C.J. Watson (illness) will be a game-time decision on Sunday.

Brooklyn's backup PG is an afterthought in fantasy leagues, at least while Deron Williams is healthy, so his availability shouldn't impact any lineups.

James Harden scored 38 points during a 117-107 win over the Pelicans on Friday with 17 assists, seven rebounds, one block, two steals and five 3-pointers.

That's his NBA-high eighth 30-plus scoring game this month. Harden also scored or assisted on 77 points tonight, and he's currently on pace to set the record for that department this season with 57.7 points per game -- Nate Archibald has the record with 56.8 in 1972-73. He has scored at least 38 points in four straight and will get a big MVP-caliber matchup with Russell Westbrook Sunday afternoon. There will be triple-doubles.

The NBA has suspended Joakim Noah 20 games for violating its anti-drug program.

This means he will be suspended for the final 10 games of this season and the first 10 games of the 2017-18 season. Noah tested positive for an over-the-counter supplement that is prohibited under the CBA, but he cooperated fully with the league’s probe and the National Basketball Players Association’s investigation concluded that Noah hadn’t "knowingly or willingly" violated the policy. Noah is still recovering from arthroscopic surgery on his left knee that he had on Feb. 27, and while he wasn't expected to return this season anyways, he recently started running and conditioning. That contract is looking pretty awful right now.
Mar 25 - 2:08 AM

Dario Saric scored a career-high 32 points during a 117-107 win over the Bulls on Friday, adding 10 rebounds, two assists, one steal and two 3-pointers in 34 minutes.

The Homie Dario just will not let up. As he has all season, coach Brett Brown talked up his future Rookie of the Year. "When you can find someone that competes at his level and also has a selfless side, that's a hell of a package," Brown said. When the 76ers add so much talent to their roster next year, it'll be very interesting to see how Brown uses Dario. Until then, Saric's fantasy owners can just enjoy the ride.
Mar 25 - 2:03 AM

Ricky Rubio scored 19 points on 5-of-13 shooting with 15 assists, three rebounds, three steals, one block and one triple in Friday's loss to the Lakers.

This was the fifth straight loss for the Wolves and they now trail the No. 8 seed (Denver) by 6.5 games. However, Rubio's owners may not have to worry about DNPs or a potential shut-down just yet -- the Wolves used more two-PG lineups tonight and Rubio logged 25 minutes next to Kris Dunn. Even though Dunn's workload should rise, he will likely take minutes away from Brandon Rush and not Rubio if tonight was any indication.
Mar 25 - 1:59 AM

Andrew Wiggins' 36 points weren't enough in a 130-117 overtime loss to the Lakers on Friday.

He did all he could, shooting 14-of-28 from the field with five rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block and five 3-pointers in 44 minutes. This was his 11th game of the season with 30+ points, and if his owners can sneak by next week with three games, they get to look forward to the Wolves having five games from Apr. 3 to Apr. 9.
Mar 25 - 1:49 AM

Jordan Clarkson scored a career-high 33 points on 13-of-20 shooting with eight 3-pointers, five assists and two rebounds in 47 minutes in a 130-117 overtime win over the Wolves on Friday.

What a way to respond after he scored five points on 1-of-9 shooting vs. the Clippers on Tuesday. It's no secret that Clarkson is a high-volume shooter, but Walton said earlier this week that he wants him to find other ways to impact the game if his shot isn't falling. "He’s too good of an athlete. He’s one guy who loves to compete, but you can’t get locked in and focus on the fact you can’t make any shots," Walton said. "That’ll come eventually. Get into someone on defense, make some steals, make some passes, take a charge, do something." Clarkson has been a beast since the Lou Williams trade and should be owned in standard leagues.
Mar 25 - 1:26 AM

Brandon Ingram (knee) won't return to Friday's game vs. the Wolves.

This was announced during overtime, so he was probably on a minutes restriction -- he was icing his knee on the bench down the stretch. Ingram is dealing with tendinitis, so it shouldn't be a long-term issue and he will likely be fine for Sunday's game vs. the Blazers. The rookie scored 11 points on 4-of-8 shooting with three rebounds and a triple in 30 minutes.
Mar 25 - 1:05 AM

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 34 points with 13 rebounds, five assists, three blocks, two steals and one triple in Friday's 100-97 win over the Hawks.

He was unconscious in the first quarter, racking up 17 points, eight rebounds, three assists, three blocks, one steal and a triple in 12 minutes. He was coming off a monster 32-point game on Wednesday and is now the first Bucks player with 30 points, 10 rebounds and five assists in consecutive games since Terry Cummings in 1985. The Greak Freak slowed down a bit in March, but he's rolling again and should finish the season as a top-3 fantasy asset.
Mar 25 - 12:03 AM

Dennis Schroder scored 28 points on 11-of-25 shooting with seven rebounds, seven assists, one steal, one block and three triples vs. the Bucks on Friday.

Since Paul Millsap (knee) went down, Schroder is averaging 18.5 points, 6.5 assists, 3.8 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 1.4 triples over his last four games, but his efficiency is way down -- he's shooting 36.1 percent from the field with 4.8 turnovers in that span. With that said, tonight's line was encouraging and his owners can look forward to his great matchup with the Nets on Sunday -- Brooklyn has allowed the most fantasy points per game to point guards this season.
Mar 24 - 11:21 PM

Ryan Anderson (right ankle) had a badly swollen ankle after Friday's game.

He sprained his right ankle after stepping on Cousins' foot and went straight to the locker room in the second half. Anderson said it's too soon to know about how much time he'll miss, but it didn't sound positive about playing against OKC on Sunday. If he's out, the Rockets will be rolling with more multiple-guard lineups and Sam Dekker should see some extra minutes. If you want to drop Ryno, it makes sense.
Mar 24 - 11:16 PM

Devin Booker exploded for a franchise-record 70 points during a 130-120 loss to the Celtics on Friday, adding eight rebounds, six assists, three steals, one block and four 3-pointers.

He was 21-of-40 from the field and 24-of-26 from the line to drop the most points in a 2016-17 NBA game and the most points ever against the Celtics. Booker is the youngest player ever to score at least 60 and is just the sixth player ever to hit the 70-point mark in a game (Bryant, Chamberlain, Thompson, Baylor, Robinson). He went crazy in the second half with 51 points, playing all 24 minutes with a 56.3 usage rate and a 72.4 true shooting percentage. It was pretty clear coach Earl Watson was looking to get Booker going with plenty of fouls to help Booker score so many late points and he was asked about it after the game. "Do something about it," Watson said. Maybe, we'll see a few more monster Booker games the rest of this season.
