Updating a previous item, Nene (foot) appears unlikely to play on Wednesday.

He's still officially a game-time decision, and although Nene said that there is a "chance" he could play, he also added that "if you ask now, I'd say no." If Nene is still on the shelf for Wednesday's game, Emeka Okafor and Kevin Seraphin should be the biggest beneficiaries with Trevor Booker (knee) also a game-time decision.

LeBron James scored 32 points with 11 assists and nine rebounds in Friday's 112-105 win over the Hornets, but he was poked in the right eye and is dealing with some swelling.

LeBron also took a hard fall tonight and landed on his back, but he did finish the game. Cavs reporter Jason Lloyd said James can barely open his right eye and that he is going to have his eyes/vision checked by a specialist. We'll look for more updates, but he should be considered questionable for Saturday's game vs. the Wizards. James finished 9-of-14 from the field and 14-of-16 from the line with two blocks, one steal and four turnovers in 40 minutes.

Elfrid Payton posted a triple-double against the Pistons on Friday, scoring 14 points with 11 rebounds, 10 assists and one 3-pointer in 29 minutes.

That's the fourth triple-double of his season and sixth of his career. On top of the increased output in dimes and boards, Payton is also up in efficiency with his 53.4 percent from the field and 85.0 percent from the line in his previous March games -- those are by far his best percentages in any full month this season. He's kind of peaking right now, so keep rolling him out there in season long.
Mar 24 - 9:41 PM

Brandon Ingram (knee tendinitis) will play on Friday vs. the Wolves.

With the Lakers tanking, Ingram's knee issue must be very minor if they are letting him play through it. With averages of 15.2 points (on 52.8 percent shooting), 4.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists over his last nine games, he's a decent option if you don't mind his poor free throw percentage. The Lakers will keep their same starting five of Jordan Clarkson, D'Angelo Russell, Ingram, Julius Randle and Ivica Zubac.
Mar 24 - 8:55 PM

Buddy Hield is probable for Friday's game vs. the Warriors with a right quad contusion.

The Kings must be confident about Hield playing, as they just announced that Tyreke Evans, Darren Collison and Anthony Tolliver are resting. Hield is coming off a 21-point game on Wednesday and his owners can pencil him into lineups for now.
Mar 24 - 8:48 PM

Darren Collison, Tyreke Evans and Anthony Tolliver are all out for planned rest against the Warriors on Friday.

This is pretty much status quo for the Kings as they get a look at their youth. Ty Lawson should get big minutes in the first unit while the Kings piece it together in the second unit. Collison isn't worth owning now that he's basically resting every other game.

Joel Embiid had successful minor arthroscopic surgery to address a meniscus tear in his left knee on Friday.

"The overall status of Joel’s lateral meniscus and his cartilage is very good, Dr. Neal S. ElAttrache said. "Today's procedure focused on removing a small portion of the meniscus that was responsible for his symptoms. The recovery program that has been established targets Joel transitioning back to full weight-bearing in approximately two weeks, at which point a conservative approach to his rehabilitation will be introduced." Embiid is expected to resume basketball activities this summer, so he should be a full go for training camp. There will be several updates on his progress throughout the offseason.

Derrick Jones Jr. is in the starting lineup against the Celtics on Friday.

He was reportedly not expected to play, but he'll be out there to start. Jones Jr. hurt his right wrist on Thursday night and needed X-rays. He is likely to be limited today and isn't a fantasy option.
Mar 24 - 7:40 PM

T.J. Warren (left foot contusion) will not play on Friday vs. the Celtics.

He wasn't expected to play, but now we have official confirmation. With Derrick Jones Jr. (wrist) also out, the Suns will only have eight available players. The Suns play again on Sunday, but Warren's owners may have to drop him in must-win situations.
Mar 24 - 7:23 PM

Jahlil Okafor (knee soreness) will not play against the Bulls on Friday night.

The team will give him treatment on his sore knee during the game. Okafor's right knee soreness has been ongoing for most of the past 12 months and there's a good chance he misses additional time. Richaun Holmes should start and play big minutes as a must-start option in fantasy -- he's a strong DFS play, of course. Shawn Long should back him up with some Dario Saric at the five, as well.
Mar 24 - 6:36 PM

John Henson (thumb) will not play against the Hawks on Friday.

It'll be his second game out of the lineup. Spencer Hawes was in the rotation for the last game and scored 10 points, so he should be looking at a similar role. Henson was expected to be re-evaluated today, but there's no update on his status going forward. Besides Greg Monroe as a low-end guy, this is a situation to avoid in most leagues.
Mar 24 - 6:27 PM

Danilo Gallinari (knee) will start and Mason Plumlee will move to the bench for Friday against the Pacers.

The Nuggets will go back to their old lineup with Gallo and Wilson Chandler at the starting forward spots. Coach Mike Malone usually plays Gallo huge minutes and he has played well since the break, so expect him to hit the ground running. Gallo's return should take away from Plumlee and Kenneth Faried.
