Nets GM Billy King said that no players were suspended for their actions against the Celtics on Wednesday.

This is a mild surprise that Kris Humphries didn't receive even a one-game suspension. Gerald Wallace was fined $35,000 and also wasn't suspended. Brook Lopez is out for two games with a foot sprain, so Humphries will have a lot on his plate as the Nets head to Orlando on Friday and Miami on Saturday. Andray Blatche takes a bit of a hit, but should be useful with Lopez out.

Al Jefferson scored 23 points against the Raptors during an impressive 103-94 victory on Friday with 13 boards, five assists, one steal and two blocks in 34 minutes.

He was a monster after the break last year and he's really getting hot again. In his last five, Jefferson averaged 18.6 points, 10.6 boards, 2.2 assists, 1.6 blocks and 1.6 steals. He leads the NBA in post-up points by over 100 points and the Hornets will give him even more room to operate once Kemba Walker (knee) comes back. Jefferson has a good chance to be a top-20 player the rest of the way and has been in the top 25 in the last month.
Mar 6 - 11:30 PM

Kyle Lowry returned from a three-game absence on Friday against the Hornets during a 103-94 loss, scoring 25 points with five rebounds, five assists and five 3-pointers in 38 minutes.

Apparently that rest served him well. Although, only Lowry and DeMar DeRozan scored in double figures tonight and those two guys had no help on offense. Lowry's uncharacteristic month in February should be behind him and he might be back to being a top-20 guy like he was last season.
Mar 6 - 11:18 PM

DeMar DeRozan scored a game-high 30 points against the Hornets on Friday with two rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block on 14-of-26 from the field.

After a putrid start to his second half, DeMar is coming around. In his last three games, he averaged 30.0 points, 4.0 boards, 2.7 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.0 treys on 52.2 percent from the field and 100 percent from the line. If he's even close to being this good, his fantasy owners are going to be thrilled. He look to stay hot against the Thunder on Sunday.
Mar 6 - 11:14 PM

Kelly Olynyk started the second half against the Pelicans on Friday.

He hasn't scored any field goals, but he looks a lot better than he did on Wednesday. Olynyk should be owned in all standard leagues while Tyler Zeller is going to lose some playing time.
Mar 6 - 9:20 PM

Dirk Nowitzki and Amare Stoudemire are available to play against the Warriors on Friday.

It's the only back-to-back game for the month of March, so there was a chance both guys were going to sit. However, not having Chandler Parsons has really caused some depth issues. Dirk has been in a slump and hopefully he gets it turned around tonight.
Mar 6 - 9:14 PM

J.J. Barea (thumb) will play against the Warriors on Friday and Devin Harris (hand) will not.

The Mavs really need Barea tonight or else they would have had to turn to Raymond Felton. Barea should get minutes in the 20s tonight and is worth a look as a deep-league stream play.
Mar 6 - 9:09 PM

Jerami Grant is dealing with back spasms on Friday and will not return.

He had a lower back contusion last week and this injury could be related. Grant has been one of the best rookies at getting to the line and he's also been adept at adding defensive stats. Grant was earning some minutes and finished tonight with five points, two boards, one assist and one 3-pointer. If he's out, Robert Covington, Luc Mbah a Moute and JaKarr Sampson would play more.
Mar 6 - 9:08 PM

Terrence Jones returned to action in the first half on Friday following his right hip strain.

He was in the locker room for about five minutes and returned to the bench. Jones is probably going to be fine, but we'll keep an eye on him. Hopefully this injury didn't mess up his right leg nerve issue from earlier this season. Jones has been a top-10 player since the break.
Mar 6 - 9:03 PM

Goran Dragic (back) will not return on Friday.

The Heat are razor thin with their depth right now. Dragic has been dealing with a back problem all week and it's likely an aggravation here. Dragic should be considered questionable to play against the Kings on Saturday. He finished with 18 points, five boards, seven assists and one 3-pointer. Shabazz Napier would benefit the most sans the Dragon while Mario Chalmers will also help out.
Mar 6 - 9:02 PM

P.J. Tucker checked in for the Suns on Friday with three minutes left in the first quarter.

He missed the team bus today, which is the second time it's happened this season. The last time he missed the bus, he missed a game in Boston back in November. He should slot into Marcus Morris' rotational minutes and we'll let you know who starts the second half.
Mar 6 - 8:29 PM

Marcus Morris will replace P.J. Tucker in the starting lineup for Friday's game vs. Brooklyn.

Tucker is being benched because he missed the bus to shootaround, so it sounds like this could be a one-time thing. Morris' numbers as a starter or a reserve are nearly identical, so he's not going to see a major bump in value just because he's starting.
