Derrick Rose has no target date for his debut this season, adding that he won't return until he's 110 percent.

"I don't have a set date," he said. "I'm not coming back until I'm 110%. Who knows when that can be? It can be within a couple of weeks. It could be next year. It could be any day. It could be any time. It's just that I'm not coming back until I'm ready." Rose said that "right now" he's "probably in the high 80s" when asked to give a percentage, adding that he is "far away" from a return. Rose is expected to return this season, but it's looking more and more likely his absence could creep all the way into March.

Giannis Antetokounmpo stayed hot on Monday with 32 points, 14 rebounds, six assists, a steal, two blocks and six turnovers on 13-of-21 shooting.

He's now averaging 36.8 points, 10.8 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 2.3 steals, 1.3 blocks and a true shooting percentage of 69.6 percent. If you took him with the No. 1 pick in fantasy this season, you're loving life. And if he somehow fell to you at No. 4 or 5, you got a steal.

Taurean Prince matched his career-high 20 points with seven rebounds, two assists, three steals, seven turnovers and two 3-pointers in 37 minutes against the Heat during a 104-93 loss on Monday.

It's a season high in minutes, usage, steals, and a career high in turnovers. Prince is going to get more involved in the offense and the Hawks will need him to produce in transition due to their lack of a go-to scorer. He figures to feast without Dennis Schroder (ankle) this week, so the must-own player gets a little short-term boost.
Oct 23 - 10:53 PM

John Collins scored 14 points with 11 rebounds, two assists and one block in 18 minutes against the Heat on Monday.

He continues to be one of the highest motor players in the NBA and is always looking to set a high ball screen on the offensive end. Collins played all power forward minutes on Sunday, but he was able to get a good amount of minutes at both big spots for this game. With Ersan Ilyasova (knee) banged up and the Hawks slipping in the standings, Collins should be owned in all standard leagues.
Oct 23 - 10:14 PM

Joel Embiid returned from a day of rest and led the 76ers to their first win of the season on Monday vs. Detroit, dropping 30 points in 28 minutes.

He'll probably be capped at 28 minutes for a little while longer, but at least the 76ers don't have another back-to-back set until Nov. 29 and Nov. 30. He toasted Andre Drummond tonight, hitting 11-of-15 shots and 7-of-8 free throws with nine rebounds, two steals, one 3-pointer and seven turnovers. He'll need to take better care of the ball, but his owners won't care with lines like these.
Oct 23 - 9:47 PM

Ben Simmons posted his first career triple-double in just his fourth NBA game, scoring 21 points with 12 rebounds and 10 assists in Monday's 97-86 win over the Pistons.

This was his best game by far, posting career-highs in points, rebounds and assists with one steal and four turnovers. He was very efficient, hitting 8-of-11 from the field and 5-of-6 from the line and his pick-and-roll chemistry with Joel Embiid was on point. Simmons became just the third player in NBA history to have a triple-double in his first four games and also the first player to go 10-10-5 in each of the first four since the Big O (Oscar Robertson).

Dennis Smith Jr. (knee) is in the starting lineup on Monday vs. the Warriors

DSJ is back after a two-game absence, but there's no word of any restrictions. He joins Yogi Ferrell, Wes Matthews, Harrison Barnes and Dirk Nowitzki in the starting lineup. J.J. Barea will move to the bench and can be dropped in most leagues if DSJ comes out of this game without any setbacks.
Oct 23 - 8:21 PM

Mike James, Devin Booker, T.J. Warren, Marquese Chriss and Tyson Chandler will start against the Kings on Monday.

Now that Earl Watson is gone, Chriss will get a chance to show what he can do in the first unit. On Saturday, he talked about how he could be taking plays off, and it may have had something to do with him starting. In other words, he should be very motivated tonight and will look to get his season off the ground. He should be owned in standard leagues.
Oct 23 - 8:19 PM

Lucas Nogueira will draw the start in place of Jonas Valanciunas (ankle) on Monday vs. the Spurs.

Nogueira started the second half of Saturday's game vs. Philly when J-Val left the game, finishing with 10 points with nine rebounds, two steals and two blocks in 16 minutes. J-Val is hopeful to return on this six-game road trip, but coach Dwane Casey said Nogueira will start until he's cleared to return. Give him a look if you need to stream some blocks this week.
Oct 23 - 7:11 PM

Dennis Schroder (ankle) said he's targeting a return on Friday vs. Denver.

He will miss Monday's game vs. the Heat and Thursday's game against Chicago, so he's only going to play in two games this week if this timetable holds. "I don’t want to rush it," Schroder said of his ankle. Malcolm Delaney is looking at at least two starts and has some deep-league streaming appeal.
Oct 23 - 6:58 PM

James Johnson and Jordan Mickey will start in Miami's frontcourt again on Monday.

They'll join Goran Dragic, Dion Waiters and Josh Richardson. Mickey was basically a placeholder with Hassan Whiteside (knee) out on Saturday, but Johnson looked terrific and makes for a great DFS play. Kelly Olynyk should also get a bump in playing time as the first big off the bench.
Oct 23 - 6:56 PM

Chandler Parsons is on a minutes restriction of "about 15 minutes," according to coach David Fizdale.

Fizdale added that Parsons' minutes could increase depending upon "late game scenario[s]," but nothing about this situation is good for fantasy owners. He's playing strictly as a backup PF and there should be more appealing options on most waiver wires -- including Parsons' teammate, rookie Dillon Brooks.
