After waiving Shelvin Mack, the Sixers will bring in Pargo as insurance at the point guard position.

Nik Stauskas will start for Robert Covington (knee) against the Celtics on Saturday.

Coach Brett Brown said he wants another ball-handler out there, which may have to do with Joel Embiid being out of the lineup tonight. Sauce Castillo has cooled off considerably, making just 38.1 percent from the field. Although, the uptick in assists with 3.6 per game in his last five may be the reason he starts. He's a speculative add in competitive leagues while Hollis Thompson should benefit as well.
Dec 3 - 5:50 PM

Joel Embiid (rest) will not play against the Celtics on Saturday.

It's scheduled rest on the back-to-back set for The Process. He has seen his minutes limit rise to 28 and it's starting to feel like his back-to-back restriction may not be going on all season. With Embiid out, a non-restricted Jahlil Okafor will get most of the minutes with Richaun Holmes backing him up.
Dec 3 - 5:49 PM

Robert Covington (knee) and Jerryd Bayless (wrist) will not play against the Celtics on Saturday.

Covington suffered a knee sprain on Friday and did not return. He's off to a really bad start on the offensive side, making just 30.9 percent from the field. On the other band, his defense has kept him in the lineup, so he should have his job once he's healthy again. There's no word on the severity of his injury, so he's a hold in most leagues for now. Nik Stauskas will start while Hollis Thompson also benefits here.
Dec 3 - 5:49 PM

Mike Muscala is listed as the starter at power forward against the Raptors on Saturday.

In case you missed it, Paul Millsap (hip) is out again tonight. After the Hawks were crushed in the first half on Friday with Thabo Sefolosha at the four, Muscala is the favorite to start. He was awful with no points in his last start on Wednesday, but he should have a great chance to perform tonight.
Dec 3 - 5:30 PM

Isaiah Whitehead, Sean Kilpatrick, Bojan Bogdanovic, Anthony Bennett and Brook Lopez will start against the Bucks on Saturday.

The Nets are going to keep Rondae Hollis-Jefferson's minutes in check, so they'll start Kilpatrick for another game. With Trevor Booker out, the Nets defense will have its hands full tonight against the lengthy Bucks squad. Kilpatrick is worth owning in standard leagues right now.

Dec 3 - 4:21 PM

Anthony Bennett is listed as the starter against the Bucks on Saturday with Trevor Booker (illness) out.

It makes some sense because the Nets are really thin at power forward. Bennett hasn't been in the rotation, but he may get minutes over 20 in the first unit. Justin Hamilton figures to get several minutes off the bench behind Bennett and Lopez, so he's worth a look in DFS as well.
Dec 3 - 4:13 PM

Trevor Booker (illness) will not play against the Bucks on Saturday.

The Nets are also without Chris McCullough for this one, so they'll only have Anthony Bennett, Luis Scola and Justin Hamilton as their bench bigs. Booker was playing extremely well and played 31.2 minutes per game in the last five, so there's a big hole to fill tonight. Justin Hamilton figures to benefit most regardless of who coach Kenny Atkinson starts next to Brook Lopez.
Dec 3 - 3:38 PM

Luke Babbitt (hip) is not expected to play and is only available for emergency situations against the Blazers on Saturday.

In other words, he's out. Babbitt could miss two weeks due to his hip injury from Thursday night. He also may not have many minutes available once he's back with James Johnson outplaying him and it's possible Justise Winslow (wrist) is back. For tonight, Johnson, Derrick Williams and Wayne Ellington should get some additional run.
Dec 3 - 2:43 PM

George Hill (left big toe) will not play in Saturday's game vs. the Nuggets.

Hill is enjoying a phenomenal statistical season but has been bitten by the injury bug of late. He missed eight straight games in November due to a thumb issue and is now dealing with a toe injury. Saturday will be the second game missed due to the toe. Dante Exum started at point guard for Utah in their previous game, but he played less than 19 minutes and scored just five points on 1-of-6 shooting. Shelvin Mack ended up playing 33 minutes, finishing with 11 points, five assists and five rebounds. If you are looking to roll the dice on a DFS dart throw or a streamer, Mack would be the preferred option.
Dec 3 - 1:01 PM

Will Barton, Danilo Gallinari, and Darrell Arthur are listed as probable for Saturday's game vs. Utah.

Barton had missed 12 of the Nuggets previous 15 games, but looked great in his return to the Denver lineup on Friday night. He finished with 17 points, seven rebounds, five assists, one steal and one 3-pointer in 33 minutes. Better yet, he seems to have avoided aggravating his ankle injury. Barton should be locked and loaded in fantasy lineups going forward.
Dec 3 - 12:58 PM

Nikola Jokic (left wrist sprain) will not play against the Jazz on Saturday.

Jokic initially suffered what was believed to be a minor wrist injury on Wedneday. However, it has now cost him two straight games, which stings because Jokic was finally starting to snap out of his season-long slump. Starters Kenneth Faried and Jusuf Nurkic should see more time on Saturday. Darrell Arthur could also see a few extra minutes off the bench, as the Nuggets are playing on the second night of a back-to-back.
