Tony Parker has a Grade-2 sprain in his left ankle and will miss approximately four weeks.

The early indications were Parker would be out at least a "couple" weeks, but it's apparently worse than originally feared. This rough timeline puts Parker out until around the beginning of April, which is to say nothing of the Spurs' extreme caution when it comes to their stars' health. We're guessing the priority once Parker returns will be getting him ready for a deep playoff run instead of playing meaningful minutes down the stretch. That could make it very difficult for fantasy owners to get legit production out of Parker before the end of their seasons. It's not clear whether Nando De Colo or Patrick Mills will get the first crack at replacing Parker in the starting lineup, but both deserve consideration in almost all formats.

Tiago Splitter (calf) will play vs. the Clippers on Sunday.

Gregg Popovich wouldn't reveal whether Splitter will start but he's the most logical option to match up vs. DeAndre Jordan. The center position has been a platoon all season -- Aron Baynes will also log significant minutes in the middle and Matt Bonner (calf) may get some time when San Antonio wants to spread the court.
Apr 19 - 9:07 PM

Paul Millsap (sore shoulder) struggled offensively on Sunday, scoring six points on 2-of-11 shooting with seven rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block in 33 minutes.

''Anybody coming off an injury, they kind of favor their injury," Millsap said before the game. "They don't want it to get hit. I'm going to try not to think about it, but it's tough.'' The Hawks' offense shot a relatively poor 43.0 percent from the field, but they knocked down 21-of-22 free throws to escape with a 99-92 win. Millsap should be ready to play heavy minutes in Game 2 whether or not his shoulder is 100 percent.

Al Horford returned to Sunday's game after dislocating his right pinky finger, finishing with 10 points, 10 rebounds, two assists and one steal in 34 minutes.

The Hawks went 29-0 at home when leading after three quarters this season and they were up by 12 points after three frames today, but a late surge from Brooklyn forced them to sweat out a narrow home victory. Horford said that it was "very uncomfortable" to shoot with his finger taped up, but X-rays were negative and we're leaving him off the injury report in advance of Wednesday's Game 2 in Atlanta.
Apr 19 - 8:30 PM

Brook Lopez led the Nets with 17 points, 14 rebounds, two steals and zero turnovers in 36 minutes on Sunday, hitting 6-of-7 field goals and 5-of-6 free throws.

BroLo averaged 19.7 points and 9.2 rebounds after the All-Star break and he'll need to have a huge series for Brooklyn to hang with the top-seeded Hawks. His offense was even more critical tonight with backup center Mason Plumlee going scoreless without any field goal attempts in 12 minutes.
Apr 19 - 8:28 PM

Joe Johnson scored 17 points on 6-of-17 FGs and 5-of-8 FTs during a loss to his former team in Atlanta on Sunday, adding six rebounds, six assists and two steals without any turnovers.

The home crowd booed Johnson every time he touched the ball, and the 14-year veteran shot poorly while missing all six of his 3-point attempts. He took over primary ball-handling duties on many possessions down the stretch and will continue to be leaned on heavily -- he's averaging 34.6 minutes per game over the past month, the highest total of any player more than 30 years old.
Apr 19 - 8:23 PM

Deron Williams scored 13 points with two 3-pointers, four rebounds and two assists in a losing effort vs. the Hawks on Sunday.

The Nets committed 17 turnovers vs. 18 assists and their offense struggled when it wasn't flowing through Brook Lopez, who only attempted seven field goals. Backup PG Jarrett Jack chipped in 13 points in 16 minutes off the bench, but he had only two assists with five turnovers. They'll look to regroup in a must-win road game on Wednesday.
Apr 19 - 8:23 PM

Jeff Green (back) is listed as a starter for the Grizzlies on Sunday.

His status was never truly in doubt and he'll start alongside Mike Conley, Courtney Lee, Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol. That bumps Tony Allen to a bench role with the Grizzlies finally at full strength to begin their first-round series.
Apr 19 - 7:54 PM

Isaiah Thomas finished Sunday's Game 1 loss to the Cavaliers with a team-high 22 points, two 3-pointers, five rebounds, 10 assists and one steal in 32 minutes off the bench.

It was Thomas' first double-double with the Celtics, but more impressively he joined Oscar Robertson and LeBron James as the only players to get at least 20 points, 10 assists and five rebounds in their NBA playoffs debut. His acquisition was a catalyst for the Celtics' playoff push after the All-Star break, and Boston got a bargain with three years remaining on his contract at a total of $19.7 million.
Apr 19 - 7:21 PM

Avery Bradley returned from a bruised quad on Sunday to score seven points on 3-of-10 shooting with two rebounds, three assists and one turnover.

He went 1-of-6 from downtown in 31 minutes and seemed a bit out of sorts after missing Boston's final game of the regular season. Bradley also struggled to contain Kyrie Irving defensively and he'll need to have a better game for the Celtics to even the series at 1-1 on Tuesday.
Apr 19 - 7:19 PM

Jeff Green (back) was spotted going through pregame warmups, and he's expected to play Game 1 against Portland on Sunday.

Green has been playing through the pain, and all signs are pointing towards him being available tonight. Check back for another update closer to tip-off, but it's very likely Green will be active tonight.
Apr 19 - 6:51 PM

Tony Allen (hamstring) is a go for Sunday's Game 1 against the Trail Blazers.

With Allen active, he'll take away some minutes from Courtney Lee, Jeff Green and Vince Carter. Allen spent the last nine games of the season on the sidelines, so he may have his minutes limited tonight.
