Jason Richardson (ankle) is "scheduled to return" for Monday's game vs. the Bucks, according to beat writer John Finger.

Doug Collins looks committed to J-Rich and he should be serviceable while holding down the starting SG job, so feel free to grab him if he's on your waiver wire. His return diminishes the value of Dorell Wright and Nick Young, though the Sixers do play four games this week.

Al Jefferson tweaked his groin in Saturday's win over the Jazz, finishing with 19 points, 10 boards and one assist in 27 minutes.

He suffered the injury in the fourth quarter and did not return, but Big Al said after the game that he could have played if the team needed him. The injury doesn't appear to be serious, so we will leave him off of the injury report for now. However, owners will still want to check back before Monday's game against Denver to make sure that he is good to go.
Dec 20 - 9:45 PM

LaMarcus Aldridge made 12-of-20 from the field for 27 points against the Pelicans on Saturday during a 114-88 win, adding 12 rebounds, two assists, three steals and two blocks in 29 minutes.

It's not often Anthony Davis isn't the best power forward on the court on a given night, but LMA carved him up all night. He is coming off a 32-point game from Friday and has a double-double in 15 of his last 17 games. The Blazers are on a five-game winning streak and they'll look to extend it on Monday at Houston. Aldridge is one of the best fantasy big men around.
Dec 20 - 9:37 PM

Anthony Davis made 3-of-14 from the field against the Blazers on Saturday with seven points, six rebounds, one assist, one steal and five blocks in 28 minutes.

He was actually held in check by Joel Freeland tonight and he had an up-close view of LaMarcus Aldridge hitting midrange jumpers all night. Davis didn't shoot below 33.3 percent from the field in any of his previous games, so this is obviously is worst offensive showing. He gets a date with Serge Ibaka on Sunday.
Dec 20 - 9:14 PM

James Harden strained his hamstring in Saturday's game vs. the Hawks, but has since returned.

This is incredible news for the Rockets, and it looks like Harden dodged a bullet here. We will obviously monitor him closely, and we will provide updates as needed. Stay tuned.
Dec 20 - 8:49 PM

Darrell Arthur (leg) will not play against the Pacers on Saturday.

He has some sort of muscle strain and it sounds like he's going to miss time. Arthur is hurt far too often, so expect J.J. Hickson and Kenneth Faried to plck up most of the minutes at power forward. Wilson Chandler also plays some four, too.
Dec 20 - 8:39 PM

Dwight Howard will start against the Hawks on Saturday.

Howard had a shoulder issue pop up this morning and was probable. Considering how much time he missed for his mysterious knee issue last month, there's always a small chance he misses a game. He's playing well, so start him as planned.
Dec 20 - 7:57 PM

Danny Green will come off of the bench on Saturday vs. Dallas.

There is nothing to worry about here, as coach Gregg Popovich is likely doing this to reduce Green's workload after playing 44 minutes on Friday. Marco Belinelli will draw the start, and is a sneaky plug-and-play option. Green's owners should temper their expectations for this contest, as we don't see him playing too many minutes Saturday.
Dec 20 - 7:31 PM

Jeff Teague (hamstring) will not play in Saturday's game against the Rockets, meaning Dennis Schroder will draw another start.

Teague was considered doubtful heading into this game, so owners should have seen this coming. Teague should be considered day-to-day moving forward, and we will update his status as soon as we know more. Dennis Schroder will draw another start on Saturday, but he will unfortunately get the Patrick Beverley treatment. Shelvin Mack will also see a boost off of the bench, and is coming off a career-high 24 points on Wednesday.
Dec 20 - 7:02 PM

The Nets are in trade talks with the Kings over former All-Star point guard Deron Williams.

Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting it, so we know that there is some traction here. Talks are reportedly ongoing, but it is still unclear what other players are involved. Darren Collison would likely have to be included in any deal, but one obstacle to the talks is Sacramento's desire to obtain Mason Plumlee, who the Nets are enamored with. We will let you know if any further developments occur. Stay tuned.
Dec 20 - 6:51 PM

Kevin Durant (ankle) has not been officially ruled out of Sunday's game, according to beat writer Anthony Slater.

A Pelicans writer previously reported that Durant had been ruled out, but it sounds as though he's closer to questionable. Reggie Jackson, Jeremy Lamb and Perry Jones would gain the most if Durant misses another game, but owners should check back for the latest after OKC's shootaround.
Dec 20 - 6:15 PM

Nicolas Batum, who intends on playing Saturday, was in pain and grimacing due to a sore wrist in pre-game warmups.

He's on the active list and all signs are pointing to him playing, but either way, he'll likely be limited by his wrist and knee, so it would be wise to look in another direction in daily leagues.
