Hardaway Jr. was a catch and shoot guy for much of the season with the Knicks, but he may have some room to grow in the NYK offense next season. With the Knicks possibly going through some changes, THJ could get some extra shots with coach Derek Fisher.

The Sun and Kings are reportedly finalizing a sign-and-trade deal sending Isaiah Thomas to Phoenix.

The deal is reportedly for four-years and $27 million. The Kings will receive an approximately $7 million trade exception, and the draft rights to Alex Oriakhi. Sacramento management has never been too high on Thomas often citing his size and ignoring his statistical output. Regardless, Thomas has landed himself in a pretty nice situation in Phoenix's up-tempo system, and he figures to be the team's sixth man. It's not immediately clear what this means for Eric Bledsoe, but the Suns still have enough cap space to retain him.
Jul 11 - 6:30 PM

Nick Young has re-signed with the Lakers on a four-year deal worth $21.5 million.

Young will remain in LA with his hometown Lakers. He was decent last season, compiling averages of 17.9 points, and 2.1 three-pointers a game, but those results can't be expected when playing alongside a healthy Kobe Bryant. Young really doesn't offer much outside of scoring, and when Kobe is there to take away his opportunities, he's not going to be offering much at all.
Jul 11 - 6:17 PM

Jordan Hill has agreed to a two-year, $18 million deal with the Lakers.

It's a fairly expensive deal at $9 million per, but at least it's just for two seasons. Hill had a tough time staying court last season and his conditioning capped his minutes per game a bit. Still, the Lakers needed size and depth, so it's a good fit. He won't be worth drafting in most leagues.
