Ersan Ilyasova hit just 2-of-7 shots for four points with one rebound and one steal in 17 minutes on Wednesday.

At this point, no owner should feel bad about dropping him, obviously, as he is a lead candidate for bust of the year. We've talked about his upside until we've turned blue in the face, and even the most patient of us over here only have a few more weeks in which we'll stash him in the appropriate formats.

Manu Ginobili (thigh) will not play on Sunday.

This is Manu's third straight DNP due to the bruise, and his absence means more minutes for Patty Mills, Dejounte Murray and Bryn Forbes. Manu's deep-league owners should consider him questionable to return on Tuesday vs. the Cavs, which is the first game in a back-to-back set.
Jan 21 - 5:24 PM

Tyler Johnson (ankle) and Goran Dragic (knee) are being listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Rockets.

Johnson has spent the past three games on the sidelines, but we'll have a better idea on his status following Monday morning's shootaround. If he's out again on Monday, Derrick Jones Jr. will have another opportunity to start with more minutes falling to Justise Winslow and Wayne Ellington. Dragic sat out Saturday's game, and if he's out again on Monday, Josh Richardson would spend more time running the offense.
Jan 21 - 5:00 PM

Rodney Hood (leg) is being listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Hawks.

Hood sat out Saturday's win over the Clippers, and it looks like Monday could be his second straight game on the sidelines. If he's out, Alec Burks and Joe Johnson will split most of his minutes, but neither of those guys are great targets with Utah's starting lineup intact.
Jan 21 - 4:28 PM

Evan Fournier helped Orlando earn their first win in Boston since 2011 on Sunday, tallying 19 points, three triples, three boards, three dimes, one steal, one block and one turnover in 35 minutes.

Fournier was hot from start to finish in this one, and he helped the Magic go on a huge run during the third quarter to give Orlando a 19-point edge heading into the fourth. He's reportedly being pursued on the trade market by some playoff contenders, and he could certainly help a postseason team, but his fantasy value would be best served in Orlando. For what it's worth, he has said he's not asking for a trade.
Jan 21 - 4:07 PM

Kyrie Irving (shoulder) scored a game-high 40 points on 14-of-23 shooting in his return from a one-game absence on Sunday, but ultimately, it was not enough to pull out a win against Orlando.

Irving added five triples, seven boards, five dimes, one block and one turnover in his 40 minutes of floor time, and also went 7-of-8 from the stripe to give him a 75.4 true shooting percentage to accompany his 30.5 usage rate. The shoulder was a complete non-issue, so he should be fine for Tuesday’s game against the Lakers.
Jan 21 - 3:48 PM

Brandon Ingram (left ankle) is available to play Sunday vs. the Knicks.

Ingram will be returning from a one-game absence, which should shift Corey Brewer back to the second unit, and there won't be quite as many minutes available for Josh Hart, Julius Randle and Kyle Kuzma. Ingram shouldn't have any sort of minutes limit today, so owners shouldn't hesitate to get him active.
Jan 21 - 3:04 PM

Head coach Kenny Atkinson implied that D'Angelo Russell will see slightly more minutes on Sunday vs. Detroit.

Atkinson said that Russell was on a 15-minute limit on Friday, and that his minutes will start coming up "incrementally," so he should see a couple extra minutes today in Detroit. He's not going to be on the floor enough to be worth using in DFS, but season-long owners can go ahead and get him active.
Jan 21 - 3:02 PM

Brandon Ingram (ankle) is a game-time call vs. the Knicks on Sunday.

Ingram was getting treatment while coach Luke Walton was speaking, but it sounds like he'll test his ankle out in warmups. If Ingram can't go, the Lakers will use a committee approach to soak up his minutes with several players such as Kyle Kuzma, Josh Hart and Julius Randle getting a bump.
Jan 21 - 1:51 PM

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (Achilles) will not play on Sunday vs. the Knicks.

This is his second game in a row on the shelf, but at least he wasn't ruled out a full day before this time. With KCP and Lonzo Ball out, we should see plenty of Josh Hart and Jordan Clarkson in a favorable matchup.
Jan 21 - 1:49 PM

Kyrie Irving (sore left shoulder) will play on Sunday vs. the Magic.

He was trending in this direction and now we have confirmation. Irving "looked good" at Saturday's practice and the Celtics held him out on Thursday as a "precaution," but we'll let you know how his shoulder holds up after the game. Expect him to start and see his normal allotment of minutes, meaning Marcus Smart and Terry Rozier will lose some value.
Jan 21 - 11:07 AM

Damian Lillard made 10-of-15 from the field for 31 points during a 117-108 win over the Mavs on Saturday, adding five rebounds, nine assists and seven 3-pointers in 38 minutes.

He was rolling to start this game, making all nine of his first shots including all seven of those treys. That's not really a surprise because Lillard is en fuego since returning from injury, averaging 26.8 points, 4.7 boards, 8.0 assists, 1.2 steals and 3.0 treys on 50.5 percent from the field and 89.7 percent from the line. The Blazers are right in the thick of the playoff race and Dame's owners can expect him to suit up for every game he can as a top-10 player in standard leagues.
