Jrue Holiday (foot) is a game-time decision for Friday against the Hawks.

Doug Collins has already made clear that the Sixers want to exercise caution, so this could end up being a true game-time call. Even if he does sit Friday, the good news is that Holiday does appear to be getting close to a return.

Tony Allen (eye) will not play on Wednesday vs. the Spurs.

He suffered a corneal abrasion to his right eye on Tuesday, and was forced from that game. There is no word as to how severe the issue is, but we will pass along updates as needed. The Grizzlies have yet to name who will start in his place, but Courtney Lee, Tayshaun Prince, and Vince Carter will also see their minutes increased.
Dec 17 - 7:12 PM

Chris Andersen will start at center in place of Udonis Haslem.

The move could stick with the Heat desperate up front. Andersen is an option as a deep-league specialist, but he is not going to have enough value in standard leagues. Luol Deng has actually been playing some power forward while Shawne Williams has struggled quite a bit.
Dec 17 - 6:50 PM

Mirza Teletovic will start for the Nets against the Raptors on Wednesday, replacing Kevin Garnett (rest).

Teletovic just returned from a hip injury on Tuesday, but should be in line for as many minutes as he can handle with KG out of the lineup. Teletovic should be owned in most leagues for his ability to knock down 3-pointers in a hurry, and he should also be considered as a strong plug-and-play option in daily leagues.
Dec 17 - 6:40 PM

Kevin Garnett (rest) will not play against the Raptors on Wednesday.

He wasn't on the injury report earlier today, but the Nets will rest him in the second half of a back-to-back set. Garnett is going to sit out of a lot of back-to-backs, so it's going to be tough to trust him in standard leagues. Look for Mason Plumlee and Mirza Teletovic to benefit.
Dec 17 - 6:38 PM

David Lee (hamstring) and Andrew Bogut (knee) will not play on Thursday against the Thunder.

There is still no timetable for a return on Lee and the Warriors are in no rush to bring him back. He took part in some 3-on-3 at practice last week, but the team is unlikely to give him regular minutes until 2015. He's a low-upside stash in standard leagues. Draymond Green and Marreese Speights are good to go.
Dec 17 - 6:28 PM

Dennis Schroder will draw the start in place of Jeff Teague (hamstring) on Wednesday vs. the Cavaliers.

Teague could miss some additional time, so Schroder makes a lot of sense as a speculative add in deeper leagues. The young point guard from Germany has been fantastic this season and will get an extended look with the first unit on Wednesday. He does have a tough matchup against Kyrie Irving, but Schroder should be up to the task and is worth a look in almost all leagues for short-term value.
Dec 17 - 6:28 PM

Derrick Favors (ankle) will play against the Heat on Wednesday, but is still dealing with soreness.

He went through shootaround on Tuesday and perhaps playing him in one of two games in the back-to-back set was the plan. Favors has been playing well in the starting lineup and his owners should have him locked and loaded for tonight. Rudy Gobert will move back to the bench, but it should be interesting to see if he gets more playing time due to how he's turning heads.
Dec 17 - 6:04 PM

Dwyane Wade (illness) will play against the Jazz on Wednesday.

He was very ill on Tuesday and reportedly feels better heading into tonight. Wade played well through the illness, scoring 28 points in a win over the Nets. With Chris Bosh out, he's going to be very busy and should be in all lineups.
Dec 17 - 5:52 PM

Jeff Teague (hamstring) will not play on Wednesday night against the Cavs.

He could miss additional time with the Hawks in the playoff hunt and all the hamstring aggravations this season. While Teague is out, Dennis Schroder is going to be a lot of fun to watch while Shelvin Mack also gets some extra playing time. Schroder is a very attractive daily play tonight and is worth a look for short-term value.
Dec 17 - 5:42 PM

Kevin Love (illness) will play in Wednesday's game against the Hawks.

This is excellent news for the Cavaliers, as Love was in serious danger of missing this one after not participating in the morning shootaround due to flu-like symptoms. Owners will want to activate Love in all lineups, even if he is at less than 100 percent.
Dec 17 - 5:21 PM

Goran Dragic (back) will start on Wednesday vs. Charlotte.

After missing the previous two games, Dragic is back and his owners can safely activate him in their lineups. He has a favorable matchup against the Hornets, and should be in for a nice night if his back doesn't flare up on him. Gerald Green will shift back to the bench on Wednesday, while Isaiah Thomas' value takes a slight hit with this news.
