Shawn Marion (sprained MCL) said at shootaround Friday that he's ready to play against the Pacers.

We're still waiting on official word from Rick Carlisle, but don't count on that. It appears Marion is ready to return after being out since Nov. 5. Feel free to put him back in your lineup, but it wouldn't hurt to check back closer to tip off for official word.

Kevin Love (back) will be a game-time decision to face the Heat on Thursday.

He went through non-contact portions of practice on Wednesday. Love has previously said his back issue is not a problem and the Cavs did rest him for two games last month, so it wouldn't be a surprise to see him rest again. If he's out, Tristan Thompson would directly benefit while J.R. Smith may get more shots, too.
Apr 1 - 2:36 PM

Luol Deng did not practice on Wednesday and he will be a game-time decision to face the Cavs on Thursday.

He would likely have to cover LeBron James, so Deng might have to be close to 100 percent to be active. Deng didn't play on Tuesday, which allowed James Ennis to get 27 minutes and seven points in the starting lineup. Henry Walker would also benefit. The Heat have three games from Thursday to Sunday, so their players have some nice value right now in daily season-long leagues.
Apr 1 - 2:29 PM

Jeremy Lin (illness) will start against the Pelicans on Wednesday.

He missed two games due to a respiratory issue and he could be back up to his normal playing time of around 30 minutes. Lin had trouble speaking on Monday due to soreness in his throat, so there's a little risk in starting him in fantasy on a 12-game night. Jabari Brown is much less attractive now.
Apr 1 - 2:23 PM

J.J. Hickson (knee) is only expected to play if it's absolutely necessary on Wednesday against the Jazz.

He is technically questionable to play, but he'll be in uniform tonight. Without Hickson and Darrell Arthur (calf), Jusuf Nurkic and Kenneth Faried should have a higher floor for their minutes tonight. We'll likely see more of Joffrey Lauvergne as well. Hickson can be dropped just about everywhere.
Apr 1 - 2:18 PM

Paul George (leg) will not play against the Celtics on Wednesday.

He is going through practice right now and is still awaiting medical clearance to get into game action. George could be cleared any day now, but there's still little incentive to adding him because the Pacers will likely limit his minutes. He can remain on the wire in most leagues.
Apr 1 - 2:10 PM

The Lakers have signed G Jabari Brown to a multi-year deal on Wednesday and have officially waived Steve Nash.

Brown has been getting some decent run down the stretch and made the most out of his two 10-day contracts. He is averaging 11.2 points, 2.0 assists, 1.8 boards, 1.2 steals, and 1.4 3-pointers over his last five games, but the likely return of Jeremy Lin (illness) on Wednesday will hurt his value. Brown is only worth a look in deeper leagues.
Apr 1 - 2:00 PM

Ryan Anderson (knee) will return to action on Wednesday vs. the Lakers.

Anderson was able to go through a full-court scrimmage on Tuesday so his knee must have responded well. Head coach Monty Williams said that Anderson won't have an official minutes restriction, but he did day that he would ease him back into action. Anderson is by no means a must-own player with the season winding down, but he is worth a flier if you need help in 3-pointers.
Apr 1 - 1:51 PM

Rodney Hood (concussion) will not play vs. the Nuggets on Wednesday.

Hood will have to go through the league's concussion protocol, and it is unclear when he will be able to return. Trey Burke will likely be the biggest beneficiary of this news and is worth owning in most leagues for his scoring prowess, while Joe Ingles and Elijah Millsap will see more minutes as well. Hood can be dropped in most leagues, but we will update his status once we know more.
Apr 1 - 1:33 PM

Derrick Favors (back) went through shootaround on Wednesday, and he is probable to play vs. the Nuggets.

Favors has missed the past two games for the Jazz, but his owners will be pumped to have him back in a fun matchup with Kenneth Faried and the Nuggets. We will update his status if we hear anything else, but he should see his normal allotment of minutes as the starting power forward. Trevor Booker will move to the bench and can be dropped in most leagues.
Apr 1 - 1:26 PM

Zach Randolph (elbow) was unable to practice on Wednesday, but he still expects to be fine for Friday's game vs. the Thunder.

Randolph doesn't appear to be in any danger of missing Friday's game, and the Grizzlies are probably holding him out of practice as a precaution. We will pass along any additional further information, but with two more full days of rest, Randolph can be penciled into all lineups.
Apr 1 - 1:22 PM

J.J. Hickson is battling knee soreness and he is questionable to play vs. the Jazz on Wednesday.

The Nuggets haven't played since Saturday, so it's a little concerning that he is having trouble with his knee. Hickson actually started last game due to the absence of Danilo Gallinari (rest), but the Nuggets have nothing but ping pong balls to play for so they will likely err on the side of caution. If Hickson sits, Jusuf Nurkic may rejoin the starting lineup and could see major minutes if he can avoid foul trouble. Expect another update closer to tip-off.
