David West (eye) is expected to start Wednesday against the Knicks.

West sat out the Pacers' last game before the All-Star break after suffering some sort of eye injury in a game the night before. Owners should feel safe getting him back in their lineups tonight. Tyler Hansbrough, who started for West last week, will return to a reserve role.

George Hill (left big toe) will not play in Saturday's game vs. the Nuggets.

Hill is enjoying a phenomenal statistical season but has been bitten by the injury bug of late. He missed eight straight games in November due to a thumb issue and is now dealing with a toe injury. Saturday will be the second game missed due to the toe. Dante Exum started at point guard for Utah in their previous game, but he played less than 19 minutes and scored just five points on 1-of-6 shooting. Shelvin Mack ended up playing 33 minutes, finishing with 11 points, five assists and five rebounds. If you are looking to roll the dice on a DFS dart throw or a streamer, Mack would be the preferred option.
Dec 3 - 1:01 PM

Will Barton, Danilo Gallinari, and Darrell Arthur are listed as probable for Saturday's game vs. Utah.

Barton had missed 12 of the Nuggets previous 15 games, but looked great in his return to the Denver lineup on Friday night. He finished with 17 points, seven rebounds, five assists, one steal and one 3-pointer in 33 minutes. Better yet, he seems to have avoided aggravating his ankle injury. Barton should be locked and loaded in fantasy lineups going forward.
Dec 3 - 12:58 PM

Nikola Jokic (left wrist sprain) will not play against the Jazz on Saturday.

Jokic initially suffered what was believed to be a minor wrist injury on Wedneday. However, it has now cost him two straight games, which stings because Jokic was finally starting to snap out of his season-long slump. Starters Kenneth Faried and Jusuf Nurkic should see more time on Saturday. Darrell Arthur could also see a few extra minutes off the bench, as the Nuggets are playing on the second night of a back-to-back.
Dec 3 - 12:46 PM

Coach Rick Carlisle said on Saturday that Dirk Nowitzki (right Achilles strain) is going to be out "a while."

Carlisle added that Dirk should be deemed "out indefinitely." This is not all that surprising, considering that the Mavs had already announced Dirk would miss at least the Mavs next two games. The immediate future is very murky for Dirk. He has missed 13 of the Mavs last 15 games as his Achilles has been unable to heal properly. Considering the Mavs are currently disincentivized to win, as each loss means a greater likelihood of securing a top lottery pick, expect Dallas to be extremely cautious with Dirk and only play him when he is close to 100%
Dec 3 - 12:37 PM

Coach Rick Carlisle told reporters that Seth Curry (right knee sprain) will not play Saturday vs. Chicago.

This will be the second game Curry has missed since spraining his knee Wednesday night. Starter Deron Williams may play more than 30 minutes on Saturday for the first time since November 4th. Devin Harris and Jonathan Gibson could also see an uptick in minutes off the Mavs bench.
Dec 3 - 12:30 PM

Courtney Lee says his ankle sprain is improving and he hasn't ruled out returning to the lineup Sunday against the Kings.

"It feels a lot better than it did when I initially twisted it," Lee said Friday. "I wasn't able to walk that night but I was able to move around (Friday)." If Lee can't play Sunday, look for Justin Holiday to start in his place. Holiday played well in his start on Friday, tallying 13 points, seven rebounds, three steals, two 3-pointers and one block. He will be a cheap DFS option on Sunday if Lee doesn't play.

Tony Parker is dealing a left quadriceps contusion and Coach Pop indicated Parker would remain day-to-day when the team starts a three-game road trip beginning Monday in Milwaukee.

Parker appeared to tweak his leg in Tuesday’s home loss to Orlando. He dressed but did not play Wednesday, when the Spurs won in Dallas. He was also sidelined Friday night. It marked the seventh game Parker missed this season. For the second straight game, rookie Nicolas Laprovittola started at point guard for the Spurs. Parker is suffering through, by far, his least productive season since 2001-02, when he was a 19-year old rookie. Patty Mills is actually the preferred fantasy option at this point.
Dec 3 - 10:33 AM

Seth Curry (mild knee sprain) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Bulls.

Curry suffered a mild sprain of his right knee on Wednesday, which caused him to miss Thursday's game. If Curry doesn't play on Saturday, Deron Williams, Devin Harris and Jonathan Gibson would see a slight uptick in minutes.
Dec 3 - 9:33 AM

James Harden scored 20 points during a 128-110 win in Denver on Friday, adding six rebounds, seven assists, one steal, one block, five turnovers and one 3-pointer.

Not a bad win for a team that didn't get into the high altitude until 5 a.m. following a win in Oakland. Harden's shot was off a bit and it took him until late in the fourth to make his trey, which made him the first player in Rockets history to make a 3-pointer in each of the first 20 games of a season. The Rockets are completely ridiculous with their 3-pointers lately, attempting 39.4 per game in their last five. Meanwhile, they've only taken 6.0 midrange shots in their last five -- Harrison Barnes has taken 8.2 midrange shots per game in his last five. Harden is an MVP candidate with his league-leading assists and has his team sitting in the No. 4 spot in the Western Conference.
Dec 3 - 2:57 AM

Sam Dekker scored a career-high 17 points against the Nuggets on Friday, adding four rebounds, one steal, one block and one 3-pointer in 28 minutes.

It was a fantastic game for Dekker, who was already playing the best ball of his career coming into this game. He played clutch minutes against the Warriors on Thursday and is fitting right in for coach Mike D'Antoni with minutes at both forward spots. With Trevor Ariza (back) going down tonight, Dekker is a speculative add in competitive leagues.
Dec 3 - 2:27 AM

Wilson Chandler scored 24 points in a 128-110 loss the Rockets on Friday with four rebounds, two assists, one steal and three 3-pointers in 29 minutes.

Coach Mike Malone was not happy with how his team defended the three, but it likely wasn't on Chandler. Malone has called Chandler a blessing and it may not be a surprise to see him get the starting lineup, as well. With Chandler as arguably their best healthy player right now and how awful the Nuggets are playing, Malone may up Chandler's minutes on Saturday. He should be owned in all leagues.
