Latest Headlines

Patrick Patterson (foot) is expected to play in Saturday's game against the Thunder.

He will see limited minutes and hasn't played since December 14. Patterson was worth owning before going down with 13.2 points per game on the season, so he's worth a look in standard leagues.

Tobias Harris scored 17 points on 5-of-16 shooting (7-of-8 FTs) with 16 rebounds, one steal and two blocks in Friday's road win over the Hornets.

Harris has been up and down this season in terms of field goal shooting but is paying off huge for owners, regardless.
Nov 21 - 10:24 PM

Brandon Jennings suffered a hyperextended left thumb in Friday's loss to the Hawks.

It kept his minutes down to just 23 tonight in his worst game in a while, scoring nine points with two rebounds, two assists and one steal. It's unclear how severe his injury is and his owners should just sit tight. If you have some dead weight and want to add D.J. Augustin, it's not a terrible idea.
Nov 21 - 10:19 PM

Isaiah Thomas was on fire against the 76ers during an easy 122-96 win on Friday, making 6-of-9 from the field for 23 points with three rebounds, eight assists, three steals and two 3-pointers.

He made his first five shots including two triples to help the Suns score 41 in the second quarter. Thomas made all nine attempts from the line and he's made a ridiculous 56-of-57 from the line in his last nine games. He won't have many games like this one and only scored 5.0 per game in his last two, but he's still going to be worth owning.
Nov 21 - 10:03 PM

K.J. McDaniels scored a career-high 17 points against the Suns during an ugly 122-96 loss on Friday to go with three rebounds, two steals and one 3-pointer on 5-of-12 from the field and 6-of-6 from the line in 28 minutes.

His mom has yet to tweet about it as of the time this blurb was written. McDaniels has done quite a bit in the stat sheet with his 1.4 blocks and 1.1 triples in just 22.0 minutes on the season and he's likely going to get out there for more playing time. He's still more of a stash player right now.
Nov 21 - 9:40 PM

Nicolas Batum (knee) will start against the Bulls on Friday.

He's been out for almost two weeks due to his knee contusion and is expected to have his minutes limited tonight. Batum is a big part of the offense and he's still worth starting even with the restriction on his minutes.
Nov 21 - 8:51 PM

Omer Asik (back) will not play against the Nuggets on Friday.

He aggravated his back injury in warmups and chances are he is going to miss more time. Asik isn't a must-own player anymore considering he doesn't have a high upside. Alexis Ajinca will start again, but doesn't have much fantasy value.
Nov 21 - 8:39 PM

Tony Allen (illness) will not suit up for Friday's game vs. the Celtics.

With Allen out, Courtney Lee is going to get all the minutes he can handle. Vince Carter could also see some extended minutes off the bench, but Lee offers the most upside. Allen went through parts of shootaround today, so he shouldn't be out much longer, and we'll consider him questionable Sunday's game vs. the Clippers.
Nov 21 - 7:57 PM

Updating a previous item, Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle) is available to play against the Raptors.

Just when you thought the Bucks weren't going to do their usual misinformation dance, they go ahead and do it. Coach Jason Kidd is making us miss Larry Drew, which is no small feat. Antetokounmpo might not play, but maybe he plays 47 minutes. Who knows?
Nov 21 - 7:42 PM

Bradley Beal will again come off the bench on Friday.

It's really only a matter of time until Beal takes back his job with the starting unit, and the Wizards are simply easing him back into the rotation. Beal was able to put up 21 points over just 26 minutes of action during his last outing, to go with three 3-pointers, three rebounds, three assists, two turnovers, and a steal, so he's going to get his whether he's starting or coming off the bench. He has a favorable matchup tonight vs. the Cavs, so owners can go ahead and roll him out there.
Nov 21 - 7:25 PM

Corey Brewer will get the start against the Spurs on Friday.

As expected, he'll join Mo Williams, Andrew Wiggins Shabazz Muhammad and Gorgui Dieng against the champs. Brewer should pick up around eight minutes and could be in the mid-30s tonight while minutes should be dispersed to Muhammad, Anthony Bennett, Chase Budinger and Robbie Hummel tonight. Brewer is worth owning in standard leagues.
Nov 21 - 6:49 PM

Jerryd Bayless will start on Friday night alongside Brandon Knight, Khris Middleton, Jabari Parker, and Larry Sanders.

This will be Bayless' first night as a starter for the Bucks, but he hasn't been doing much lately, scoring four, nine, and two points in his last three outings. He'll have some increased opportunity tonight with Giannis Antetokounmpo sidelined, but on such a busy night, owners in standard leagues can probably do better than Bayless.
