Eric Gordon (back, knee) will not play against the Wolves on Saturday.

He is coming off a back-to-back and this will mark the third time he's sat out of the second game of a back-to-back set. Gordon is also dealing with a sore back and he could certainly use a day off. The Hornets have back-to-backs coming up on February 10 and 11, then on February 19 and 20. Roger Mason will start on Saturday.

Gary Neal suffered a left shoulder contusion against the Clippers on Monday and will not return.

He was in a lot of pain and was in a bad mood as he went to the locker room. Neal looked like he didn't want to come out, but the team will likely give him an MRI. Brian Roberts will likely get some extra run in a two-PG lineup.
Nov 24 - 8:57 PM

Pau Gasol (calf) will start against the Jazz on Monday.

He was probable for the game and it sounds like he's good to go for tonight. With Gasol back, Nikola Mirotic isn't as attractive, but he should still get minutes in the 20s. Gasol owners will want to put him in their lineups with a matchup against Enes Kanter.
Nov 24 - 8:32 PM

Derrick Rose (hamstring) is listed as the starter for Monday against the Jazz and will play.

This is coming from a team official and that has held up so far, so Rose is likely a go tonight. Fantasy owners can pencil him into the starting lineup, but of course anything could happen. Aaron Brooks will come off the bench.
Nov 24 - 8:27 PM

David Lee (hamstring) is not expected to return to the lineup until at least Dec. 2.

He's not close to returning and the Warriors learned their lesson on bring him back so soon. Considering how well Draymond Green and Marreese Speights are playing right now, there is no rush. Lee isn't a must-own player while Green is a must-start guy right now.
Nov 24 - 8:14 PM

Kevin Martin (wrist) will have surgery on his wrist and miss the next six weeks.

He played through this wrist fracture in his 37-point explosion against the Knicks. Martin just can't stay healthy and there's nothing wrong with cutting him considering how long he's out. Corey Brewer, Andrew Wiggins and Chase Budinger will benefit.
Nov 24 - 8:06 PM

Coach Tom Thibodeau is confident Derrick Rose (hamstring) and Pau Gasol (calf) will play against the Jazz on Monday.

Obviously, we don't really trust Thibs here and Gasol and Rose fantasy owners will want to check back for an update. We'll keep you posted. If Rose is out, Aaron Brooks is a nice play against Trey Burke.
Nov 24 - 7:34 PM

Darren Collison (quad) and Ramon Sessions (knee) are questionable to play against the Pelicans on Tuesday.

He has a contusion to his thigh and he was able to play through it on Saturday. Collision has been a pleasant surprise with 30 assists to go with just five turnovers. if he and Sessions are out, Ray McCallum will be logging some serious minutes.
Nov 24 - 7:19 PM

Rudy Gay (Achilles) is listed as questionable for Tuesday to face the Pelicans.

He is still dealing with right Achilles tendinitis and this issue is not going to go away any time soon. Gay does sound like he has a chance to play, but his owners will want to check back to see if he goes through shootaround. If he's out, Omri Casspi will start.
Nov 24 - 7:17 PM

Nerlens Noel will come off the bench against the Blazers on Monday.

It will be Michael Carter-Williams, Tony Wroten, Luc Mbah a Moute, Henry Sims and Brandon Davies starting tonight. Noel was awful against the Knicks on Saturday and he's simply fouling way too much right now. His fantasy owners should not have confidence in him right now, but he's still worth stashing.
Nov 24 - 6:28 PM

Coach Kevin McHale said he believes Patrick Beverley (hamstring) will be out longer this time compared to his last injury.

He missed four games last time he suffered a hamstring strain, so it sounds like we can rule him out for this week. Beverley has suffered three different hamstring strains so far this year and the Rockets should just sit him down. Isaiah Canaan will get the start while Troy Daniels and Nick Johnson will back him up.
Nov 24 - 6:23 PM

Moe Harkless will start next to Victor Oladipo, Evan Fournier, Channing Frye and Nikola Vucevic on Monday against the Cavs.

It probably has a lot to do with the matchup against LeBron James. Harkless could have a decent game, but avoiding foul trouble will be paramount for his success. He's a risky plug-and-play, but there is at least some upside here. Willie Green will come off the bench.
