DeMarcus Cousins posted an ugly 22 and 12 in Friday's loss to the Grizzlies, hitting 9-of-19 shots with one assist, two steals, and one block in 38 minutes.

Interestingly he was on the bench in crunch time but who's counting in Sacramento these days. He is a cornucopia of bad basketball decisions but is easily the most talented big man in the league right now, and he's getting enough touches to be a threat for this type of line every night.

Carmelo Anthony (back) will not play against the Thunder on Friday.

Nov 28 - 6:01 PM

Marvin Williams (shoulder) will not play against the Warriors on Friday or Saturday against the Hawks.

He can't stay healthy this season, but the Hornets won't miss him much anyway. The team is hoping he'll be ready for Wednesday against the Bulls. Cody Zeller has really picked it up lately and is a solid option in daily leagues.
Nov 28 - 5:20 PM

DeMarcus Cousins (illness) will not play against the Spurs on Friday.

The illness bug claimed another body tonight and the Kings will be in deep trouble. They don't really have a guy capable of playing big minutes at center, so it'll likely be a group effort. Jason Thompson does get some minutes at center, so he's probably the biggest beneficiary for minutes and has a solidified role. Although, Derrick Williams is also a very interesting player to use in daily leagues tonight.
Nov 28 - 5:05 PM

Joakim Noah was dominant on both ends of the court against the Celtics on Friday, scoring 15 points with 14 boards, six assists and six blocks in 35 minutes.

He hit a clutch open jumper at the top of the key to give the Bulls a two-possession lead with 24 seconds left in the game. Noah played suffocating defense as well, and looked very healthy after missing Tuesday's game. His owners will have to keep an eye out on his knee injury and he could miss games in the future, but he should be good to go for Sunday against the Nets.
Nov 28 - 4:06 PM

Derrick Rose scored 21 points in 28 minutes against the Celtics during a win on Friday with four rebounds, four assists, one block and two 3-pointers.

Of course, he wasn't unscathed in this game. Rose took a charge and was gimpy for a a couple minutes while staying on the court. He also had a minor left hand injury and the training staff was looking at it briefly. He did finish the game and for once we expect him to play against the Nets on Sunday.
Nov 28 - 3:58 PM

Jared Sullinger made four 3-pointers against the Bulls on Friday with 23 points, 10 rebounds, one steal, one block and one turnover in 33 minutes.

He was 9-of-19 from the field and attempted nine shots from beyond the arc. Sullinger has 10 triples in his last three games and is boosted his shooting to 30.6 from deep with this hot stretch. Sullinger is putting up career numbers in basically every category except steals and is a must-start option.
Nov 28 - 3:31 PM

Kobe Bryant did not practice on Thursday and skipped shootaround on Friday, but he will play against the Wolves.

Coach Byron Scott said he could manage Kobe's minutes a bit, but it still shouldn't drop him below his 35.4 per game. In an effort to save his legs, Bryant is also probably going to miss more practice than Allen Iverson, but it shouldn't affect him on the court since he doesn't do much off the ball anyway. His fantasy owners can lock him into their starting lineups.
Nov 28 - 3:02 PM

Nikola Pekovic (wrist, ankle) will be re-evaluated next week.

That means we can rule him out for Sunday and probably Monday with his ankle issues. Pekovic could play on Wednesday, but we highly doubt it. Gorgui Dieng hasn't been too involved in the offense, but his output in boards and blocks make him a must-own player.
Nov 28 - 2:47 PM

Isaiah Thomas (ankle) is questionable to face the Nuggets on Friday.

He's likely looking at a game-time call for the 9 p.m. EST tip in Denver. With Thomas out on Wednesday, Goran Dragic, Eric Bledsoe and especially Gerald Green all stepped up to help get the win. It should be a similar scenario should IT3 miss his second game.
Nov 28 - 2:43 PM

Mo Williams (illness) will return to the lineup against the Lakers.

He is not expected to be limited. Williams traveling with the team on Wednesday was a great sign he would be ready to go and his fantasy owners should plug him back into their lineups. Zach LaVine will take a hit while Andrew Wiggins and Corey Brewer should have less ball-handling responsibility.
Nov 28 - 2:40 PM

Anderson Varejao (rib contusion) is questionable to play against the Pacers on Saturday.

He did not practice on Friday, but this injury doesn't sound too serious. Of course, Varejao has missed a lot of games in his career and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him miss time. If he does, Tristan Thompson would likely start while the Cavs could get Brendan Haywood in the mix.
