According to Terry Stotts, Nicolas Batum has caught some sort of cold and is a game-time decision against the Suns on Wednesday.

After a slow start, Batum has exploded and is easily a top-4 play for owners. The illness was undisclosed, but could be the flu bug that has been circling the league for weeks now. Those in daily leagues should keep an eye out. Sasha Pavlovic could see some extra run if Batum is out.

Jared Dudley has reportedly picked up his player option to remain with the Bucks next season for $4.25 million.

This was a pretty easy decision for Dudley as it was unlikely he could have secured such a deal on the open market. He averaged just 7.2 points, 1.0 steal and 1.0 three-pointer per game last season, and he'll be in a reserve role with the Bucks next year. It'll take more than a few injuries for him to emerge as a viable asset in standard leagues.

The Bucks have officially waived Caron Butler, as expected.

This was the expected move all along, and Butler will now become an unrestricted free agent. The Bulls, Clippers, and Spurs are all said to have interest in Butler, but he won't have any fantasy value regardless of where he lands.

Both Joel Embiid (foot) and Nerlens Noel were left off the 76ers' Summer League roster.

76ers' GM Sam Hinkie said that he did not anticipate Embiid playing in Summer League after his most recent setback, and it looks like that will be the case. There's a legitimate chance that Embiid misses the entire 2015-16 season, and if that is how this thing plays out, Noel and Jahlil Okafor will get all the minutes they can handle in Philadelphia's frontcourt.

The Bucks, Pelicans and Knicks are reportedly interested in acquiring the services of unrestricted free agent Robin Lopez.

The Blazers remain in the mix, but after acquiring Mason Plumlee, they may elect to let Lopez walk if the offers get to rich for their liking. Alvin Gentry coached Lopez during his first four years in the league with the Suns, so that could perhaps tilt the odds in New Orleans' favor in luring away Robin from Portland.

The Kings are reportedly interested in unrestricted free agent Jeremy Lin.

With Sacramento also said to be interested in Ty Lawson, Dennis Schroder, and Jrue Holiday, it seems apparent that they're looking to add another point guard to the roster. It's being reported that they would like this additional guard to play alongside Darren Collison, so while Collison's value would take a bit of a hit, it wouldn't be as dramatic as the decrease in value he'd see if he's forced to the bench.
Jun 30 - 4:41 PM

Rudy Gay is reportedly among the "loudest voices" urging Rajon Rondo to come to Sacramento.

There's reportedly mutual interest between Rondo and the Kings, but wherever he lands, he's reportedly only going to sign a one-year deal in an attempt to reestablish his value after a rocky season in Dallas. Having Rondo and DeMarcus Cousins on the same team could make for some interesting headlines, but with the way things have been going in Sacramento, why not add Rondo to the mix?
Jun 30 - 4:33 PM

Mo Williams reportedly anticipates a meeting with the Cavs, and the team is "very interested" in bringing him back to Cleveland.

Williams will be an unrestricted free agent, and with the Cavs said to be looking for a scoring point guard to come off the bench behind Kyrie Irving, Williams fits the bill. It'll be interesting to see where he lands as a free agent, but his value wouldn't be great in Cleveland.
Jun 30 - 4:07 PM

DeAndre Jordan is reportedly deciding between the Mavericks and the Clippers as an unrestricted free agent.

Jordan is reportedly looking for a four-year deal with a player option for the final season of the contract, which essentially nullifies the Clippers advantage in retaining him from a numbers perspective. Jordan would reportedly like to be more involved in the offense, and is sick of being the third wheel in Los Angeles behind Blake Griffin and Chris Paul. He has meetings scheduled with the Knicks, Lakers, Mavs, and Clippers, but the Mavs are currently believed to be the frontrunners for Jordan.

The Spurs are reportedly interested in trading for Brendan Haywood.

To be clear, the Spurs are likely interested in Haywood's non-guaranteed deal worth $10.5 million, and not Haywood himself. Haywood's contract does not become fully guaranteed until August 2, so if the Spurs waive him, they could open up quiet a bit of cap room for a big name free agent such as LaMarcus Aldridge. The Cavs are said to be looking for a scoring point guard to come off the bench behind Kyrie Irving, so perhaps they’re eying Patty Mills in this potential deal. Tiago Splitter or Boris Diaw would also need to be included to make the numbers work.
Jun 30 - 3:11 PM

The Thunder will reportedly meet with Enes Kanter in Chicago on July 1, and are set to offer him a 3-4 year deal that could reach maximum-level money with incentives.

OKC is very high on Kanter, and they've said all along that they will make re-signing him as a restricted free agent a priority this offseason. Kanter had a nice run with the Thunder during the 2014-15 season, putting in averages of 18.7 points and 11.0 rebounds per game on 56.6 percent shooting from the field. The Mavs will reportedly pursue Kanter, but most signs point to him returning to OKC next season.

Unrestricted free agent Dwyane Wade and owner Micky Arison have met to discuss a way forward.

The Heat want Wade back, but Wade is looking for a big multiple-year deal. According to Chris Broussard, league executives are saying there "is not a robust market" for Wade. Unless some contending team offers what Wade wants, he's likely to stay with the Heat for being such an icon in the city.
