Rajon Rondo logged his fourth triple-double of the season with 23 points, 10 boards and 11 assists in Thursday's loss to the Knicks.

He shot 10-of-19 from the field and was very aggressive in attacking the basket with 11 of his attempts coming from within four feet. Despite his shots per game on the season increasing from last year, his shots at the rim have dropped. Rondo looks to be out of his slump that was bothering him earlier this month and the buy-low window is closing fast.

Patrick Beverley had surgery on his left wrist on Tuesday and the surgery has been deemed a success.

Beverley will be in a cast for the next 10 weeks and will need four months of recovery. While the Rockets have Jason Terry, Pablo Prigioni, and Nick Johnson to fill in for Beverley, none are a fantasy option outside of the deepest of leagues. James Harden will have to carry even more of the load for the Rockets for the rest of the season and will have a good chance to bolster his case for MVP.

Greg Monroe (knee) has been officially ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Hawks.

It wouldn't be a huge shock to see the Pistons shut Monroe for the rest of the season at this point as they're firmly out of the playoff picture. Anthony Tolliver will again pick up the start on Tuesday, while Monroe can be dropped by fantasy owners who are fighting to get to the next round of their playoffs.
Mar 31 - 12:16 PM

Kevin Durant (foot) had bone graft surgery for the fifth metatarsal of his right foot on Tuesday and is expected to miss the next four to six months.

While we've yet to see a team say a surgery was unsuccessful, it's worth noting that the Thunder deemed the surgery a success. The optimistic end of Durant's timetable would put him back on the court by training camp, while the longer end of of that timetable would having him returning at some point in October. We'll be keeping close tabs on Durant's recovery, but the 2015-16 season will mark the first in years where he's not the top option in fantasy drafts.
Mar 31 - 11:38 AM

Deron Williams (illness) was present at shootaround on Tuesday.

Williams missed practice on Monday, so it's good news to see him able to go through shootaround before Tuesday's game against the Pacers. We'll update this status closer to game-time, but Jarrett Jack would be in line for a spot-start and would make for a solid fantasy play if Williams is unable to go.

LeBron James shared some insight on his relationship with Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love.

While article below gives more of a peek behind the curtain of the Big 3's relationship, James shared some interesting thoughts about his relationship with his two star teammates. "People get so infatuated with the best of friends, things of that nature," James said. "First of all, I've got three very good friends in this league, and that's Carmelo [Anthony], and that's C.P. [Chris Paul], and that's D-Wade. And after that I have a bunch of teammates. I have guys I ride for every day." Relationships aside, James is averaging 24.2 points, 8.2 rebounds, 6.2 assists, 2.0 steals, 0.6 blocks and 1.8 three-pointers over his last five games and is a must-start player any time he takes the court.
Mar 31 - 10:49 AM

Thaddeus Young (knee) will be available for Tuesday's game against the Pacers.

The words "available to play" would seem to insinuate that Young won't start after missing the Nets' previous two games with a left knee strain. We'll update Young's status as more information is available, but he's a risky start for fantasy owners if he's coming off the bench behind Miles Plumlee.

Nerlens Noel called Ish Smith the first true point guard he's ever played with.

In what can also be construed as a shot at former teammate Michael Carter-Williams, Noel said, "I love that kid. He just finds me whenever I’m open and honestly, he’s the first true point-guard I’ve ever really played with." Smith has taken the Sixers' starting point guard job and ran with it with averages of 13.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, 5.6 assists, 1.6 steals, and 1.0 three-pointers over his last five games. Smith has been averaging 30.4 minutes per game over that span and is currently a must-start player in all fantasy leagues.
Mar 31 - 10:38 AM

Ryan Anderson (knee) said he's ready to return to the Pelicans' lineup at some point over the next three games.

Anderson is expected to go through his first full-court scrimmage workout Tuesday after missing the team's previous 17 games. "'I'm definitely going to be back on this road trip,'' Anderson said. ''That's my full intention." While Anderson isn't a must-add player in standard fantasy leagues, he's worth a flier for owners with an extra roster spot as long as he's able to stick to his outlined timetable.

Knicks president Phil Jackson sent a letter to Knicks season-ticket holders asking them to remain optimistic during the team's struggles.

Despite the fact that the Knicks currently own a league-worst 14-60 record, Jackson asked fans to stay patient in a video message. "While I know this has been a challenging season for our team on the court, I can also tell you that everyone in the organization is working tirelessly to get our Knicks back to a place where we are once again competing at the highest level," Jackson said. With plenty of cap space and a likely top-four draft pick this summer, Knicks fans will have to hope that Jackson and a healthy Carmelo Anthony will be able to get the franchise back on track.

Draymond Green (shin) may miss Tuesday's game against the Clippers.

Green has been dealing with inflammation in his shins and with the top seed in the Western Conference already clinched, there's a chance that he sits for the second consecutive game on Tuesday. We'll update this item as more information becomes available, but David Lee would likely get another start if Green sits while Marreese Speights would also see a small minutes bump.
Mar 31 - 9:13 AM

DeMar DeRozan scored a career-high 42 points and tied a career-best with 11 rebounds in the Raptors' 99-96 win over the Rockets on Monday.

DeRozan hit 14-of-27 shots (2-of-4 3PTs, 12-of-17 FTs) to go with one steal, one block and six turnovers, as his usage was off the charts with Kyle Lowry (back) out. Look for this trend to continue until Lowry returns, and owners that are sensitive to field goal percentage may need to keep a close eye on him in case he gets a bit too trigger happy.
