Andrew Bynum (knee) is still limited to 1-on-0 shooting drills.

Bynum hasn't gotten clearance yet to even do some 1-on-1 post moves. That suggests that he's not close to a real practice, something he said he'll need 10-14 days of before playing in a game. For what it's worth, both the Sixers and Bynum say he's tentatively expected to return by the end of February. But until he tests his troublesome knees in a real practice, that's mere speculation.

Pau Gasol has been named Jimmy Butler's (knee) replacement for the All-Star game.

While you could argue guys like Kyrie Irving and Kemba Walker were deserving of an All-Star bid, it's hard to argue against Pau. He's having another elite season with averages of 17.0 points, 10.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.0 blocks per game.

The Hawks are reportedly considering trading away their core players of Al Horford, Paul Millsap and Jeff Teague at the trade deadline.

The Hawks haven't been able to recapture the magic from last year's 60-win season, and it's clear that while they're a playoff team, they are no championship contender. Horford is in a contract year, and Atlanta may not be willing to sign him to a max-deal this offseason. The Magic, Celtics and Nuggets have reportedly expressed interest in acquiring Horford, and Atlanta is also listening to offers on Teague and Millsap.

Jimmy Butler (knee) will miss the next three to four weeks with a strained left knee.

Butler's knee injury was worse than expected and fantasy owners will now be without Butler until what sounds like the beginning of March at the earliest. While Butler is worth holding in standard leagues for now, E'Twaun Moore, Tony Snell, Doug McDermott, and Mike Dunleavy will all see extra minutes, with Moore being the priority add in all fantasy leagues.

The Sacramento Kings now plan to keep George Karl as head coach, according to ESPN's Marc Stein.

Coach Karl and GM Vlade Divac reportedly had a long meeting on Tuesday in Philly and got their differences worked out, or at least out on the table. We don't know what to say about this one, so we'll let Divac explain the reversal of course. "George is our coach and we're collectively working through our issues," Divac wrote in a statement to ESPN. While they may put it off for a bit, this marriage still appears to be heading toward a divorce sooner or later.

Bradley Beal will start against the Knicks on Tuesday.

Beal will return to the starting lineup against the Knicks and said he'll play around 30 minutes on Tuesday. While Beal is always an injury risk for his fantasy owners, it's safe to start him for Tuesday's game.
Feb 9 - 12:19 PM

Tim Duncan (knee) will miss Tuesday's game against the Heat.

Duncan had been upgraded to questionable on Monday, but it now looks like the Spurs will rest him through the break. While San Antonio plays the Magic again on Wednesday, it would be a surprise to see Duncan back for that game with the break looming. David West will continue to start in Duncan's absence.
Feb 9 - 11:50 AM

Luol Deng (illness) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Spurs.

Deng missed shootaround with an illness and Heat head coach Erick Spoelstra said he didn't know if Deng will be available for Tuesday night. We'll keep an eye on his status, but Justise Winslow will be in line for a minutes boost if Deng is unable to suit up against the Spurs.
Feb 9 - 11:29 AM

Hassan Whiteside (left ankle) is a game-time decision for Tuesday's game against the Spurs.

Whiteside was able to practice on Tuesday and Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra said he was encouraged by how the big man looked, so it's likely we'll see him on the court against the Spurs. Check back to make sure he's active for Tuesday, but Whiteside should be started as long as he's in the Heat lineup.
Feb 9 - 11:27 AM

Devin Harris (sprained left toe) will miss Tuesday's game against the Jazz.

Harris will miss his eighth straight game on Tuesday as the Mavs attempt to get him healthy for the second half of the season. We'll likely see Harris after the All-Star Break, but Raymond Felton and J.J. Barea will pick up extra minutes on Tuesday in his stead.
Feb 9 - 10:17 AM

Kevin Durant scored a game-high 32 points during a 122-106 win over the Suns on Monday, adding six rebounds, three assists, one steal, two blocks and five 3-pointers.

He scored 25 in the second half and is a scoring machine in his last seven, averaging 34.4 points, 9.9 boards, 4.3 assists, 1.3 blocks, 0.9 steals and 3.3 treys on 50.3 percent from the field, 45.1 percent from deep and 92.8 percent from the line. KD is getting close to a 50/40/90 year again at 50.6 percent from the field, 39.4 percent from deep and 89.5 percent from the line. He's created some separation as fantasy's No. 2 player in standard leagues.
Feb 9 - 1:19 AM

Damian Lillard scored 33 points during a 112-106 win in Memphis on Monday, adding four rebounds, five assists, one steal, one block and five 3-pointers in 43 minutes.

It's his 12th 30-point game on the season, which is the most he's had in a season already. Lillard also broke his tie with Russell Westbrook for sixth place in the points-per-game rankings. Lillard was also really struggling from deep, but he put up five-plus treys for the first time since Jan. 23. The Blazers are 0.5 games behind the Jazz for the eighth seed.
