In the battle of new-look starting lineups, Jordan Crawford scored 20 points with eight assists and two turnovers -- he made 7-of-18 FGs and 5-of-5 FTs in a team-high 35 minutes.

Bradley Beal moved to the bench and it's anyone's guess if he'll retake the job this season, making Crawford a nice pickup for those in need of points and 3-pointers.

Jeff Teague (ankle) will not play against the Hornets on Saturday.

The Hawks clinched the top seed in the Eastern Conference, so expect Teague to take his time. Plus, the Hawks can essentially just use the first round of the playoffs to get back on track because they won't be facing a very good opponent. With Teague out, it'll be Dennis Schroder getting the start. He's worth starting in all leagues tonight in a favorable matchup. Shelvin Mack will also step up.

Paul George (leg) will not play on Sunday vs. the Mavericks.

So much for George supposedly playing this week. The Pacers have rightfully been cautious with their franchise player and it's highly doubtful that he takes the court any time soon. At this point in the season, hopeful owners who have stashed George should probably move on.
Mar 28 - 1:20 PM

David West (illness) is probable for Sunday's game vs. the Mavericks.

West missed Thursday's game vs. the Bucks due to an allergic reaction, but he should be ready to roll in a tough matchup with the Mavericks. Check back after shootaround just to be safe, but West's owners can go ahead and pencil him into lineups. Luis Scola will head back to the bench and can be dropped in most leagues.
Mar 28 - 1:13 PM

Rodney Stuckey (calf) is questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Mavericks.

Stuckey has been in street clothes for the past three games, and the Pacers may continue to err on the side of caution on Sunday. If Stuckey is unable to play, C.J. Watson and C.J. Miles will be the primary beneficiaries and would be worth a look in daily leagues. We should have another update after shootaround Sunday.
Mar 28 - 1:12 PM

Draymond Green (rest) will not play vs. the Bucks on Saturday.

The Warriors are coasting towards the playoffs, and it was inevitable that Green would eventually get a day off. This is a tough blow for owners in the middle of fantasy playoffs, but Green should be good to go vs. Doc Rivers and the Clippers on Tuesday. David Lee will likely draw the start, while Marreese Speights should see more playing time as well.
Mar 28 - 12:52 PM

Monta Ellis (calf) is considered very doubtful to play vs. the Pacers on Sunday according to head coach Rick Carlisle.

Ellis has played in 237 consecutive games and is easily one of the most durable players in the NBA, but it is highly unlikely that he plays. Ellis was still using crutches on Saturday and obviously isn't going to practice, but we should have another update after shootaround Sunday. Rajon Rondo and Devin Harris would be extremely busy if Ellis ends up sitting this one out, while the Mavericks are also hoping that J.J. Barea (ankle) will be able to return Sunday. For what it's worth, Ellis won't have an MRI until at least Monday when the team returns to Dallas, and while Carlisle is concerned, he doesn't expect the injury to be too serious.
Mar 28 - 12:18 PM

Deron Williams (illness) was unable to practice on Saturday, leaving his status up in the air for Sunday's game vs. the Lakers.

Williams was dreadful vs. the Cavaliers on Friday with five points, five assists and five turnovers in just 22 minutes, so this illness probably had something to do with it. If Williams is unable to play, Jarrett Jack would be in line for a huge chunk of minutes and would be a must-start option in all leagues. Expect another update following shootaround on Sunday.
Mar 28 - 12:11 PM

Thaddeus Young (knee) has officially been ruled out for Sunday's game vs. the Lakers.

This will be his second straight game out of the lineup, and there is still no indication on when he will return. The Nets are still in the playoff hunt, so hopefully we will see Young back out on the floor soon. Mason Plumlee started at power forward on Friday vs. the Cavaliers, but he was largely ineffective and is only worth a look in deeper leagues.
Mar 28 - 12:06 PM

Jose Calderon admitted that he is likely done for the season due to his ailing Achilles.

Calderon is expected to be in a walking boot for at least another week, and with the season drawing to a close, there is no reason for the veteran point guard to risk his health. "To play again, I don’t think it’s a good chance,’’ Calderon said. "It’s a totally different picture now.’’ Calderon can be dropped just about everywhere, and it will be up to Langston Galloway and Shane Larkin to handle most of the backcourt responsibilities for the remainder of the season.
Mar 28 - 10:30 AM

Dwyane Wade said that he has a lot of fluid in his knee, and he is still scheduled to have it drained on Saturday.

"I have a lot of fluid," Wade Said. "In a perfect world I would love to get some fluid out." This obviously isn't thrilling news for the Heat, and given Wade's injury history, it's possible that he ends up missing some time after this procedure. The Heat play the Pistons on Sunday, but Wade's owners should probably have a backup plan ready. If he is unable to play, Mario Chalmers will likely benefit the most, while Goran Dragic and Tyler Johnson would get more opportunities on offense as well. We will provide another update as soon as the Heat update Wade's status.
Mar 28 - 9:42 AM

Gordon Hayward (shoulder) returned from a two-game absence in Friday's loss to the Nuggets, scoring 24 points on 9-of-19 shooting (1-of-7 3PTs, 5-of-6 FTs) with seven rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block in 32 minutes.

Hayward looked fine and made it through the game unscathed at least as far as the postgame reporting indicates. If Derrick Favors misses any time with his back injury, you'll see Hayward get a few more touches.
