DeMarcus Cousins got loose for a season-high 31 points and tied a career-high with 20 rebounds in Friday's win over the Raptors.

Cousins was unstoppable tonight and even handled a really bad technical foul call relatively well. He added four assists and two steals to his stat line, and is finding real success by passing the ball -- though he still has a long ways to go before he understands offensive philosophy. In bursts he has great vision, though, and is enjoying Isaiah Thomas' insertion into the starting five, as well.

Beno Udrih (ankle) said that he will play in Game 4 against the Blazers on Monday.

Udrih sat out on Saturday, but with Mike Conley (face) going down, Memphis really needs all they can get from Udrih. He'll likely start with Conley unavailable, so he'll be someone to consider as a low-end, plug-and-play option in daily leagues.

Iman Shumpert played well during his 38 minutes of action as the Cavs' swept their first-round series against the Celtics on Sunday, scoring 15 points while grabbing 10 rebounds.

J.R. Smith was ejected from Sunday's game for elbowing Jae Crowder in the face, and there's really no way he doesn't get a suspension from the league. Shumpert was the first one off the bench when Smith was ejected, and his 38 minutes would suggest that he's going to be the primary beneficiary with Smith unavailable. He added one 3-pointer, two steals and three blocks to his stat line tonight, shooting 3-of-4 from the field and knocking down all eight of this free throw attempts. He could be make for a quality plug-and-play option in daily leagues while Smith serves his suspension.
Apr 26 - 5:13 PM

Mike Conley (face) will return to Memphis to undergo further evaluation, and he has been ruled out for Monday's Game 4 against Portland.

With Conley out for Game 4 expect Beno Udrih to draw the start with Nick Calathes playing extended minutes off the bench. The Grizzlies are saying that Conley's injury is serious, so there's a good chance his absence extends beyond Game 4. Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph will do the heavy lifting on offense for however long Conley is unavailable. For what it's worth, Conley's personal chef posted on Facebook that Conley will have surgery, but his person chef isn't exactly the most reliable source. We'll be waiting for an official diagnosis from the Grizzlies' organization.

Kyrie Irving put up a double-double as the Cavs swept the Celtics on Sunday, scoring 24 points (8-of-19 FGs, 6-of-8 FTs), with 11 rebounds, three assists, two 3-pointers, one steal and one block through 43 minutes of action.

Kyrie was fantastic through his first-career playoff series, averaging 23.3 points, 4.3 assists, 3.0 three-pointers, 1.0 steal and 1.0 block per game. He and LeBron James scored or assisted on 27 of the Cavs 29 fourth-quarter field goals through their first-round series against the Celtics, and he should continue to put up quality numbers throughout the playoffs. Chicago is likely going to be Cleveland's second-round opponent, so get ready for some electrifying basketball as Kyrie goes toe-to-toe against a surging Derrick Rose.
Apr 26 - 4:49 PM

Kevin Love has officially been diagnosed with a dislocated left shoulder, and his status for the Cavs' next game will be determined after he undergoes further evaluation in Cleveland.

Love will travel back to Cleveland today to receive additional examination, imaging, and testing, and we'll be monitoring this situation closely. Love said there was no doubt in his mind that Kelly Olynyk intentionally pulled on his arm, and there's a chance Olynyk receives a suspension from the league that would be served during next season for his actions today. Love did say that he was feeling better, and that he hopes to play in Game 1 of the next series, but we'll wait for the Cavs' medical staff to set a timeline as players tend to be overly optimistic in projecting their return from injuries. If Love is forced to miss any games, Tristan Thompson and James Jones will pick up some extra minutes.
Apr 26 - 4:27 PM

LeBron James fell just two assists shy of a triple-double during Sunday's Game 4 win over the Celtics with 27 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists, three steals, one 3-pointer, one block and six turnovers through 46 minutes of action.

James shot 10-of-24 from the field and 6-of-10 from the stripe, and this game was more of a wrestling match than a basketball game. The Cavs closed out their series today with a sweep of the Celtics, which is the sixth time a LeBron-led team has swept a best-of-seven-series. The likely second-round matchup of Chicago vs. Cleveland is going to be a very exciting matchup.
Apr 26 - 4:07 PM

Gregg Popovich said that everyone will be available to play for Sunday's Game 4 against the Clippers.

Baynes spent Friday's Game 3 on the sidelines with a sprained ankle, but he'll return to action on Sunday. With the rest of the Spurs healthy, Baynes doesn't offer much fantasy value at all.
Apr 26 - 3:00 PM

Jae Crowder left Game 4 against the Cavs' with a left knee sprain, and he will not return.

Crowder got caught with a nasty elbow from J.R. Smith that caused him to fall to the ground awkwardly, and in the process he injured his knee. He needed to be helped to the locker room, and there's really no way that Smith doesn't receive a suspension from the league for his actions today, the only question is how many games he’ll be forced to miss. Crowder ended Sunday's game with seven points, three rebounds and one assist through 17 minutes of action.
Apr 26 - 2:50 PM

J.R. Smith was ejected from Sunday's Game 4 against the Celtics for a Flagrant 2 foul against Jae Crowder.

Smith was boxing out Crowder, and then hit him with a vicious elbow to the face, and there's a good chance Smith is looking at a suspension from the league. He'll finish Sunday's game with eight points, two 3-pointers, and two steals. Iman Shumpert will likely pick up most of his minutes during the Cavs' next game. Apr 26 - 2:46 PM

Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau said that everyone came out of Game 4 fine health wise, and Nikola Mirotic (knee) "should be good" for Game 5 on Monday.

Mirotic didn't play very well in his return to action on Saturday, scoring just five points with one rebound, two assists, two steals and one 3-pointer through 20 minutes of action. The minutes, however, were encouraging and we'd expect him to pick up his play on Monday.
Apr 26 - 2:38 PM

Kevin Love suffered a left shoulder injury in Game 4 against the Celtics and he will not be able to return according to ESPN's Heather Cox.

Not good. He was tangled with Kelly Olynyk while they were fighting for a rebound and it appeared that his shoulder popped out of place. Love looked like he was in a lot of discomfort and immediately ran back to the locker room when it happened. The Cavs said that they will wait for Love to return to Cleveland to further evaluate the injury, and we'll be monitoring this situation very closely. Tristan Thompson and James Jones will have to play more if Love is forced to miss any time.
