Mo Williams (thumb) will receive a second MRI on his injured right thumb and is currently wearing a large plastic cast to protect his injury.

There still hasn't been a diagnosis of what damage Mo's thumb sustained, so the Jazz are going to evaluate him again once the swelling goes down. His owners will have to weigh their option on cutting him and he could be out for a while. Jamaal Tinsley makes a lot of sense as a pickup and Randy Foye also gains value with this news.

Noah Vonleh will start against the Kings on Saturday.

Caleb Swanigan got a quick hook on Friday, so he may be out of the rotation. Vonleh still isn't worth owning in most leagues.
Nov 18 - 10:11 PM

Raul Neto scored nine points with two rebounds, seven assists and two steals in 24 minutes against the Magic on Saturday.

He did some damage in garbage time and he had a ridiculous +44 in this 40-point win. Among players this century with 24 or fewer minutes, only Wally Szczerbiak had a better plus/minus with +50 in 2001. Crazy stat aside, Neto is going to lose run now that Ricky Rubio is back. Not a bad weekend with his career-high 22 on Friday, though.
Nov 18 - 9:52 PM

Brandan Wright (right groin) will not return on Saturday night.

The team ruled him out at half after Wright departed tonight's game with 8:26 left in the second quarter. He was playing well as Marc Gasol's backup and he was even seeing minutes at power forward, so this could be a tough one to overcome for the Grizzlies' second unit. If he needs to miss time, Deyonta Davis could move into the rotation or the Grizzlies could go smaller more often.
Nov 18 - 9:16 PM

Jeremy Lamb (hamstring) will not return to Saturday's game against the Clippers.

He went back to the locker room with a trainer and the team ruled him out about five minutes later. Hamstring strains are the trickiest soft-muscle issue for sports injuries, so there's a chance Lamb needs to miss games. If he does, Malik Monk could get back in the rotation or Dwayne Bacon and Nic Batum could have their minutes extended.
Nov 18 - 9:11 PM

Ed Davis (ankle) said he will play against the Kings on Saturday.

He tweaked his ankle in the first quarter on Friday, but he was able to play through it. Davis has played well and the Blazers did struggle when he was off the floor last night, so maybe he gets more burn. He's not worth owning in most leagues, though.
Nov 18 - 8:54 PM

De'Aaron Fox, George Hill, Garrett Temple, Skal Labissiere and Zach Randolph will start against the Blazers on Saturday.

One good turn deserves another, apparently. This lineup got a win last night, but it was more about Kosta Koufos and Willie Cauley-Stein in the second unit. Fox has a decent chance to keep the job as a starter and he played 25-of-27 minutes next to Hill last night.
Nov 18 - 8:39 PM

Ricky Rubio, Donovan Mitchell, Joe Ingles, Jonas Jerebko and Derrick Favors will start against the Magic on Saturday.

That means Rodney Hood moves back to the bench just like he was before Rubio missed Friday. Hood is still taking a ton of shots off the bench and he'll probably close this game out if the game is close. The production is there and he likely just needs to stay healthy.
Nov 18 - 6:49 PM

Luc Mbah a Moute (illness) is available for Saturday against the Grizzlies.

He is expected to have a limit after he missed the last game on Thursday. Mbah a Moute is probably going to lose playing time now that Chris Paul is back.
Nov 18 - 6:45 PM

Thabo Sefolosha (knee) will be available for Saturday against the Magic.

We still don't know the starting lineup or if Sefolosha will be limited after missing Friday. Jonas Jerebko is likely going to lose minutes.
Nov 18 - 6:41 PM

Chandler Parsons will start on Saturday night and James Ennis will move to the bench.

Parsons will join Mario Chalmers, Dillon Brooks, JaMychal Green and Marc Gasol in the first unit. Parsons has played a lot of power forward, but coach David Fizdale will shift him to the three today in a revenge game. Parsons was up to 25 minutes in the last game and he could be closer to 27 today. He's playing well enough to be owned in standard leagues.
Nov 18 - 6:34 PM

If Luke Babbitt (back) is OK after warmups, he will be in the starting lineup against the Celtics on Saturday.

In other words, he's still a game-time call, but he is on track to play. Babbitt would be starting next to Dennis Schroder, Kent Bazemore, Taurean Prince and Dewayne Dedmon. With guys like DeAndre Bembry back, we may see Ersan Ilyasova and Babbitt start to see their minutes fade.
