Tobias Harris set a new career high in points for the second game in a row with 27 to go with 10 boards, two assists, one steal and three 3-pointers in 30 minutes against the Rockets on Friday.

It was a arguably the best matchup he could ask for against the up-tempo Rockets and he logged most of his minutes at power forward. That said, he's coming off a 23-point explosion on Wednesday and he has a Batum-like ceiling since he can fill it up with points, boards, steals, blocks and triples while shooting solid percentages. He becomes a must-own player and this is one of those "run, don't walk" moments.

Markieff Morris has been fined $15,000 for making above-the-shoulder contact with Goran Dragic.

He swiped at Dragic and caught his head, sending him to the ground, which earned Morris a Flagrant-2 foul and an ejection. He said Dragic was "overexaggerating" on the play, and either way the league didn't see enough malicious intent to suspend him.
Mar 3 - 7:14 PM

DeMarcus Cousins (ankle) will be in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game vs. the Knicks, sending Carl Landry back to the bench.

Cousins has missed the last two games due to a nagging ankle issue, but his owners will be thrilled to see him back in action with a favorable matchup vs. the lowly Knicks. Get Cousins in your lineup and enjoy the show. On the other hand, Landry can be dropped across the board.
Mar 3 - 7:10 PM

Darren Collison underwent successful surgery to repair a core muscle injury, and he is expected to remain sidelined for approximately 6-weeks.

The NBA regular season ends in 6-weeks, so it's seems very likely that this will be the end to Collison's season. He'll finish with averages of 16.1 points, 5.6 assists, 1.5 steals, and 1.3 three-pointers per game on 47.3 percent shooting from the field. Andre Miller and Ray McCallum will continue to man the point guard position in Sacramento with Collison out, but their timeshare will limit their value to deeper leagues.

Kevin Love (illness) will play Tuesday vs. the Celtics.

Go ahead and get him active. Those that made a speculative add of Tristan Thompson expecting a big night may want to look elsewhere for production.
Mar 3 - 6:50 PM

Hassan Whiteside will not be suspended for Monday's altercation with Alex Len.

He will however be hit with a $15,000 fine, but Whiteside will be in the lineup for Wednesday's very favorable matchup against the Lakers.
Mar 3 - 6:45 PM

Updating a previous report, Zach Randolph (illness) and Beno Udrih (illness) have been ruled out for Tuesday's game vs. the Jazz.

Mike Conley and Marc Gasol will be tasked with more responsibilities on offense with Randolph unavailable, and they're worth a look as a plug-and-play option in daily leagues. It's unclear at this point who will replace Randolph in the starting lineup, but in the past it has been Jon Leuer or Kosta Koufos, although neither of those guys have been able to capitalize on the starting gig in the past.
Mar 3 - 6:32 PM

Beno Udrih (illness) is questionable for Tuesday's game vs. the Jazz.

If Udrih is unable to go on Tuesday, Nick Calathes will pick up most of his reserve minutes, but that doesn't mean much. As long as Mike Conley is healthy, the backup point guards in Memphis won't be worth using in most leagues.
Mar 3 - 6:26 PM

Tony Allen (suspension) will not play Tuesday vs. the Jazz.

Allen is being suspended for internal matters, but he will be back in the lineup for Wednesday's game against Houston. With Allen out, Jeff Green and Courtney Lee will get all the minutes they can handle, with Green offering the most upside.
Mar 3 - 6:21 PM

Zach Randolph (illness) is being listed as questionable for Tuesday's game vs. Utah.

If Randolph is unable to go tonight Jon Leuer or Kosta Koufos will have the opportunity to step into the starting lineup. However, they haven't done much in the past while starting, so the primary beneficiaries from a fantasy perspective would be Mike Conley and Marc Gasol. Stay tuned.
Mar 3 - 6:16 PM

Corey Brewer will replace James Harden (suspension) in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game vs. the Hawks.

Brewer will draw a favorable matchup against the Hawks, and he's worth a look as a plug-and-play option in daily leagues. He's averaging 12.0 points, 1.2 steals, and 1.3 three-pointers per game through 24 minutes of action since coming to Houston, so those numbers should make a jump with the increased minutes. Pablo Prigioni could also see some more floor time tonight serving as Brewer's primary backup.
Mar 3 - 6:12 PM

Al Horford will return to the starting lineup for Tuesday's game vs. the Rockets, sending Elton Brand back to the bench.

Go ahead and get Horford active for what will be an uptempo game vs. Houston. Those that made a speculative add of Brand during his one-game stint in the starting unit can feel comfortable sending him back to the wire with the demotion to the bench.
