The Kings are telling teams that DeMarcus Cousins is "not available" in a trade, according to Sam Amick of USA Today.

The Celtics continue to sniff around Cousins' availability, as do many other teams, but the overwhelming indication from multiple reports via multiple insiders is that Cousins isn't getting dealt. With an absurd ceiling and already with a world of talent, there is no incentive for the Kings to sell for pennies on the dollar despite recent events surrounding the big man. We'll hear plenty of speculation until the deadline, but little, if any, will have substance.

Tony Parker (calf) will have a precautionary MRI.

There is no indication of anything serious, and the MRI is just designed in order to monitor his recovery after he's dealt with a calf injury during the playoffs. We don't expect Parker to miss any time, but we're putting him on the injury report just in case. Parker reported improvement in the calf, but also noted it was the worst bruise of his career.

Dwyane Wade (knee) will start in Game 1 vs. the Pacers, as expected.

Wade was never in danger of missing this one, but after he described himself as day-to-day, there was some concern. Regardless, Wade will be out there for the opening tip and has already said he isn't planning to take time off to rest his knee.

Phil Jackson said there is "zero" chance of him coaching again, but admitted he wants to be in a GM/team president role.

Remember all of those rumors about Jackson returning to the sidelines? They look laughable now. Regardless, we're sure to hear plenty of other rumblings regarding Jackson's future in the front office after he admitted to having a deal in place with Chris Hansen to join the Sonics if the Kings had wound up moving from Sacramento.

Bradley Beal (leg) is "weeks away" from returning to basketball activities.

"I still haven't been cleared," Beal said after the draft lottery. "It’s been six weeks since I've done any basketball-related activities," he said. "In the next couple weeks or so I’m going to get another X-Ray and see if the fracture actually started closing and see if can get back out there. Until then I’m still rehabbing, lifting weights and refraining from any basketball activity." We're not concerned yet, but this isn't something fantasy owners will want to linger.

Andrew Bogut (ankle) revealed that the "mental and physical pain" he felt over "the last two or three weeks was getting worse and worse."

At this point, it's fair to question whether or not Bogut will ever be able to remain healthy for the duration of a full season. "I managed it every day. Every day was a battle, basically, after April," Bogut said. "Every day I had to come in early to get treatment, just to get it right just enough to get back on the court. My whole playoff campaign was that. Some days it worked and some days it didn't." Bogut did say that he's looking forward to using the offseason to get his "ankle right," but we've heard that from the big man previously. Fantasy owners should monitor Bogut's health closely.

The Raptors remain interested in trading Andrea Bargnani, according to president Bryan Colangelo.

"I still would say there’s value in Andrea as a player," said Colangelo. "I get the fact that a change of scenery is probably best for all sides. I’ve publicly acknowledged that but, again, the new guy is going to have to decide how to handle it and there are a few options." Colangelo is referencing the new general manager who has yet to be hired, and we'd bet Bargnani starts next season elsewhere. It's hard to see the Raptors getting anything of real value in return for the former No. 1 overall pick.

The Cavs will "investigate trade options" with the No. 1 pick, according to ESPN's Brian Windhorst.

As Windhorst notes, the Cavs have two first round picks, "interest in improving fast" and a fair deal of cap space, so Cleveland is in a good position after winning the draft lottery. It wouldn't surprise us at all to see the Cavs flirt with dealing the pick, but it's going to take a substantial offer to get GM Chris Grant to bite.

Tony Parker hit just 6-of-20 shots, one 3-pointer and 2-of-4 free throws, but finished with 15 points, five rebounds, a career-high 18 assists, three steals and just two turnovers as the Spurs held off the Grizzlies 93-89 in overtime to take Game 2 and a 2-0 lead in the Western Conference Finals.

Parker hit 1-of-2 free throws with 14.6 seconds left in OT to put the Grizzlies up by three, followed by a bad Jerryd Bayless miss from downtown. Parker was sensational all night, but the Spurs gave up an 18-point lead before winning in OT. Tim Duncan came through with a huge block, boards and bucket in OT to finish with 17 points, nine boards, two steals and four blocks after sitting out much of the fourth quarter with foul trouble, while Danny Green (11 points, three 3-pointers), Tiago Splitter (14 points, two blocks), and Kawhi Leonard (12 points, nine boards) all played well as every Spurs' starter scored in double figures. Game 3 is in Memphis on Saturday.

The Cavaliers got some luck in the NBA lottery and will have the No. 1 pick in this year's Draft.

The Magic, who had the best odds at landing No. 1, fell to No. 2, with the Wizards moving all the way up to the No. 3 pick despite having the eighth best odds of doing so. The rest of the lottery is as follows: 4. Charlotte, 5. Phoenix, 6. New Orleans Pelicans, 7. Sacramento, 8. Detroit, 9. Minnesota, 10. Portland, 11. Philadelphia, 12. Oklahoma City (via Toronto), 13. Dallas, 14. Utah. Big man Nerlens Noel is a favorite to be the No. 1 pick and would fit in with the Cavaliers, while Kansas SG Ben McLemore is also a possibility to be taken with the No. 1 pick. It also would not be surprising to see the Cavs move the pick if they can get what they want for it. The latest Rotoworld NBA Mock Draft will be updated early on Wednesday.

Michael Jordan announced at a press conference on Tuesday that the Bobcats have filed the necessary paper work to become the Hornets starting with the 2014-15 NBA season.

Jordan is catching some heat for not "dressing up" for the press conference, as well as for a lack of former Hornets in attendance. But the good news is that Charlotte is getting its original name back, which is what the fans wanted. That was made possible by the fact the New Orleans Hornets will now be known as the Pelicans, and Jordan can only hope that the name change will bring the Charlotte franchise some much needed mojo going forward.

The Clippers have let the contract of head coach Vinny Del Negro expire, meaning he's no longer the coach of the team, according to Yahoo! Sports.

The details have yet to emerge, but there have been rumblings that Del Negro's days were numbered for some time. The latest rumor making waves is that Chris Paul and Dwight Howard will emerge in Atlanta together next season, but that's far from having any substance at this point. The Clippers failed to advance far enough in the playoffs for anyone's liking and "Paul coaches the Clippers" jokes were all the rage this season. Paul will likely have some say in who the next coach will be, while names like Byron Scott, Alvin Gentry, Mike Malone, Stan Van Gundy and Mike Budenholzer are already being listed as possible replacements for Del Negro.
