Danny Granger (knee) went through his first full-court practice on Sunday and could make his season debut as soon as Wednesday vs. the Bobcats.

"I thought he looked great," said Frank Vogel. "We have to see how his body responds, obviously. Have him go through another practice Tuesday and see where we're at. I think it could be helpful to get his feet wet on Wednesday, but we have to make sure he feels good." With the All-Star break looming, the Pacers could rest him for another full week if he doesn't play. He shouldn't be on your waiver wire.

Kobe Bryant is listed as questionable for Friday against the Mavericks.

He said earlier that his Achilles is sore and his chances of playing tonight are slim, so his Bryant's fantasy owners should plan on him sitting. Wayne Ellington will likely get another start while Wes Johnson should have a higher usage rate.
Dec 26 - 6:30 PM

Zach Randolph (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's game vs. the Rockets, and is doubtful for Saturday's game vs. the Heat.

This will be Randolph's third consecutive game out of the lineup, and his minutes will be split up between Jon Leuer and Kosta Koufos. If Leuer gets the start he can be a decent plug-and-play option in daily leagues, but his value takes a real hit when he comes off the bench. Koufos, however, can only be viewed as a blocks and boards specialist in very deep leagues.
Dec 26 - 6:27 PM

Kevin Durant (ankle) is getting closer to playing and was at shootaround on Friday, but he will not play against the Hornets.

It sounds like Sunday is a possibility for KD, but it's pretty clear the Thunder won't be rushing him back. Expect to see a lot of Russell Westbrook and Reggie Jackson against the Hornets. Perry Jones will start and is only a play in deep leagues.
Dec 26 - 6:27 PM

Tristan Thompson will start at center against the Magic on Friday.

The Cavs don't really draw up plays for him, so most of his output on offense is going to come off the offensive glass. For what it's worth, he only has a usage rate of 15.1 when he's on the floor with LeBron James and Kevin Love. He's a decent bet for a double-double with not much else.
Dec 26 - 6:20 PM

Matthew Dellavedova will start against the Magic on Friday in place of Kyrie Irving (knee).

While he will get plenty of minutes, Dellavedova is not going to be handling the ball too much and will likely act more like a shooting guard. He has a tiny usage rate of just 11.6 this season, so don't expect him to score much. Dellavedova is still a punt play in DFS or in deep leagues.
Dec 26 - 6:17 PM

Kendall Marshall will enter the starting lineup for Friday's game vs. Atlanta, shifting Brandon Knight over to SG, and sending O.J. Mayo to the bench.

Mayo has been struggling lately, shooting just 4-of-14 from the field over the last two games. Marshall hasn't done much this season to warrant attention in standard leagues, and he only managed to put up three points and four assists during his last start. This will be the 13th different starting lineup for the Bucks this season.
Dec 26 - 6:15 PM

Kyrie Irving (knee) will not play against the Magic on Friday.

Wow. He must have had some pain in warmups due to his contusion from Thursday. Irving has multiple minor knee injuries and the last thing the Cavs need would be for him to make it worse. With Irving out, expect Matthew Dellavedova to play most of his minutes at point guard, which will also open up minutes at shooting guard for Dion Waiters. Fantasy owners could give Delly and Dion a look as a plug-and-play.
Dec 26 - 6:13 PM

Kyrie Irving (knee contusion) and LeBron James (leg tightness) will play on Friday against the Magic.

Irving had a minor issue late in Thursday's game and was a bit of a bigger question mark for tonight, but it sounds like he's good to go. He should see his normal amount of playing time and will likely turn rookie Elfrid Payton into a pretzel tonight. Start him.
Dec 26 - 5:35 PM

DeMarcus Cousins (stomach illness) is questionable to play against the Suns on Friday.

This is not the same thing as his viral meningitis, so there is a chance he could miss this one. Cousins doesn't usually miss games when it's up to him and he actually refused a minutes limit in his first game back this month. Still, his fantasy owners will have to check back. Ryan Hollins is out, so Reggie Evans and Jason Thompson are a little safer for owners in very deep leagues.

Dec 26 - 5:08 PM

Jarrett Jack scored a season-high 27 points against the Celtics on Friday with seven rebounds, five assists, three steals, one block and one 3-pointer.

He made all 10 attempts from the line and hit a clutch 15-foot jumper to help the Nets get the win. Deron Williams was active for this one and the Nets are going to ease him back in hopes he doesn't aggravate his calf issue. Jack has seen his minutes climb to 35 per game over his last four and the Nets are reportedly looking to deal Deron, so Jack is worth a look in standard leagues. He's more of a stash, though.
Dec 26 - 4:04 PM

Nicolas Batum (wrist) and LaMarcus Aldridge (illness) are questionable to play against the 76ers on Friday.

Considering the matchup and how much Batum has struggled with his shot, he's probably a little closer to doubtful tonight. He did not play on Tuesday and it was mostly Allen Crabbe getting some extra run. Coach Terry Stotts plays the matchups a lot, so Crabbe is still an extremely risky play.
