Jared Sullinger's agent, David Falk, said that the Celtics knew his client would eventually have to get back surgery.

"The Celtics knew when they drafted him there was a certain level of risk that required surgery, as did several other teams," said Falk. "Jared’s 20 years old, to try to take a short-term risk could jeopardize his career long term. Having surgery was the most appropriate response," Falk said. Sullinger is expected to be ready for training camp next season.

Andre Miller logged his first double-double of the season in a 110-99 loss to the Blazers on Sunday, scoring 12 points with 10 assists, two boards and two steals in 26 minutes.

Fellow point guard Ray McCallum had 12 points with five assists and two boards in 25 minutes, and it looks like head coach George Karl is going to stick with his plan of splitting their minutes. Darren Collison is likely done for the season because of his hip injury, so both Miller and McCallum are worth a look in deeper leagues. Just don't expect Miller to be this good on a regular basis considering he is a little ways past his prime.
Mar 1 - 9:14 PM

Damian Lillard scored a game-high 31 points in a win over the Kings on Sunday, adding seven assists, four boards, one block and three 3-pointers in 36 minutes.

This was actually Lillard's highest scoring game since he dropped 34 points against the Lakers on Jan. 11, and he has now attempted 20 or more shots in each of his last two games. As one of the league's most durable and consistent guards, he should be a top-10 fantasy asset for the rest of the way.
Mar 1 - 8:48 PM

LaMarcus Aldridge scored 26 points with 15 boards and two assists in Sunday's 110-99 win over the Kings.

He did go just 9-of-25 from the field and missed all three of his attempts from beyond the arc, but his owners won't be complaining about this line. Aldridge is coming off a 29-point, 16-board performance vs. the Thunder on Friday, and he is going to continue to be a beast as long his troublesome thumbs don't cause him any problems.
Mar 1 - 8:35 PM

Stephen Curry scored a game-high 37 points to help the Warriors erase a 26-point deficit and steal a win in Boston on Sunday, tying the largest comeback in the NBA this season.

He went 14-of-22 from the field with five 3-pointers, and offset his five turnovers with four rebounds, five assists and one steal. He's been flirting with No. 1 fantasy status all season thanks to ridiculous games like this, and tonight's victory improved the Warriors' league-best record to 46-11.
Mar 1 - 8:32 PM

Robert Covington suffered a right elbow contusion during Sunday's game vs. the Pacers and he will not return.

Luckily, the injury doesn't sound serious and we will consider Covington questionable to play against the Raptors on Monday. If Covington is forced to miss any additional time, more minutes will be available for players such as Hollis Thompson and Jerami Grant. Covington finished Sunday's game with 12 points, three boards and two 3-pointers in 24 minutes.
Mar 1 - 7:53 PM

Matt Barnes (hamstring) is officially being listed as questionable for Monday's game vs. the Timberwolves.

We'll continue to monitor this situation closely, but it wouldn't make much sense for the Clippers to force Barnes to play in a game that they could probably win without him. If he does sit, Jamal Crawford will likely slide into the starting lineup, and he would see a small uptick in value. Stay tuned.
Mar 1 - 7:41 PM

Ish Smith started the second half in place of Isaiah Canann on Sunday vs. the Pacers.

Canaan has struggled with his conditioning and hasn't exactly looked comfortable running the point in Philly, but head coach Brett Brown has been known to shake things up occasionally. Smith was averaging 6.3 points, 5.3 assists and 1.3 steals in his previous three performances with the 76ers, but owners in most leagues should use a wait-and-see approach here.
Mar 1 - 7:41 PM

LeBron James racked up 37 points, four 3-pointers, eight rebounds, four assists, three steals and three blocks on Sunday, but he shot 15-of-35 from the field and 3-of-11 at the free throw line in an overtime loss.

LeBron became the first player since Truck Robinson in 1978 to score 37+ points while shooting under 30.0 percent on 10 or more free throw attempts. He was in disbelief after numerous misses in the clutch and took responsibility for the loss afterward, though fantasy owners will assuredly forgive the flaws in this statistical bonanza.
Mar 1 - 7:34 PM

C.J. Miles is starting the second half against the 76ers in place of Damjan Rudez.

Miles' foot has reportedly been an issue for a while now which is probably why he didn't start the game in the first place, but he is moving around the court fine and he doesn't appear to limited at all. We will let you know how he holds up after the game, but his owners shouldn't be concerned.
Mar 1 - 7:34 PM

Tristan Thompson erupted in 37 minutes during Sunday's OT loss, which he finished with 14 points, a season-high 19 rebounds, two steals and one block.

This was Thompson's first double-double in over a month and the defensive stats are atypical, but he continues to carve out borderline value in 9-cat leagues. He's playing more minutes than starting center Timofey Mozgov most nights and is worth scooping off the waiver wire if you're targeting rebounds and FG percentage.
Mar 1 - 7:15 PM

Randy Foye will move into the Nuggets' starting lineup on Sunday, sending Gary Harris to the bench.

Brian Shaw is shaking up his starting lineup by deploying Foye, Wilson Chandler and Kenneth Faried ahead of Harris, Joffrey Lauvergne and J.J. Hickson. Chaos reigns in Denver and Foye's starting job may be short-lived, but he's worth a speculative pickup in deep leagues in case it sticks.
